You've heard it already, but I'll say it too: best dumplings in the IE. Is it as good as Din Tai Fung? No. BUT, it's really good and we got a lot of food for a reasonable price. And we had no wait (and this was a Friday night!) The restaurant isn't decorated at all, but the service is great! They were attentive and kind. Would return if I'm in the area! Removing 2 stars because I have had the worse waiters the past 3 times I've come. This last time I came I specifically asked for the spicy dumpling soup at the start, 2 of them. & 3 other tables who were sat after us revived their soup first. From the time I took a picture of my cucumber salad it was 34 minutes and the waiter had checked on us twice and said it was on the way. I canceled the soups, paid and left. So disappointed because the food is good but the waiters are not good. The potstickers are good but do have a lot of leftover crisp from the cooking. 4/5 The soup if we had gottten it is tasty, not spicy, but tasty enough to dip other dumplings into 4/5. Cucumber salad is very delicious and hand made 4.7/5. Hopefully the service gets better to recommend this place again. read more

This place was so good. We got seated right away and the service was a full 10 out of 10. The dumplings were delicious and the chili was amazing. We even took some veggie dumplings to go. The noodles were thick, flavorful, and honestly just bomb. The cucumber salad was another favorite, the sesame flavor was so rich and tasty. Overall satisfied nothing to say that is negative. You can choose your seat independently and you also go pay at the kiosk independently, staff are friendly and cleanly. One of my favorite dumpling places to go to when I'm in town. This place is soooo yummy. I'm obsessed with their chili oil too. The employees are always very friendly and the place is clean. Every time I'm here I get greeted and served right away. My favorite thing to order are their dumplings, but I also enjoy their dumpling soup, cucumber salad, and smoothies. He loves ramen and dumplings and had spotted this restaurant when we picked up Jersey Mike's nearby. We were sat down within 5 minutes of arriving. Recently visited Dumpling Master and was pleasantly surprised by the experience. Given the location, I would not expect a very authentic Chinese food experience but Dumpling Monster proved me wrong here. The beef noodles and the dry mix noodles were well seasoned, big flavors, and authentic reminder to what I am used to. I was definitely surprised by everything we tried. Next time, I'm definitely getting the dumplings as it's in their name haha! Overall, if you're looking for a more authentic Chinese experience in the area, look no further than here! read more

Absolutely disgusting and inedible. I love dumplings and got take out here today. Do not go here. 1. The XLB were super small (see my pic) and the filling was gritty. I had to spit out whatever was in them. Avoid!! 2. The pork and cabbage fried dumplings had a gross tasting textured wrap. It tasted like leftover pancake mix??? There is a strange texture - I attached a pic, I think something else got cooked with them. I ate one of each and threw them out. :( read more

Great place if you are feeling like eating dumplings. Great selection of food. The menu is small and straight forward. Prices are decent. The food is good. Only thing missing is ginger. Wish they would consider adding ginger. The staff is really nice and helpful. The Resturant itself is clean with a lot of seating. We were excited to try this place out since I saw a post on IG and TikTok. But, Stay away from this place! I asked the waiter if the JaJang Noodle was Korean style and he said yes. After getting it, both my son and I refuse to eat it. Definitely not Korean style. Egg fried rice was so bland we had to add sauce to enhance it a bit. The steamed dumplings were ok but not worthy of its $16 price. I did complain to a waiter about the noodle dish but they didn't do anything about it. They just walked away and ignored the issue. Great new spot! It was busy even on a Sunday night, and they don't take reservations so be prepared to wait if you come during a busy time. For a busy restaurant, it was just average noise. Service was pretty quick and our food came shortly after we ordered. All the food we ordered was great. We got three different types of dumplings: boiled (beef and onion), pot stickers (shrimp and pork), and the xiao long bao plus their Jang Jang noodles (black noodles, similar to the Korean noodles). Favorite one was the potstickers because of the texture--nice and crispy bottom! Something I was surprised by was that they have a sauce section to get chili oil, dumpling sauce, vinegar, etc. It's great not having to wait and ask for it since it's self-serve. I like what they have now, but I'm wondering if they'll expand their menu in the future. So far so great! read more

6/3- Review - Stopped by today the entire Restaurant was super empty .. there were only 2 other patrons who was dining in this afternoon upon arrival we were warmly greeted by the waiter . He gave us our menus & took our orders after we asked for some recommendations. So , we ended up with Thai tea with boba and hot & sour cabbage dumpling soup , pan fried shrimp dumplings and spicy beef noodle soup. First off their Thai tea was okay but their boba was definitely way too chewy & hard the texture reminded me of close to hard chewy taffy or really hard like if it was old or not cooked long enough. As far as the Cucumber salad it was marinated perfect it was refreshing & crispy and seasoned . I added a chili oil drizzle for more flavor & spice . Hot sour & cabbage dumpling soup was okay ... just not what i had anticipated. But their spice my beef noodle soup was amazing ... savory spicy beef brother with fresh noodles & beef chunks that was tender and delicious and bok choy was amazing . This soup is phenomenal I'd highly suggest getting this . Overall , the food was phenomenal minus the boba . Customer service is excellent. read more

Way under staffed for how busy you are. Our server didnt even come get our drink order until we were actually ready to order and he never came back to our table after that... The only person who gave us great service was the young man in the gray t shirt who was working more so in the to go area. EXCELLENT. We tried to order some water and the male who came to our table didnt speak english very well... which is ok! But he tried to put water in my empty thai tea cup and never came back to our table with water glasses.... and seemed incredibly overwhelmed. He wasnt too friendly. We really enjoyed everything!!! My only complaint about the food is the hot and sour dumplings soup, the broth was SO salty. It was so concentrated... it needed a bit of water in it. Also your brown sugar milk tea is kind of bad... we were told its 70% milk and 30% tea and it tastes like straight sugar milk . 7.5 out of 10. Would have gotten a solid 8.5 if the service was good. But the service was actually horrible. :o Would come back, though. Other than the broth being too salty, the dumplings were DELICIOUS!!!!!!! Everything else we ate, we loved. read more

sorry but i have to give a 1 star review. i went to take my family because of tiktok review. and to be honest service was horrible server y look mad the whole time like he didn't want to be there, we order, tonkotsu, clear soup, and hand pull flat noodles as well as calamari, rolled beef, dumplings xiao long bao, i have to admit the tonkotsu was okay, and the rolled beef, everything else was just not good at all, hand pull flat noodle is flat noodles with garlic and chilli oil, with noodle has no flavor, xiao long bao have no soup, calamari was burnt, beef and cabbage dumpling was bland, on top of that brown sugar boba was just milk, taro boba taste nothing like taro it tasted like oolong tea which we order just plane taro, at-least matcha boba was good. my family was so disappointed. that my daughter even said that how can they be dumpling master when they cant even master water as the water had a weird taste that its just not drinkable. sorry dumpling master your not it . need a better training on your server. don't worry i still gave 18% tip read more

Came here because of the hype that this place rivaled Din Tai Fung for taste. I entered with an open mind but came out disappointed. We got seated outside to lessen the long wait but were stuck outside waiting for what seemed to be forever, I ordered the dumplings and and clear beef broth with a boba and the boba prob had to be the best item here. With the noodles being second. It's a very busy ambiance as is getting here on a Saturday night. Personally I think the food was average and definitely not as good as Din Tai Fung but that's a high standard to equate to. There are plenty of seating areas for you to do work. They also have board games for you to play with when you're with good company. Upon walking in, you're swayed by the smell of popcorn chicken and fries. There is a kiosk to order with on the right side or you can go up to the counter to order. Andrew was our lovely cashier today and he made ordering seamless alongside adjusting our drinks to the right preferred sugar levels. I had ordered the peachy twist and my fiancé ordered their milk drink. Upon the first sip, it was extremely sour. I shook my drink and tried my best to drink it, but the passion fruit seeds were too much. I tried my fiancé's milk tea, and that was way better. I was very shy and felt bothersome for going up to the counter to ask for a drink exchange... I hardly ever do it and try to stick to my choice. Yet, I truly couldn't handle the sourness. I went up to the counter and Betty kindly exchanged my drink for me. She was patient and kind, and did so with care. My encountered with their workers made this experience more enjoyable. I had already enjoyed my visit and the boba is chewy and consistent, but Betty and Andrew's service gave it top marks. I'd love to visit again and try their wings or their fries. What a great way to preserver history and man more places and franchises need to do collabs for this instead of whatever the most recent Hoyoslop is to be honest. Drinks are standard like any other KFT location. Drinks run a bit sweet so they definitely need to be adjusted.

It's a very filling meal with good chunks of beef and a lot of noodles. I have a low spice tolerance, hence why I had to order it non-spicy, but I'm sure the spicy version is even better. Although the name of the shop is Cup Noodles, the noodles they use are definitely not as they are of better quality than you would get in an instant noodle cup. What stood out to me the most was how the egg in the noodle soup was cooked! It was fried and most of the yolk was cooked through expect for the very center which had a little pocket in the yolks that was a tiny bit runny. My friend also ordered a pepper fungus (woodear mushroom) for the table which was yummy and a good palette cleanser/flavor break while eating the noodles.

I had a great meal here with friends! We ordered family-style and got to try a little bit of everything. The food was fresh and flavorful overall, and the Xiao Long Bao $9.99 was definitely a highlight - juicy, delicate, and full of rich broth. The Beef Roll $9.99 was also a favorite, with a nice crispy texture and tasty filling. That said, a couple of the dishes could have used a bit more salt, and the pricing was a bit puzzling. For example, the Cucumber Salad was $9.99, which was the same price as the Xiao Long Bao and the Beef Roll - kind of unexpected! The Jang Jang Noodle $15.99 had a nice chewy texture, and the sauce was flavorful, but it was one of the dishes that could of used more salt. Same with the Fried Rice with Egg $7.99 - it was simple and comforting, but a little on the bland side. The Pork and Cabbage Dumplings (we got both potstickers and boiled) were made very well, and the dumpling wrapper had the perfect bite. The boiled version was $12.99 and the potsticker version was $13.99. I loved how they included a "make your own dumpling sauce" on the side for you to build your own dumpling sauce, however, I wish they included ginger as that is a staple in dumpling sauce. One thing that really stood out was the atmosphere. The servers were incredibly friendly, and I noticed that the other guests had big family groups and were laughing out loud - lots of smiles and great energy all around. My friend even made a friend with another guest while waiting for a table! It made the whole experience so much better, people here are just so welcoming! Despite the small seasoning and pricing quirks, we still all had an enjoyable meal. The portions were decent, and it's always fun sharing dishes with friends. I'd come back to try more! read more

Dumpling Master is solid overall, with a few tradeoffs that are worth knowing before you go. We ordered the standard dumplings, potstickers, and the hot and sour beef noodle soup. Food-wise, no complaints. Everything came out hot, flavorful, and clearly made with care. The dumplings and potstickers were done right, and the soup had that deep, rich flavor you want with a good balance of heat and tang. One thing I actually liked was the dumpling sauce bar. You can customize everything exactly how you want it instead of being stuck with a generic sauce, which adds a lot to the experience. That said, the setup inside could be better. The tables are a bit small, and once the food started coming out, it got cramped fast. Trying to fit multiple dishes, drinks, and everything else on the table wasn't the smoothest experience. Drinks were mixed for me. Sodas are served by the can, which isn't my favorite, but the boba tea was good and worth getting. Price-wise, it's a little on the higher side for what it is, but the food quality mostly justifies it. Staff was a strong point. Very friendly, attentive, and they went out of their way to accommodate our two-year-old, which doesn't go unnoticed. Overall, good food, good people, slightly tight space and a few minor misses. Stopped off at this restaurant yesterday. This was in a small shopping center anchored by Stater Bros. The food is very authentic. We ordered their dumpling (the first item on the dumpling menu list) and the beef noodle soup. The flavor was spot on as if i was in China or Taiwan. The beef cube in the soup could be a bit more tender. I would prefer the beef to be sliced thinly so it can absorb the full flavor of the soup. The noodle texture was very good. I suspect that the noodles maybe freshly hand pulled. I was watching what was delivered to the other guest in the restaurant. Normally I do not like the tomato egg dish but when I saw it delivered to the next table I will add this on the list to try. Other items I saw was the cucumber appetizer, the sesame balls and a few other soup noodle dish. The service was great and the restaurant was very clean. Overall I have to give them a score of 99.5 out of 100. Next time I am shopping at 99 Ranch definitely I will stop in for lunch again. I would love to order take out delivery but I am too far out . The place is really spacious and has a very nice casual vibe to it. I recommend coming to eat with a group of friends or family! The chicken chow mein was so flavorful and the portion was great to share for about four people. The fried rice came out looking perfect and tasted just as amazing. The Xiao Long Bao were a bit thick skinned but still had amazing flavor. They had a self serving sauce station with all their sauce choices as well. I ordered a thai tea and it was not too sweet- it had the perfect balance and I would say one of the best thai teas I've had! My partner got a taro milk tea and said it was good! Impressive Noodle in Rancho Cucamonga is definitely worth a visit. The beef noodle soup earns a solid 5/5 the broth was rich and flavorful, though the beef itself was a bit chewy. The xiao long bao were good, but the standout dish for me was the pan-fried beef and onion dumplings, which were excellent and full of flavor. One minor downside was the ordering process: when ordering with the waiter, they expected dish numbers rather than item names, which made things a bit awkward (for example, asking "what number is it?" when we ordered by name). Dumping Master Inland is an absolute must-try! The dumplings here are incredibly delicious -- juicy, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. Honestly, they taste just as good as, if not better than, Din Tai Fung's -- and at a more affordable price! My personal favorite is the spicy and sour rice noodles -- they pack the perfect balance of heat and tang. You have to try them! And don't sleep on the cucumber salad -- it's so refreshing and addictive, I could eat it every single day. The restaurant is clean, and the staff are super friendly and welcoming. Despite my arrival at 8:39 PM, well within their listed closing time of 9:00 PM according to Yelp, I was disheartened to find the staff claiming that they were closed. The flickering "open" sign at the front added to the confusion. I had intended to make a purchase to bring home, but my hopes were dashed as they informed me of their early closure. Second time here with the partner. We had the mango smoothie and passion honey tea to start. Both were such great compliments to the beef and onion dumplings and pork potstickers. Both servers were very friendly and helped explain the menu to us. Clean space top down including the restrooms with a very chill RNB playing in the background. Food was advertised as a din tai fung dupe but was nowhere close to being a dupe. The food lacked flavor and the dumpling's wrapping was pretty thick. The Xiao long boa were hardly soup dumplings and were just dumplings. The service was not great. Overall very overpriced, and seems like they pay alot of influencers to advertised the place.
