If your face isn't hairy, and your hair is extremely tame and requires little to no maintenance then this just might work for you. not me. Even though I requested only eyebrow threading, I realized that I wanted to do sideburn threading as well, and she accommodated me with no issue. However, it was only when I left the salon and already halfway home when I realized she completely missed some huge patches on my cheeks, so it looked very strange. Unfortunately, neither me or the lady doing my threading realized this, even after I looked in the mirror and examined it closely, maybe the lighting in there just isn't good because it seemed obvious after I left, but inside it was really hard to tell that something was wrong. As for the shampoo and blowout, it wasn't outright terrible but for the price I would've expected something better than what I could've done myself, and I did not receive that. The blowout technique was some of the strangest I had ever seen. The person doing my hair was being pretty rough with my hair, it wasn't overly painful but the way they were doing it was definitely not healthy for my hair. Additionally, I asked them to take care of the frizz at the top of my head, and instead of taking care of it, they said that they couldn't do anything about it. That response was extremely strange, considering I was the same ethnicity as the staff and I assumed that they would have some experience with people of my hair texture. I guess I was wrong. When I get threading done, I expect a thorough job and when I get a blowout, I expect beautiful frizz free hair, and my experience fell short of my expectations, unfortunately. i won't be back.

I have been visiting this place not because it was very good, but it was just convenient. Like me many others visiting the strip mall for grocery, food etc, end up using their threading and waxing services. Last time I visited, while threading they had put so much pressure that it ended up cutting my skin and the pores around it started oozing out blood. I stayed quite and asked who can help me. The receptionist who is always very rude, with much reluctance called the owner who was inside. She applied some lotions kept there. When I told her, I would not pay for your service, she started complaining this happened because of me. Apparently, another staff of her's next to my stall told her I have insisted upon putting more pressure which was completely untrue. The receptionist started complaining, all this has created a lot of commotion. So, not only their services suck, they lie right across your face and if that was not enough they will blame you for disrupting their "business". Yes, business indeed. Behind all the sweet talk hides their inefficiency, arrogance and lies. As of now if you think it's all good and you continue to go there, wait till something goes wrong and then see their true colors. It's not a matter of IF; it's a matter of WHEN. read more

Very Bad Customer service or should I say downright Rude!! Went for face wax yesterday the girl didn't know what she was doing (Pradeep) was her name she did not hold the skin tight while waxing and as a result my face became blistered and bumpy. It scared me as I wasn't sure that it would subside. When I suggested that they should have Ice packs ready for such situations.She says oh it typically doesn't happen to people,basically totally ignoring that she was at fault and trying to tell me that I am stupid to suggest anything. The attitude was stinking of both the girl-Pradeep and her owner. The owner says oh its normal for people to have such blistering on their face. I told them that it was not the first time that I was waxing my face and I had never had this situation before. But the owner was relentless and that girl was arrogant and rude and kept blabbering away. I would NOT RECOMMEND this place to anyone. The only very skilled person is SHWETA she is amazing and I go there just for her. Everyone else is arrogant,rude and they just don't care about their customers. I was so impressed by the work that Prapti A.K.A. Pam did on me. I had a facial appointment and full face threading. She was very energtic, caring, and really enjoyed the experience there. I was a little skeptical about going to a new place that I've never been to but, Wow, what a outstanding job? Pam, you are the best and wish you can continue working there as I'll be only coming to you everytime now;-) You got my business and I'll be telling all my friends and family to come to you. It costed me a little bit but, Prapti is so gentle with here hands and even during the threading procedure. I would say she is one of the best there. Went recently to get hair and makeup done for an event. The makeup artist (Anjali) was very sweet and she did a really nice look according to my features. She uses quality products as well and the final look turned out really well. I got my hair done by Vaishali and she did it based off a Pinterest look I showed. Overall it turned out really good and I'm satisfied. Only thing to keep in mind is that they charged extra for false lashes which I thought was going to be covered by the overall price (however it was not). That's okay since it was only 5$ extra. I strongly recommend getting your makeup and hair done here especially for desi events because they arrange your jewelry and tikka as well. Rate it a 9.5/10 experience!! read more

Pam is "Perfect" for threading. She is great with her hands and makes the procedure painless and quick. She is an outstanding conversationlist. She is caring and very considerate. Hi - Stay away! It's your face we are talking about here. I had gone for a threading and they advised me to go for waxing. It burnt a lot after waxing and I did not realize until I came home that they peeled my skin off. I'd my girlfriend's birthday party to attend next day and looking at my face my friends were so upset! Needless to say they would definitely not go there anymore. I don't want to post my picture here else you would have realized how scarring my experience was. I would advise others to save yourself from using their service. I came here from Threads Beauty Bar. I definitely like Perfect Threading more. The ladies that thread my eyebrows here are pretty good. They know how to shape it nicely and they do a good job, especially with threading ingrown hairs. I would recommend going here before 4 or 5 pm, though. I feel like they get busy in the evenings and there is usually a long wait. I also liked how they do their facials. I got it done here twice and enjoyed my experience.
