Oh Crumbl.... Sigh. You were once at the height of my Sweet Tooth addiction during dreary Covid times. Now, what is happening?!? I remember getting a cookie for under $3. Obviously with "inflation" every single thing in existence has gone up in price. I get that. And I was OK with that when I wanted to indulge. BUT I'm kinda not OK with my recent experience just a few days ago. Maybe a glitch in the matrix but your almost $6 cookie is a thin regular cookie. See pics. Reminds me of a cookie I could basically get at Subway. Hopefully it's temporary because this will tank a business. On the bright side this store was clean. Am I the only one who is thoroughly unimpressed with crumbl?? They are average at best...when they are freshly baked. I should just use this review for all crumbl locations bec i guess I'm just not a fan of them. Am I not catching the wave?? OK, I will give them points for size and imagination. If you need a quick sugar fix, then go ahead and pull the trigger. But after a day, i found myself in regret with a lot of leftovers. I also do somewhat enjoy their mini cakes. I was in the Folsom store on September 16, 2026 at 3:00pm. I was cordially greeted by a young man who asked what I would like. After I ordered, a mother and daughter walked in with the daughter carrying a fluffy dog and was leaning over the counter where food is "served". The young male employee said nothing to the young girl concerning the dog leaning over the counter. You cannot have a dog in a food preparation area of a restaurant in Sacramento County and certainly not carrying one. I love dogs, but I don't like them in a food preparation area or hovering over the area where food is displayed and served. The easy solution is posting a sign saying no dogs allowed other than a service animal. A dog being carried, provides no service. I will not be going into that branch of Crumble Cookie again. If the Health Department happens in at the wrong time for Crumble Cookie, they will probably then follow the local and state health codes. All that needed to be said was, "Miss, no dogs are allowed in this store other than a service animal." Problem solved. Post a sign. You'll loose more paying customers like myself, rather than the ones who want to bring their dog in. Would you allow me to carry my pet snake in? My cat? My rat? They are all pets! Crumbl, Crumbl, What Happened? A really lousy experience today. We went in today while we were in the area. Who developed your new business plan? One employee with no concept of what a customer is, and who pays his salary. The do-it-yourself kiosk with no human interaction, no greeting, no acknowledgement that you entered the business. Four cookies...$22.00? Really? After you order the cookies, it asks how much of a tip you would like to leave? The employee didn't seem to care that there were FIVE people that were waiting after they ordered. We waited over twenty minutes for the four cookies that I ordered and paid for with no human contact. There was no way of leaving and getting your money back. You are stuck-and they know it! I have two fundamental issues with Crumbl. #1: it's definitely plays a role in the reason I'm out of shape, and #2 those flavors cycle so quick that you gotta keep going back to try new things. In all honesty, they're delicious cookies. They are super rich, and often times a quarter, or half, of a cookie is more than enough, making them great for sharing. They're a little on the pricey for what you're getting, but overall there is no denying they are the premier cookie shop in the country these days. Ordered curbside pickup when I was about 10 minutes away and I just waited a couple minutes once I parked! Curbside is such a great option because I didn't have to get my daughter out of the car, and on this particular day it was raining. The girl was super friendly also and they are always so efficient! During this visit I had the new Cinnamon Square, which is not a cinnamon roll and not a cookie. It was like a fluffy little cake. It had good flavor but definitely needs to be enjoyed warm. It was alright..I wouldn't need to get it again and I also wasn't compelled to finish it all in one sitting. They should just stick with the cookies! We also had the Cookies & Cream cookie. I was excited about this flavor but it was actually on the extra sweet side. I liked it better than the cinnamon square but gotta have your glass of milk ready for that one! read more

They have unique flavors on gigantic soft warmed or chilled cookies but the taste isn't exactly a wow factor. The ideas are cool but the execution is lacking. They're a bit pricey too. After eating a ton of cookies here, the place does lose a lil bit of its luster but I do love the toffee chocolate chip cookie and I'll always be a customer when its on the rotation! Ordering is easy with their digital counter kiosks or by using their app. Deciding on which cookie(s) to get...that's a different dilemma. Today we tried two lemon cream pies, a cookie butter white chip, and a peanut butter crisp. All were completely delish and by using the Crumbl cookie cutter we will have them for a few days to satisfy any sweet needs. Since it was later in the day, only one employee was working up front. But he was friendly and doing a good job at packing and presenting cookies. There is amply parking and the store is open and clean. Treat yourself to a cookie...or two...or four. Folsom has been getting a lot of dessert places. Once in a while I will crave a cookie or two and give the rest to a friend. The cookies are usually a hit or miss but that's the fun part of trying interesting flavors. You can never go wrong with a basic chocolate chip cookie. The ambiance is nothing special at all. They should make spruce it up to compete with other dessert places though. The service is probably the part where this place falls short. Crumbl sells by name! I'd be lying if I said their cookies were not good. My review is more for this location and the service, which was disappointing. I went in on a Monday evening to try the new flavors for the week. There was no one at the counter, so we waited. Employees in the back saw us, but no one came forward. After a few minutes, a staff member came up. The staff looked totally spaced out and told us that the cash register only takes cash, so if we don't have cash, we should order at the tablets on the side. I mean, if that's the case, why not display a sign saying so? Anyways, we ordered. She gave us the box. The box had a few marks of icing, which was okay, but she didn't even give us any napkins. Upon asking for napkins, she gave us a look and then got us some. We also ordered milk and asked for a straw for my 2-year-old, but got the same look again and was told she will go look but doesn't think they have any straws. We went to the Starbucks location nearby, and the staff was happy to give me a straw even though we didn't buy anything there. I guess Crumbl staff needs to learn a lesson or two from Starbucks staff. Needless to say, we will not be returning to the Folsom location. read more

i have been coming to this location for an embarrassingly long time, but it's been a long time since i've been back (and things have changed)! love the option of being able to order minis now. it's the perfect bite to share with others when a full sized cookie is too much! the app is life changing. place your pick-up order & the time that works for your schedule all through the app and viola! so simple. they also have a pretty solid rewards program so make sure to join that to earn free treats! they have tons of parking which is a major bonus, and the store is always clean. however, it was a bit of a bummer when we received our box, there was frosting and ingredients smeared on the top and bottom. the presentation when i opened the box looked thrown in there -- and for the price (and it not being busy) i wouldn't expect this. *womp womp*. everything tasted great; something crumbl consistently gets right week to week! will be back because who could resist?! fingers crossed for a little less mess next time! read more

Is any cookie worth $5? Probably not. But, if one were, it would be a Crumbl cookie. Crumbl is located on Placerville Road, right by Starbucks, near In N Out. (Warning: If you come hungry, the In N Out fumes will suck you in from across the parking lot. At least, that's what happened to me.) Crumbl sells a rotating menu of gourmet cookies, which will currently set you back $5 each. The Milk Chocolate Chip is always on the menu, while the other 3-4 flavors change. The Classic Pink Sugar cookie, which is my favorite so far, usually seems to be on the menu as well. I first heard of Crumbl Cookies earlier this year, when I was in Bakersfield, with my cousin. She asked if I'd ever heard of it, and I said no. Turns out, this location has been open since June 2021. Guess I didn't get out much during the pandemic. A few weeks ago, one of the girls in my yoga class was talking excitedly about the Aggie Blue Mint cookies from Crumbl. She explained that her mom was an alumni of the same school as the creators of Crumbl (USU), and that there is a local ice cream shop near the college that sells a flavor called Aggie Blue Mint. The Aggie Blue Mint cookie is (obviously) inspired by said ice cream, and, according to my classmate, tastes soooooo similar, and is sooooooo good. While I haven't personally tried this flavor yet, this is how I found out that there's a Crumbl in Folsom. This week, I stopped by to try the lemon blackberry cookie. When I came in (around noon on a Tuesday), there was no one else in line. My cookie was finished so quickly that I barely had time to take any pictures. The girl who made my cookie was super sweet. She showed it to me with the box open, and asked, "How's that look?" I said it looked great, cause it did, but I wondered what else anyone might say. "Actually, can I have more frosting?" Wait, can you do that? The flavor of the cookie is so amazing. All of the ingredients are fresh and of premium quality, and it shows. $5 is a lot for one cookie, but they're sooooo good. read more

So I could have a good sample, I chose four different cookies this initial visit.
