While it's not the ritzy place I'd wish it was- it's very affordable, it is not too dirty and I've gone through random stylists to make sure that it was consistent. For now, it's been really good. A huge shoutout to Minh, who is just simply an artist. Like the other staff, they are meticulous about making sure I was happy with the length, they explained to me what they were doing the few times I asked questions, and the few times I wanted specific designs (Pinterest can really get your mind going, doesn't it?), Minh really delivered. Getting an acrylic gel of a base price of under $60 is rare and the fact that I've gotten them at $50 even with long nails is just so budget friendly. I've been coming here for 3 years and won't come anymore. Their service has fallen off and it's so disappointing. Over the last few months I'd come in and leave with nail polish on my nails & fingers and air bubbles in the polish. The last straw was when I went two weeks ago. I showed them a flower design and the woman made it look like a moon. And after 2 days my shellac polish was chipping. By day 5 it looked like I'd had my nails for 2-3 weeks. Very disappointed. First time trying out this salon! I was pleased, this place is a lot more clean than most nail shops I have been to. I arrived at 6pm on a weekday and every technician was busy! Good sign. I probably had to wait about 5 - 10 minutes, but that's fine considering I didn't have an appointment. Environment: clean. I like the fact that the nail technician used a new nail file and buffer. A lot of places do NOT do this. Price: Average. I only got a pedicure which was $20 and got a great foot/leg massage. I believe they do a pedicure/manicure special for $30, good deal. Nail tech: I didn't catch her name, but she took her time and I can appreciate that. Many places rush and you end up finding mistakes, which they then become unhappy about because you pointed it out to them. I had a mani/pedi for the first time a week ago. It was very painful, and now two of my nails are very sore and moderately infected. I won't be going back. Yes the leg massage was splendid... Yes it was inexpensive.. $30. But now I might have to seek medical attention. 4/22/12 - my nails have been chipping, peeling, and cracking severely. I'm hoping they will grow out soon. Definitely a no-frill salon here, but I do love the layout with all the pedicure stations lined up against a wall in a row. The women are nice and kept the gossiping to the minimum and they did a decent job on my feet. My only gripe is some of the patrons who insist on bringing their bratty demon spawn in here. Getting your nails done is supposed to be a relaxing environment, I don't want to hear your kid crying because they're getting bored. Leave the kids at home, a nail salon is NOT a place for kids! This time i got my pink and whites filled because my usual salon was too busy. Service was good enough and nails looked great immediately after. However, its been 1.5 weeks and 1 nail has completely come off (literally has never happened to me before), another is half off, and yet another is chipped (again, never happened before) Considering i've been getting pink and white for over 13 years now and these are first time issues, I'm going to say its a sign of the salon and not go back. A friend recommended this place so I was excited as her nails are always on point. She booked an appointment for me with her nail tech. I got there right on time but the technician I had booked the appointment with was not there, no one called or bothered to contact me. Since I was already there, I figured it wouldn't be that bad- it was. I waited 15 minutes just to have my hand dipped in bowl of acetone. My skin is still so irritated. Ten minutes of that and another technician starts taking my dip off. Then he abruptly leaves and my hand is back soaking in the bowl of acetone. First tech comes back-- I've been there an hour now. Finally gets the dip off and puts on powder. Without finishing I'm suddenly getting a pedicure but my nails are not even done. This is now the third person I'm working with. Pedicure, if you can call it that lasts a whole ten minutes, application is horrible and dried looking runny. She didn't bother filing or shaping my toes-- really just awful! Back to get my finger nails getting painted-yet another tech. After it dries, I notice there's polish smeared in the nail but for some reason instead of cleaning it or fixing it, the nail tech is trying to buffer the skin by nail. I had to tell her that she was hurting me and how was rubbing my skin going to fix the smear on the nail. She asked if I wanted it fixed-uhm yes. Reluctantly she got a drill set and started fixing it. She did a spotty job and nail is now all crooked, the skin around it is raw-- still not sure why she was trying to take my skin off. They charged me over $100 for what I have to say is the worse nail experience I've ever had. Also be aware they charged me for taking off my previous nails-been getting my nails done most of my life and no one has ever charged me for this-- how are they supposed to give me a new set without taking the old one away. read more

I was running late but they said it was fine. They started in my pedicure immediately and the woman who did it did an AMAZING job! Then Thien came and began working on my nails. The worst part is, after 2 days, one of the gell medi is chipped. 1 more days later, the other ones also chipped. I decided to check this salon out since it's by my work and they had a lot of 4-5 star reviews. A guy did my nails and he was very rough, grabbing my hands aggressively. I asked for coffin shaped and they gave me square. The square was too wide and not filed evenly. I chose a color that looked completely different and it appeared old. He had to apply 5 coats of usually its only 1-2 at other salons I've been too. He did not take time either and it felt very rushed. I will NOT be coming back. read more

They're absolutely amazing here. I get my acrylics done by then and they always do exactly what I ask and make sure I'm happy with the shape and length; and if I'm not, they don't act like its a huge drag to change it!! They're all very friendly, even if it's your first time or you're not a regular. The chairs are comfy, and they have really good ventilation so there's never that overwhelming "nail salon" chemical smell. They have one nail artist who is really skilled, and can do a bunch of designs. The equipment is very clean too, they have everything very clearly labeled and very well organized so I never question the sanitation of something. They're very accommodating with appointments. I can usually call the same day I want to come in, and they can schedule my appointment within an hour or two. They do take walk ins, but appointments naturally get priority and they seem to have a lot of them. The prices are also EXTREMELY Fair and very consistent; I've had salons that seem to charge me all over the map for the exact same work, but here they always charge the same so there's never any surprises. read more

This a decent place to get a mani-pedi, though I am not too impressed with the strip mall that it's located in. The person working on me did a great job. I got shellac nail paint for my fingernails and the regular pedi. The shellac lasted a good 2 weeks till my nails started growing and I had to get it taken off. My past experiences with shellac elsewhere were not so good, with the nail paint peeling within a couple days. read more

Cons: -barely cut my cuticles because she was rushing -My lady filed my nails and barely took any time to check to see if it was uneven or rough on the outer portion. -Gel was applied sloppy, it was on my skin -She CUT ME and made me bleed on one finger and hurt me many times trying to cut my cuticles. She then applied some brown substance on my cut (to stop the blood maybe?) -two nails were uneven -there are little bubbles -It stung really bad when she poured alcohol on my fingers (because of the cuts). Pros: -It was only $25 for shellac. -They welcome walk-ins and seat you quickly -Some of the other ladies seemed friendly and one even seemed concerned with the way my lady was doing my nails. My sibbling's nails looked cute after her manicure so I guess you have to find the right person there.
