It's a cozy little gem, so if you head there on a busy day, just be prepared for a bit of a wait (trust me, it's worth it!). The staff is so courteous and friendly, they really make the whole experience feel special. Everything about this experience was great...except for the sickness that followed. Our server was very attentive and the food was served hot, fresh, and delicious. We tried some of the bottled imported drinks and were pleasantly surprised. My kid was a big fan of the chicken karaage and I definitely indulged in the spicy garlic edamame. It was 3 orders of tonkatsu ramen, and one was ordered without vegetables for my kid. She did not care too much for the soup, but the rest of us devoured it. It wasn't until about an hour after we left that my kid had to urgently use the restroom. We rushed home and she was crying that she could not hold it in. Shortly after her episode, it was me, and then dad suffering from bubble guts. Unfortunately my last time here was in January and it disappointed me so much. I always order the Classic Tonkatsu with the Chashu and it was a night and day difference. The pork was chewy, thinner and not flavorful at all. Shocked to learn this place is under new ownership and switched up the Pork Chashu, that was a terrible move on the owners part. I doubt we will ever return unless we get the Vegan Ramen but I'm aprehensive in returning due to learning about the new ownership. I made it just in time for Happy Hour (everyday from 3-6) and got $8 Ika Geso Age (fried squid tentacles) and $6 Kirin. Stopped by Noods Bar, when we were looking for a good local ramen spot. Started off with the pork buns appetizer. The pork was tender, juicy, and packed with flavor. Honestly, I could've eaten a few more of those! Would definitely recommend. For our main dishes, we went with the Shoyu and Tonkatsu ramen. Both were pretty solid, with a rich, flavorful broth and well-prepared pork chashu. I do wish there had been more of that chashu--it was definitely the star of the bowl. My only real critique is the portion size. For the price, the servings felt a bit on the smaller side. Everything about our visit was amazing the tonkotsu broth was rich, creamy, and packed with flavor, the meat was tender and delicious, and the noodles were cooked perfectly not too soft, not too firm, just right. We also tried the fried octopus, which was crispy on the outside and tender inside, served with this incredible spicy sauce that was so flavorful. Even after the octopus was gone, I found myself dipping everything I could into that sauce I even considered taking it home! Service was outstanding. Jaiden was our server and handled everything like a pro. It was mommy and daughter date night and we originally wanted to go to another restaurant however was sadly turned away due to closing early so we decided to come here. It's not our first time here so we went with the usual. They had a new ramen on the menu "Devil spicy ramen" and it's a spicy version of the tonkotsu. We inquired in how spicy it was and was informed that they used both a chili oil and a chili paste and that it was really spicy. So I requested for just the chili oil and paste on the side- good thing I did bc omg that paste is fire literally. I can eat spicy food but this was uncomfortably spicy and so glad I didn't order this in my noodle. The waiter was accommodating and I'm grateful for the advice. The karagge was okay almost a bit too fried almost burnt. It was more crunchy than it was crispy- not the texture I was hoping for. Decided to come here for lunch and I was slightly disappointed in the service. We had arrived right when it opened - parking was easy and there was no wait. We decided to order some chicken karage and ramen. Chicken karage came out quick - the chicken was just okay. As for the ramen - one of the ramen came out first while the second one took another 20 min or so for it to come out. This was disappointing since one person would be done with their meal by the time the other person can get theirs. Ramen was good. I believe if they improve their service then I would consider coming back but for now - I will have to pass. read more

Today, Noods Bar was....disappointing. Looking at other reviews compared to my experience today, this is a very inconsistent kitchen. The server was great. She's alone on the floor and she's moving everywhere to take care of everyone. The kitchen was kinda slow. The atmosphere is casual and fun, very easygoing. The garlic edamame was good if not spicy. The real disappointment was the classic tonkatsu ramen. I ordered mine with chashu. The chashu was great, very tender and flavorful... but that was where all the flavor was. The bamboo shoots tasted vaguely sour. The tonkatsu broth was almost completely flavorless. I don't understand how that's possible. I had someone else taste it, just to make sure. It pretty much ruined what should have been a really solid bowl of ramen. This meal definitely was not worth the $18 per bowl today. I will not be back, but please do better, Noods kitchen. read more

I had moved to the inland Empire during Covid and one thing I missed about living in LA is a good Ramen spot and I think I finally found one. The broth was creamy and rich. We decided to be adventurous and try this ramen place next to a dim sum restaurant with forty minutes wait time. There were no one in front they have only two waitresses. Place is a bit darker but ambiance is good. Party of four consists of two adults and two kids ordered the following: Classic Tonkotsu chasu (pork) with savory pork broth, spinach, black garlic oil, green onion, nori(seaweed), aji tamago ( ramen egg not fully boiled). The combination of soup is salty, savory. Ingredients are fresh and chasu are pork bellies. Spicy tuna tacos: spicy tuna(raw), guacamole, fried wonton skin, and lots of rice - it's basically a giant rice ball. Tokyo shio ramen (chicken option): dash & chicken broth , seasoned with sofrito, green onion, slow roasted tomatoes, nori and aji tamago. Flavor is also savory and salty; personally I will not order chicken it's more chewy and old. Chasu is better for most ramens here. In summary this restaurant is more 3.5 in my opinion and with potential of 4.0. read more

Last Sunday, I went to a restaurant, named "Noods". I ordered the spicy miso ramen to go. Everything was fine but I had to wait 35 minutes for the food to be ready. I also ordered two more soups for my family. When I returned home, I got very little broth and it was very salty. I had to add hot water, but it was still too salty. I think I will not go back. I had to wait a long time, the food was expensive, almost $20, and they gave me very little. The food was too salty, I couldn't finish it, so I wasted my money. Never again! read more

I went in yesterday with my boyfriend as every other restaurant we went to had a long wait. It was our first time going here and let me tell you it was amazing! The food came out really fast even as other people were coming in and it was also really tasty. The service was amazing and the hostess/waitress was really attentive and friendly. The ambiance was really nice as well and I will definitely be returning. I think for the price it's worth it and it's a good date night spot.
