I got completely ripped off. I wish I could give this no stars. Called and asked if they would soak my acrylics off that they put on. They said yes so I make an appointment. The lady filed them down a little then started ripping them off. It hurt badly! So I softly speak up and explained I asked for them to be soaked off. So after another lady translated and two nails were ripped off she got some acetone and started soaking my nails. She obviously didn't know what she was doing. I patiently waited while my fingers were soaked and then she tried pulling the acrylic off with a paper towel. After a few tries with the paper towel she started using the drill again. Finally she said she was done I still have acrylics on my nails and they charged me $15. So $17 ( I tipped the poor lady that didn't know what she was doing) later I'm worse then I started. Came in for a manicure with my family. Luckily there was a tech available on a busy Thursday. The manicure was great! I was luckily to get a perfectionist nail tech who made sure to do a good job. My gel nails came out great. She was patient as I looked at colors on the wall instead of the samples. She was very thorough with the hand/arm massage afterwards too which I enjoyed. Even got a hot towel to wipe the excess lotion and oil off. A+ treatment. The only reason I took off a star was because their prices are high let than what I'm used to paying. I usually pay $22 for gel nails at my local nail salon but here they were $31. Will return for family nail salon time and if in the area. read more

I was given a gift certificate so I went for the manicure and pedicure combo. I am please with both and would go there again. They have the BEST massage chairs around. I would go back just for the chair. I do not take care of my hands and my cuticles are dry and ragged as a rule. They did a great job cleaning them up. Unlike other manicures this was pain free and did not leave me wishing I had not done it. I bring my own polish so I can fix chips as they occur, so I cannot comment on selection. read more

Finally came in to get my nails done. Called in the same day to schedule an appointment and was able to come in that afternoon. This will be my new go to nail salon since I'm semi-new to the area. The gentleman that helped me was so easy with my hands and made me feel comfortable. When he was taking off my nails, I flinched a little and that's when he said okay I use more gentle way to remove gel nails. That was a plus!! I scheduled an appointment but when I came in they were completely busy. They don't have magazines to read, which isn't a requirement but I've never gone to a place that didn't have them and it's nice to read while relaxing. They didn't ask me what color I wanted on my toes and assumed I wanted the same color I asked for my nails--I did not--but it was too ate because she had already started when I looked down at my toes. You might be thinking...how come you did not notice your toes being painted the wrong color? Well...another nail technician was having me balance the LED lamp ON MY LAP. He turned off my massage chair and sat me up vertically, it was very uncomfortable. Gel Manicure went onto my skin so as days went on, it leaves air space and becomes easier to peel off. Not to mention, my pedicure lasted one week. Normally, a regular pedicure lasts a few weeks. It's totally chipped. Two stars because the price is the cheapest I could find. I just moved to the area and have been on a search for my new go to nail salon. I decided to give Dublin nails a try after reading the good reviews on Yelp. Gel manicures are $26, and gel color without manicure is $21. I opted for the latter, as my cuticles are very sensitive and tend to look fine without pushing/cutting. They had a decent color selection- I went with my usual light pink color. The manicurist helping me also happened to be managing the phone for the day, so it was a bit annoying when she picked up at least 5 different calls during my session. This slowed her down, although I would have to say she still did a wonderful job with my nails. It has now been 1.5 weeks and my nails are still perfect! I was recommended to Dublin Nails by a friend and, after checking Yelp, decided to give it a shot. Pros: I was seated immediately so no wait, which is always nice. They had a nice selection of color and I ended up getting a really cool oil slick on my toes. The leg massage was nice, short, but nice. Price was $40 altogether, not bad at all Cons: The whole process was very rushed, I felt like they just wanted me out of there (which was surprising because it was pretty empty). The biggest problem was that the manicurist cut me pretty badly while doing my cuticles. I get that it happens, but she didn't apologize! She just went "Oops!", cleaned it and kept going. She's very honest with her price and honestly I've recommended my bestie, my mom, my clients at work, and my bank teller haha and they all say one thing about her, "you can tell she's experienced and she knows what she's doing!" The guy who did my nails started off filing them then once other ppl started coming in he took off. My thumb was filed incredibly crooked. :/ A lady finished filing and painting my toes. I should have just left it and not asked for art. So disappointed. I showed the man who ran off the art I want and told him if its too hard I'll pick something else. Not everyone is familiar with how to do it which is fine. But I'd rather know you can't do it than get a shitty design. He asked if I want the bear to be brown like in the picture. I said yes. Why is it gray? The strawberry looks like a glob. Just say I'm sorry but I'm not good at those or something. First 2 pictures are of what I wanted. The rest are what I got. Update.... I called because I was pretty upset, they said to come in that they will fix it. All they did was take off the art. Now its just plain pink. Also had to come back a 3rd time bc they forgot the gloss :/ The nail polish on the thumb is now lumpy. Seems like they don't take pride in what they do, just get ppl in and get ppl out. It hasn't even been 24 hours since I got a mani & pedi and the polish is coming off already. Old nail polish? I took my daughter with me and she got the gel/shellac polish but hers too is coming off.
