    Nigiri

My husband and I dined in together here. There was essentially little to no wait on a Friday night, but it was still pretty busy. Considering how busy it was I think the service was doing a pretty good job at coming out with the food/waters promptly. It's a pretty big interior there's lots of tables. In terms of the food, for ayce it was $40 pp before tax. I think the fish to rice ratio was great for the nigiri pieces. Depending on what you get, you can get full pretty quickly especially with those more premium rolls. I will say it's okay decent quality cuts for ayce, nothing too crazy. All in all we'd come back!

Food 5/5 Sushi Martini will always be my favorite! I love how fresh their sushi is, everything is so flavorful, filling, and truly melt-in-your-mouth. The Citrus Roll and Inland Empire Roll are absolute must-orders, and their peppered albacore and salmon is so good, so honestly, any roll with those is a win. I also appreciate how generous they are with their roll sizes and sides. I usually order spicy mayo, lemon, and jalapeño on the side, and they've always been accommodating with no issues. To top it off, their miso soup and green tea ice cream are delicious and the perfect finish to the meal. Customer Service 5/5 I've been coming here for over 10 years and have never had any issues with customer service. The staff is always friendly and welcoming. Ambience 3/5 I absolutely love the food here! While the interior could use a little renovation, it's very spacious, and I always enjoy being seated in the booths since they're much more comfortable. Cleanliness 5/5 I've never had any issues with cleanliness, the tables are always wiped down, and everything is consistently clean and well maintained. Wait Time 4/5 Wait times are generally fair. When it's busy, there can be a longer wait for seating and food, but that's to be expected. When it's especially crowded, I usually choose to sit at the bar. Cost 4/5 Sushi Martini is a bit on the pricier side, and they don't offer happy hour, but their sushi specials are a great value! You can get miso soup, a salad, and two rolls for under $40, and the quality and flavor are still excellent.

Went to Sushi Martini as they had TV and wanted to watch football and eat sushi. Sat at the bar and discovered they offered AYCE for $39.95. Ordered a couple of rolls and nigiri items and thought it was just ok. The fish for the nigiri was very thin so all I tasted was rice. The rolls did not have a lot of flavor but that could have been what I ordered. Service was friendly at the bar and they do have a unique drinks menu. All n all it was ok.

The food is delicious but the service has taken a dip over the years. They lack anticipation of the needs of their table and just felt as if they weren't paying attention. It wasn't anything major, just something I noticed after coming here for a few years now. Great spot for AYCE sushi tho. I'm sure I will be back again!

I've been here multiple times from San Diego. I really think this is my favorite sushi spot! I love the Frankenstein roll & how unique the colors are. The pieces of fish are thick too. Pretty great service from our server. They got our drinks quickly, and refills etc. Our table ordered both sushi & two hot entrees and two hot appetizers. Unfortunately the hot entrees came significantly later compared to the sushi. Which I can understand since it's coming from a different kitchen, but I really felt they came late. Also, the hot appetizers came at the same time of the hot entrees. I wish the timings were different. A lot of nice seating and there is also a bar area.

Hands down one of the best Sushi spots in Rancho, huge restaurant with plenty of parking, we were seated right away and was greeted by our server Calvin who such a cool guy and took care of us the entire night, food came out quick and everything was just delicious. We picked the All you could eat for $39.99 a person and was definitely worth it. Ambience of the place was great, good for families, dates and gatherings, they also have a full bar. Was a terrific experience and will definitely be back. Highly recommended!

Used to love their AYCE, now overpriced considering the quality. Service is nice but they got our orders wrong, and served hot food cold Vibes are upbeat, multiple TV's, loud speakers, chatty patrons. 3/5, average but overpriced, their saving grace would be good rice to fish ratios.

I'm not much of a sushi person. I do like it but it wouldn't be like my first choice in dining. However my experience here on Sunday was pretty darn good both service and food wise. We went around 730pm and were seated immediately. Not busy at all. Our serve stopped by to get our drink order and she also checked in regularly. The citrus was my favorite which does have a slight kick to it, I took off the jalapeño but was still something I enjoyed considering I don't do spicy. Followed by the baked one called home run and then the cream cheese one, Vegas. It's a bit on the darker side regarding lighting making it appear a bit on the old and dreary side, but appeared clean. I would definitely go again based on taste and quick service. They also have an AYCE but that was a bit too much food for us 3.pricing each was about 25 bucks for food and one beer each.

Overall: 4.5/5 This was my 3rd time coming here. Food is good and service was great! I came on a Friday afternoon (around 5:30) and my party of 4 was seated right away. The waiter checked up on us even though he was very busy. The prices are fair and they don't charge for the extra small things such as lemons or jalapeño slices like other sushi places might do. Sushi is good and they put a lot of salmon on top of the roll! Miso soup is also really flavorful. The chicken was tender and juicy. Only thing I think would make it better is if they do a bit of up keeping. Seems a little run down as the time passes.

Sushi Martini is located in Rancho Cucamonga and serves sushi in a restaurant and lounge type spot. It's located in a plaza with a large parking lot. They have tables that can be pushed together which is convenient for large parties. There's also a bar area with a couple TVs. They offer both AYCE ($40/person) and a la carte options. We ordered a variety of nigiri and rolls and my favorites were the unagi and salmon nigiri. Most if not all the rolls had a lot of sauce on top which always makes me suspicious of its quality. For cocktails we ordered the lychee martini ($11) and the mango jalapeño margarita ($10) which were both good and well priced.

Decided to visit this long time sushi spot in Rancho. Everything was great! Came on a Friday for lunch. Staff was quick, friendly, and knowledgable. Got the lunch sushi and everything was fresh and tasty. Some places surprisingly mess up miso soup, but definitely not the case here. I always love the long standing family-run restaurants and it's a tough business, so wishing this place continued success's

Service was good. Unfortunately the food was not the greatest and overpriced- tempura was soggy and the broccoli was drenched in butter- the teriyaki salmon was a good size. Unfortunately the place was not clean and the worst part happened on the way out I was waiting for my daughter outside the restroom and noticed a male worker going to the Men's restroom with his apron!!! This was the guy standing behind the sushi bar counter.

One of the coolest things about a speakeasy is the transition into the space. Here, there's a walkway and corner, then turn into the candle and subtle lit space. It's a small thing? But that bit of walk helps distance the mind and feel open to the special space. There is a bar with seating, a long high top, and bench & table booth-ish type seating. The colors are warm, reminiscent of sitting in a western sunset. Music plays - jazzy, alternative, happy music. We were greeted and seated by the friendly hostess, then welcomed warmly by the magic maker himself: the bartender! And what delightfully unique, and dare I say daring, concoctions he made! The cocktails each had a spin, an ingredient, something *different* from the norm, making it challenging for my friend and I to narrow down which delights to try! Even the popcorn was unique, with chili and nutritional yeast savoriness that was the perfect complement to our cocktails. My friend felt the Silver Cloud was quite the adult version of a smoothie dessert! She got ideas...I adored my Last Word. It was refreshing with the green chartreuse and incredibly not-put-down-able. Next up, she had the Bandolier. It was a very unique taste to her, pretty puckery, so the bartender - who checked on us regularly for impressions - added a bit more pineapple. That did the trick! My next was the Boulevardier, which was uniquely and deliciously twisted with the coffee and salt. Absolute yum!!! Even though there's a 90 minute limit, on this Thursday night there was plenty of space between imbibers, and we weren't pressured in any way to move along. Thank you, as we were due for a proper catch up. One thing we did notice, is that once there were more folks chatting and laughing, it became a bit echo-y and harder to hear. On a busier night, I imagine the ambience we first experienced- quieter, mellow, chill vibe - likely changes to more robust and lively. Either way, this place is a feels-far-away retreat worth "traveling" to.

We had a 1:00 PM reservation and were told after checking in that the wait would only be 20-30 minutes. We ended up waiting about 40 minutes and were then seated at a tiny table for six people with the sun directly hitting us the entire time. Our waitress greeted us with only one menu and said she didn't have any more. We asked about bottomless mimosas and she responded, "I don't know, I saw one person doing it but I don't think so." How does a server not know whether the restaurant offers bottomless mimosas? We ordered drinks almost immediately after being seated, but they didn't arrive until 2:10 PM. It is over an hour later , while tables seated after us already had theirs. The food service was even worse: 2:09 PM: only 1 out of 6 meals arrived No silverware or napkins were provided We had to ask another server, who placed loose forks and knives directly on the table and said he only had 3 napkins 2:30 pm only 2 more plates came out Another plate arrived later by 2:33pm while 2 people still had no food at all By the time my food arrived, the waffle was dry and stiff, and the "chicken and waffles" looked like one chicken strip cut into four tiny pieces. And was $22. My son's burger came out much later, and my husband's food didn't arrive until 2:50 PM which was another $22 dry chicken and waffle plate. At that point we asked for the manager because our entire Mother's Day brunch had been spent waiting while everyone ate separately. The manager seemed completely unconcerned and said someone would handle it only after my mom asked what was he planning on doing besides apologizing as we were still missing a plate. Meanwhile, our waitress barely checked on us unless we flagged her down ourselves. No refills, no silverware, no urgency, and constant "your food is coming in two seconds" excuses. The food itself was disappointing too. Chicken and waffle Portions were tiny, flavors were off, and even the horchata colada tasted nothing like horchata. This was actually our second bad experience here. We previously came for Taco Tuesday and experienced similar disorganization, but decided to give the restaurant another chance. Huge mistake. Parking is terrible, the waiting area is overcrowded, and the restaurant felt completely unprepared and understaffed for a holiday they should have planned for. But we were sitting waiting for a drink. I heard other waitresses freaking out telling people Dont Give Out lunch menus sad that they can't even handle brunch. Honestly, you're better off going somewhere like The Broken Yolk Cafe if you want decent brunch service and to actually enjoy your meal together. Sad that a place trying to present itself as high-end. If you're gonna boast about being the first rooftop in Rancho, your service and your food and your drinks better be good. Completely ruined our Mother's Day. We will never return! The 20% off a $220 bill was paid right back at the waitress tip which, if my family hadn't paid, I would've gave her nothing. Isn't your waitress supposed to see your table that one person has food for half an hour shouldn't she go back and ask shouldn't your waitress see if you have your drinks within 40 minutes shouldn't your waitress know what you serve there shouldn't your waitress check on her tables completely ridiculous. A single rose does not make up for horrible service. I included pictures with time stamps

The Lanai is located in the Cravings food court area at The Station shopping center in Eastvale. There is plenty of parking available. We went inside to the Shuck Oyster bar and entered The Lanai from there. It is actually more of a tiki patio than an enclosed tiki bar. However, the tiki décor is great with plenty of bamboo, carved tiki figures, hanging puffer fish, tiki style signs, and many tropical accents. There are overhead fans spaced around in case it is hot outside. We had one round of drinks and several appetizers. The coconut shrimp and lightly battered Shishito peppers were great and the sauces paired well. We have had these appetizers at Stowaway before and they had the same good quality. She ordered the spicy tofu bites. I'm not usually a fan of tofu, but they were surprisingly really good. I had the Adrian's Mistake cocktail which was well balanced and a little on the strong side. She had the Right Of Passage which was good and had a light fruit flavor and you could definitely taste the mango. The one man show Brandon took great care of us. It was slow at this time of day so we got a chance to chat with him quite a bit and service was fast. They have a weekday happy hour from 4pm to 6pm. Although we didn't specifically order off the happy hour menu, three of our items, including both cocktails were part on it. I give it 4.3 stars but rounded up to five stars. I'm sure the ambience is much better in the evening when it more lively and dark outside.
