I just finished my mani-pedi at Pampered Nails & Spa. This was my second visit, and I called around 11 am to book a same-day appointment for 1 pm. Tina, the owner, answered and was able to accommodate me even though it's a Sunday. Helen did my gel pedicure and even gave me a massage using lavender soap - it smelled amazing. Tina did an ombré powder dip manicure based on a Pinterest inspiration photo, and she absolutely nailed it (pun intended!). She also gave me a mini arm & hand massage. Both Tina and Helen did a great job and have wonderful customer service. I really enjoy talking with them and getting to know them. I feel like I've found my Vietnamese aunties, even though I'm not Vietnamese I felt total pampered vibes (just like the salon name) and I'll definitely be coming back. Came in here for a quick eyebrow wax due to the great reviews and their ability to take me as a walk-in. I've had a hard time finding an eyebrow person I'm happy with since I moved to the area, but I was incredibly pleased with my results from Cindy. I let her know that I like my brows to be full, but shapely. She was very sweet, detail oriented and I was very very happy how the finished product turned out. This is my go-to spot for nails! I tried many places in the area, even the "high-end" spots and they have all ripped my dip nails off with a nail tip instead of removing them the proper way. Here, they take time to remove your nails properly which is a HUGE plus. You are greeted the second you walk in, they even have tea, coffee, water. The place is clean and the tools are clean! Tina, Michelle, Ann, Helen, Cindy have all helped my mom and I and they are wonderful. So kind and always accommodating. They offer different types of pedicures as well. Typically for gel nails and a pedicure the price is around $90 not including tip. Worth every penny for the relaxation and amazing nails. I keep mine medium length and haven't had issues with them chipping or breaking. read more

I'd never had a pedicure until about 2 years ago when I decided to try one at Pampered Nails. I only wish I could have started 50 years ago! The whole staff is friendly and the services are outstanding. Cindy, Michelle, Ann, Tina, and Helen are all now great friends and you'll love them all. I recently had knee surgery, so Helen has become my favorite self-care provider. She does a great pedicure plus leg massage that has helped my recovery from surgery. I got a gel manicure here and it was great. Tina did my nails and I feel like she's definitely improved on her skill because I've gotten my nails done by her before, but this time I feel like the shape is extra nice and the paint job is super clean. Even my friend commented and said whoever did my nails did a good job. The thing I like most about this place is their customer service. They're all super nice like insanely so. I could tell they were a bit busier today and some customers would come in while Tina was doing my nails so she would have to stop in order to help them as no one else was available. I personally didn't mind at all because I understand I'm not their only customer and I didn't have anywhere to be. For my patience, she did an overlay on my nails to strengthen them and didn't charge me which I thought was super nice and not necessary at all. They also know almost all of their customers names which is super personable. Also it was $40 for my nails and I tipped $10 which is super reasonable but they are increasing their prices I'm not sure to what though. I decided to treat myself to a pedi last week as an early Mother's Day gift to ME! Since I am on a fixed income, I am not what you would call a "regular" at Pampered Nails, but when I DO decide to treat myself, they are my go-to. I had not been there all winter, justifying to myself that no one will be seeing my toes in boots, but when I finally made an appointment last week, Anne remembered EVERYTHING about my wants/needs......the extra hot soaking water, the white/pink ratio on the French pedi and the fact that I do not like the "scrub" on my legs....only cream.....AND.......my massage was HEAVENLY!! ****Updated Review**** After I left my review about my experience a few weeks ago, Tina, the owner contacted me. She offered for me to go back in and get my cuticles cleaned up and nails repolished. I went in and she did what she promised. Like I said before, it's a nice clean salon and all the ladies that work there are very nice. I felt that they dealt with my original complaint with professionalism. i will return again and book in with Tina. I was looking for a new place to go, so decided here after reading the reviews. This is a nice clean place and the ladies were all very nice. I had Helen do my mani pedi. From the get go I felt that it was very rushed. I felt she wasn't doing a good job on the cuticles but I really couldn't see on my toes. I could tell from the way she was doing it and what she was taking off. She started the manicure after the pedi and it was probably the worst mani ever. This time I could see and yes, she had missed cuticles on almost all of my nails. I asked her to round my nails after cutting them and she got out the clippers again. I said do it with the file don't make them shorter. She either didn't understand what I said; I don't know. I ended up with super short nails. I pointed out the cuticles again that she missed and she did them. Anyway I finished and came out and on closer inspection my nails are not finished to a salon level. The cuticles are still there and jagged. Whilst she was painting one hand I accidentally hit my nail on the side of the lamp. She decided not to remove the paint on that one nail she just painted over it. Now I have a little bump on that nail. Overall not a good experience. Felt like a big waste of money. She also tried to up sell me several times to more expensive services. I'm glad I didn't if this is the quality of the work. I had the natural mani and pedi. read more

I was helped by Michelle, who took care of my nails (SNS dip powder) with the utmost care and attention to detail. This salon lives up to its name. This is my third time here and I definitely have felt pampered every time. I get my pedicure done by Anne and would highly recommend her. My daughter is 8 and gets the kids pedicure done by Michelle who is so sweet and kind to her. She treats her like any other customer and totally pampers her as well. For my nails I get a dip manicure from Helen and I always get so many compliments on my nail after. I've been here both when it's been slow and when it's been busy but I get the same quality service either way. I have never been to the same salon twice because I've never been impressed either by the work or the service. I am so relieved that I finally found my salon! read more

I normally do my nails at home due to how expensive it is to go to a salon. I have also never liked the feeling of having focused attention or being pampered. But I was recently treated to a pedicure here and was so impressed with the experience that I would go back here. Where most salons have the tv blaring and aggressive upselling, Pampered Nails was so calm. They had a channel of bird videos and it was quiet and clean. The massage chair worked. When the technician took the polish off my toes she offered to also remove the chipped polish from my finger nails, that was a great attention to detail. The glitter polish was applied well and thick. My technician even threw in a polish only manicure for $5.00. The pedicure I got was $37 and included a sugar scrub type substance on my legs and a leg massage. Very nice people who do good work in a peaceful salon. read more

This was a terrible experience for me. I feel bad writing this because I was refunded and they allowed me to come back the same day to get the nails removed but the way I felt after my nails done needs to be shared. I got a pedicure which was fine. I don't remember the lady who helped me but it was just a basic pedicure and it was $30 (which is quite a lot.) I asked how much a design I liked would cost. The woman doing nails suggested it would be $60-$65 so I said that I was going to hold off. Then the woman doing my nails said it would actually be $35 and confirmed with the initial woman saying that it would actually be that cost. I said yeah let's do it! Then I asked if she would have enough time to do acrylics because I had to leave at a certain time and she said yes. So she starts doing my nails. Everything is going okay initially. Then she asked to see the picture. When I showed her she said "oh wow, you want the design? And the French tips?" And I said "yes.. that's what I showed you." She then said that they normally charge $5 extra for those two things. I told her that she could hold off on the design and just do the tips. (I've included the photo of the nails I requested.) For my job, I fix computers. I can't have long nails, so I needed to make sure that the size was good. I asked if i should do gel instead so that it won't get damaged right away, and she suggested powder. I said sure and she said it would be $50. She then continued to tell me how she was discounting the rates because I had waited. I will say she made them short, as I requested, but the shape was SOOOOOOOOO off. I didn't even realize how bad until I got into my car. When I got to work people noticed right off the bat how bad my nails were. Then when they heard how much I paid they were in DISBELIEF. That's when I realized that I couldn't just bite my tongue. I called immediately and asked to come back to get them removed and be refunded. The lady who did my nails stated that she didn't understand why I hated them, but that I could come in. I went in after work. This is where I felt the most uncomfortable. She kept suggesting she could fix it and that this had never happened before. I already felt uncomfortable coming back because I was so unhappy with my nails and she knew. I really didn't want to be rude but the fact was, I was so upset with my nails I wanted to cry. I really didn't want to hear her complain about my complaint, nor did I want to be there for a long time. She kept saying that NOTHING was wrong with my nails. I'm not sure if it was denial or what, but part of the tip on my middle finger was actually lifting!! (I'm not sure if you can see it very well in the photos.) At no point was anyone rude to me, but I just don't know how someone who says they've been doing nails for so long butchered my nails in this way. I will not be returning to this nail salon. I requested almond shaped nails, and I'm not entirely sure what this was. Each nail had its own variation of an almond shape. I appreciate the refund and removal of the nails, but I wasted two hours and honestly think I should have been completely refunded for this horrible experience. read more

Tina is my go to for dip powder manis. Her attention to detail and quality of work show in how good my manis turn out and how long they last. I normally go in every 3 weeks but I could honestly stretch that out longer because my manis always grows out well and don't break. I used to go to other nail techs at other salons that started out great but eventually started to cut steps in the dip process but never with Tina...her attention to detail is consistent. Pampered Nails renovated not too long before Covid hit and although the salon is smaller and perhaps not as "fancy" as other salons, they make up for it with great and friendly service. You definitely get that small business feel where repeat customers are treated like family while new customers are equally welcomed. They have also taken lots of precautions with Covid so that it has felt safe and clean every time I've gone before lockdown #2. Plexi glass screens, face shields, temperature checks, signed waiver forms...yes it can be a nuisance but it's a sign of the times and shows they are being cautious. Anxious for things to open up again so I can my nails pampered again by Tina! read more
