I came in for a regular polish pedicure & acrylics full set. Heather started off on my nails and then Jessica took over while Heather started the pedicure. Jessica asked if I had any inspo pics which was nice. She kept checking to make sure I was happy with the length and shape and Heather swatched colors on extra nail tips so I could pick my favorite. I appreciate all the attention to detail and them making sure I was happy! Heather did a fantastic job on the pedicure. She took her time with cleaning the nails, the massage portion, and painting. The salon is clean and looked like all the tools were clean as well. I do think the pedicure was a bit pricy compared to some other salons in the area. I paid $45 for the regular polish pedicure and $65 for acrylics. read more

I called to schedule an appointment the week of because I needed to get my nails done for my wedding after some change of plans, and they got me in pretty quickly. I had never had acrylics done before, but Teresa walked me through it and told me that she could always adjust the length throughout the process. We talked about a few styles and she even let me see it on my hand before curing it. Teresa was so kind and we had such a good conversation together! The salon was super clean and all their tools were sanitized. We also came in with a 6 year old who we didn't make an appointment for, but they made time for her and gave her a full manicure and pedicure. I absolutely LOVE how my nails looked. This location is so busy. I've tried making an appointment before but I canceled bc they were busy and pushed back my appointment. Just make sure to call ahead to make an appointment but still you might have to wait bc clients sometimes come in late and pushes everyone's appointments behind. Kind of felt rushed during my appointment but she did a great job. I believe I had Theresa to do my full set $55 of nails the one sitting 2nd in front. And she did a great job and did them how I wanted it. Fast and painless. The only thing is that, I had to put cuticle oil on my own nails which luckily I had in my car or else my nails were still dry from when she cleaned my cuticles. I've been trying to find a nail tech for the last couple of years in the area. The last one I found traumatized me so it took about several months until I trusted someone to do my acrylic nails. My wife went for manicure and had a poor experience. During nail cleaning, they pulled cuticles too hard and one of her nail beds started bleeding. When applying polish, they rush through it making it look uneven. They forgot to use hand scrub and when reminded, they got upset and start dealing roughly. The idea of relaxing during a manicure gets thrown out the window. Not recommended. read more

I took the bookmark off. I will never set foot in here again. I got over the bait and switch pricing within the first three visits(called was quoted $25 came to $30). Second vividly quoted $25 again came to $30 again. But hey $30 was not bad for the service, or so I thought! I had a broken nail within my first two weeks a few months back, they totally fixed it no charge. Wow that made it a great place to be...but wait ... I had a broken nail 10 days into a color change. Went in a on Saturday prepared to wait whatever amount of time to get it fixed up as I have a lot of time left before a color change. The "manager" asked why I was in. I stated I have a crack in my nail at the base and want to save my nail please. She looked at it and said oh the color is still good slapped some nail glue on it and said be careful with it. SERIOUSLY!!! I said I'd pay to have a better repair and she said just be careful. I told her I was only 10 days in and I usually go three to four weeks. I was sent on my way. Monday at work, I type of a living, I noticed the glue was already cracked and the nail was once again in jeopardy. I went back in that night MONDAY NIGHT. ( they are closed Sundays) the manager asks what I need. I tell her the glue broke I need a nail fix. She said well come back tomorrow we have others waiting. I flipped. I told her if you had fixed it on SATURDAY when I came in I would not have to wait and honestly this nail would not survive another day at work. She said others are waiting sorry. I walked out and promptly found a salon to handle their issue and their color change manicure is the original $25 quoted here. It is what they actually charge not just what they quote you on the photo time and one again but charge you more. So done. Beware if you go here. You are a number. You will be glued and sent on your way even when you offer to actually pay for the repair since that is easier on their schedule. So over their crap! read more

I was so hoping to have this salon be our regular nail salon. The first two times we had fantastic service and nails by Theresa. Unfortunately, On our third visit, my daughter had her nails done by Jessica. She was cut and had nail glue put over the cuts and then was burned with the drill. Her nails were horrible on top of all that. Hoping that you have a better experience. Wish we would have been able to have Theresa every time as she is meticulous and careful and does an amazing job. Had a Mani-pedi, both were not great, very rushed, sloppy, hardly a massage or rub. arrived from my appointment was told to look at colors for 30 minutes before we got started. Once we did get started still sat in the chair for another 20 minutes. Other people walked in and they were still taking people in and making them wait long. The times. They should just be honest and say they don't have enough staff or time and stop taking customers and making them wait an hour before they are attended to. Won't be back. read more

I waited while the girl finished her lunch, she finally appeared, did a horrible job on my nails, they are jagged on the tips, she was easily distracted by everyone who walked in the door.
