I called Priti (P-R-I-T-I) the receptionist at 1:00 PM to ask if the threading specialist I like was available. She told me yes, the specialist was available today and also tomorrow. I explained that I live an hour and a half away and specifically drive out for this particular service provider because she does great work. Priti said that was fine and told me there were no appointments scheduled, so I could come in anytime. At 2:35 PM, I called back to confirm that I would be coming and asked if there was an appointment available. She said they had an opening at 3:15 PM. I said that would work. She then abruptly hung up without taking my name or confirming anything. When I arrived and parked, I called back because I realized she had never taken my name to hold the 3:15 appointment. I had my seven-year-old daughter with me, who is sick, so I wanted to be sure the appointment was secured before bringing her inside. Priti told me she could not put my name down unless I physically came into the salon. I did not understand why my name could not simply be written down over the phone, especially since she was the one who hung up without confirming details. Then she started to say, show me your car .. I will come out to see you in your car so I know you are here. I got frustrated because why would I want anyone to see my car when I'm trying to give her my name for the appointment?! She said she doesn't believe me that I'm here and calling to put my name on the time, I was so confused! The situation escalated unnecessarily. Instead of resolving it professionally, she involved someone named Neil, who told me they would not service me and that I had to leave. For someone who drives 1.5-2 hours specifically for their services, this level of rudeness and lack of professionalism is unacceptable. Clear communication and basic courtesy would have prevented this entire situation. Unfortunately, due to the poor and dismissive customer service, I will not be returning. I will also report this to the business bureau.

On the day of the appointment, a lady called me to ask if I can come early 1:30/2pm. I told her I probably could not come that early so kept the 3pm appt. Around 2:30pm, the same lady called to ask if I could come later 10-15mins later. I told her I was already on my way. When I got there, she asked me if I could wait 10-15min for a walk-in who was already waiting for service. I said sure and waited. Mid-way thru the appt, another lady who works there, barged into the room to obtain something and left. The person servicing me apologized while also laughing. After this, the lady doing my service was missing a few areas on my arms so I pointed them out to her but she was still missing them so I had to take the waxing stick and apply the wax myself. During payout, the lady advised that the discount told over the phone was actually 10% not 20%. There was a bit of back and forth between me and two ladies who spoke over me, and ultimately, they gave 10% discount. On top of this, they charged me extra for one area claiming that they had a difficult time doing this portion. I should have asked for a discount seeing as how I had to do some areas myself because the person could not seem to do it. There was no apology for the confusion or delays. Overall, this is an unprofessional environment. Do not recommend. Save yourself the headache and so to any of the other waxing salons delivers better service at the same price point.

I'll continue to drive all the way out to Concord for my eyebrow threading services. The lady recommended I get a wax being that I only wanted to clean the area because I do have micro shading on my brows. When I walked out, I looked and there was still some hair that she did not clean up and missed. I didn't feel like going back because I was in a rush that day. For the price I paid I expected neat clean brows. I won't be going back.
