    Burnt bagel and cheese. 3/11/25.

I would give ZERO stars if I could. Ambiance was not considered since I went through the drive-thru. Food: Ordered breakfast, Asiago Bagel Sausage Egg, and Cheese. The cheese was horribly burnt, the sauce patty must be turkey and not pork. Horrible sandwich. Bagel was burnt. The same with the Scrambled eggs Bacon Croissant sandwich. Service: The young lady at the drive thru obviously doesn't want to be there. People say try Panera. I did. It was horrible food and I paid $17.00 to have a bad breakfast.

Mozzarella cheese is thinner than the tomato slices - very disappointing... nothing like what's advertised on your website for the Garden Caprese Melt - my sandwich was not melted either - skimpy filling didn't warrant two pieces of bread.

Half order. Looks good but under the top layer is mostly hard inner core lettuce ribs.

Livin' the drive thru life. This Panera in Rancho Cordova, is one of the few that have a drive thru. And it's not too far or cumbersome to get to from Highway 50. Easy enough to get to. But the drive thr ordering/pickup window is physically immediate after the right turn. So if you don't angle your car close enough, you'll be stretch armstronging. And it doesn't help if you have TRex arms. I've been stopping by here occasionally throughout the years. Customer service has been great. But the food quality is a hit or miss. On my last visit, the BLT was a dismal representation of a sandwich. It had two thin, short, see thru, microwave type bacon. But they served the bacon ice cold. Interesting Panera choice. The lettuce was an arugula salad mix. Another interesting Panera choice. The tomato slice was super thin. The bread was delicious, but doesn't make up for the lackluster sandwich. We also ordered a half order of Greek salad and half chicken Napa salad sandwich. The salad was chock full of the hard core of inner romaine lettuce. Odd the romaine had the core without the leafy green part as it seemed to be sliced off. Another interesting Panera choice. The chicken Napa is my favorite all time sandwich at Panera. But like the BLT, it was a sad sandwich. It was loaded with arugula salad mix but where's the chicken ?!? It had hardly any chicken salad on the sandwich.

Good ol'faithful Panera! Consistent and tasty for the most part. Nothing really bad to say, I always enjoy the new sandwiches and the seasonal items. My wife and I saw the commercial for the new dippers and so we went and got them for dinner. Not enough soup though but I ordered and side French onion anyways. I'd get it again!

Panera do better this is a $15 dollar sandwich and I literally have more peppers than meat. Very sad the food quality and quantity here was declined so much

The kiosks were dirty so it was good that they still have someone at the counter to take your orders. The soup, sandwiches and salads are good. Plenty of seating available and the staff are friendly and quick. This is the spot for a quick and good lunch. Prices are a bit high though for what you get.

I really love their Chicken Roma Asiago Bagel Stack! It's the first thing I ever tried at Panera, and I have been sticking with it as much as I enjoyed it, plus it's only $7.99 which is a steal. I always ordered ahead of time and came pick up, so I never had any issues like others.

    Frontega chicken

I went to the dinner last night and this is worst experience I ever had. Ordered pick two half Frontega chicken sandwich and half tomato soup. We went 8:5 minutes before closing, so I asked manager is it ok to place the order? He said drive thru will be open until 10 PM so I am good. Here is what I got in frontega chicken. Literally two pieces of chicken.

    Tuna Asiago bagel

I have ordered thru the app 3 times, same order tuna on Asiago bagel. Every time this is what I got. Maybe a teaspoon of tuna. 3 strikes and your out. Won't be going back.

Nothing says don't accept bills over $20.

Would be helpful to post your "rules" at the actual window where people pay. I went through the drive thru. My order totaled $38.99. Handed them a $50 and was told they don't take anything over $20. I said where does it say that and the person said "I wish it was posted here where ppl pay and not where you order." Get my food and missing one of the baguettes and one of the two large Mac's were halfway full.

I come here pretty often with my husband. It's close by, fast, delicious, and filling. My only complaint would be the employees dedication to their job, specifically Oscar. My husband and I came by a week ago and ordered two meals for dine in. Our food took a little longer than usual which was odd because it was fairly empty in there so we went to the counter to check where we saw these two young men just playing around in the kitchen. We tried to get their attention but to no avail. I was able to get the name of the one, Oscar, however the other boy we were not able to find. We ended up receiving our food 20 minutes later and it was cold.

There is a few tables available with two chairs at each table. I got the crispy pork sandwich. Normally when I get a Vietnamese sandwich my meat is warm and my bread is warm. But when I received it the meat was room temperature and so was the bread. I was praying I didn't get a stomach ache because the meat was probably left out for a bit if it was room temperature. It had a nice crisp to it. The bread was alright. But if you look at the picture there was barely any meat . When they put the pickled carrots and daikon in they got the extra pickled juice in my sandwich. You can see it's kind of watery. The sandwich is price wasn't too bad. But I had better sandwiches. Overall I probably won't be back.

I most recently ordered an oolong milk tea with boba and I was sad because the milk tea tasted like only 2% with no oolong tea! The boba was hot but very hard and chewy. Only thing woild change is the cut if the lettuce. Id like it not to be shredded so tiny. On previous visits I've had pockets and the bread makes the meal. Very soft, holds together and tasty. As with the salad, ingredients are very good. This location is located in a parking lot with a Taco Bell. Parking and traffic are a nightmare. I have avoided coming here just because of that. It seems to never fail that there is a lifted full sized pick up taking more space than it should in front of the restaurant. The size of the spots are small and the traffic in the TB drive thru just annoying. Also it might just be me but I dont think the people there like me....seem to be grumpy when I come in. Other than a guy names Alan with a cool accent, they are all short and not very welcoming. It might be that I come in during the lunch rush? Oh well, they have a seating area. I haven't found it very comfortable. They have a couple two seaters outside. When the weather is nice, I prefer that alone(ish) vibe out there. The set up is spartan and cafeteria like. I guess the important thing is...food is good. Price are on par (i think expensive) with places like this. Also to justify the three star rating....food is great but not the whole picture. Here is drives up the business rating to three. The ambience and parking are also part of the business. And with poor lot and plain seating those one stars are taken into account. The friendliness of the staff is also a measure. On the day I picked up my salad. I received a scal from the lady who handed me my food. I complimented alan, who was nice, and I stated that he had an accent because he came at me with an accent if he truly doesn't.Then, this was a sham, also, and another reason why I feel that this staff is unfriendly in every visit that i've been in. Again maybe it's me. I feel that the 3 star rating is true based off of all factors. And if the owner doesn't like it, i'm sorry. Because of his reactions, even though I have been patronizing this business.Because of the food and overlooking everything else I will no longer be eating here.

Feeling nostalgic, I recently decided to have lunch here. I asked for a Cougar with pastrami instead of turkey. "You want a number 26?" (Looks at menu) "Yes, with pastrami instead of turkey." "Number 26, right?" When I had walked in, I saw two girls cleaning. One of them had stopped to take my order. After taking my order, she continued to clean for exactly ten minutes before stopping, washing her hands, and beginning to prepare my sandwich. (I'm positive that it was exactly ten minutes before she even *started* to make my sandwich, because I get a text message the minute my card is charged, so it's easy to just look at the text, and see how much time has elapsed.) As she finished making my sandwich, another guest came in. After she placed her order, the second girl washed her hands, and both girls made her sandwich together. While I had waited nearly fifteen minutes for my sandwich, this girl waited for less than two. It was so odd. As I ate my sandwich, both girls behind the counter stared at me so hard that I seriously wondered if they had done something funky to my sandwich. So, all of that was very strange. But the sandwich was good. None of the ingredients were missing. The veggies were all in ridiculously tiny quantities in comparison to the super smearing of sauce, but, it was all there, and it tasted good. When it comes to sandwiches, in terms of the meat, you get what you pay for. Sandwich Spot uses cheaper meat than some fancier delis do, but they also use a larger quantity of it. So, if you would rather have a large amount of okay pastrami versus a medium amount of great pastrami, then, Sandwich Spot is the spot for you. If you're really into premium lunch meat, though, this isn't it. The pastrami tasted like it could have come from the fridge section at Winco or Walmart. Overall, for a cheaper/lower-end sandwich place, Sandwich Spot is still one of my favorites. I love their menu, and haven't found a sandwich quite like the Cougar anywhere else.

I ordered the Barracuda, and my wife got the General Lee. Both sandwiches were served on Dutch crunch rolls that were so hard, they were nearly inedible -- my wife couldn't even finish hers because the bread hurt her mouth. Mine left the roof of my mouth sore, but I pushed through since it wasn't exactly a cheap meal. The fillings didn't help either -- the meat tasted like it had been sitting for a while especially the roast beef, and the vegetables were wilted and lifeless. The macaroni salad tasted identical to the store-bought Reser's brand, with that unmistakable aftertaste, which was disappointing. Overall, nothing felt fresh. Everything had the vibe of being prepped a day or two ago and just left to sit. I truly wish we had just gone to the grocery store instead. Sadly, this place didn't live up to the memories, and I won't be returning. Lesson learned.
