Overall very good waxing and threading experience at the PT Salon San Ramon location. Kulvir provided professional, efficient, and exceptional quality service (i.e., attention to detail and assessment of which wax was most suitable for my skin). Furthermore, Kulvir is pleasant and made me feel very comfortable. She was very chill even though it was almost closing time (she did not rush through the services). The salon is very clean and tidy, including the restroom (which is an indicator of overall cleanliness for most establishments) I highly recommend Kulvir for threading and waxing services! read more

They are friendly and I love the shape of my eyebrows that I got threaded here. The one thing that bothered me is that she accidentally threaded some hair which shows as a gap on my eyebrows and when I tried telling her she said no no. Anyways yeah I might return after my hair is all grown out because I think this was a one time mistake but didn't like how she didn't own up to messing it up. And me being me I still tipped. read more

I've come to this salon for threading for years now and have had good results. However, the life changer was finding Sneha- she has single-handedly revived my eyebrow shape and I am so grateful. Her technique is quick and light which is also an extra plus. Highly recommend Sneha and this salon for threading. Thank you Sneha, I'll see you soon! read more

Sneha is amazing! I'm very particular about my eyebrows, and she always takes the time to really listen to what I want. We've been slowly working toward changing my brow shape rather than making any drastic changes all at once, and I really appreciate how thoughtful and patient she is with the process. She has such a great eye and vision for what shape will suit my face while still keeping my brows looking natural and full. I trust her completely with my brows and always leave so happy with how they look. Highly recommend Sneha! read more

Sneha is amazing! Since moving to the area, I've been trying to find someone I trust with my brows and I'm so happy I found her. She's been consistent every single visit. Tried the microdermabrasion facial here. The service included exfoliation, steaming, extraction, scraping?, and a mask. The price was reasonable for $120 and they have coupons and packages available at times. The procedures were done well and I left feeling that my skin was hydrated, however I did not notice a difference in my pores. I am not sure that the highest quality skincare items are used - I spotted an Elf moisturizer but I cannot confirm that it was used on me. Update 1 day later: I felt my skin was hydrated and smooth. The facial was effective at giving a temporary glow! read more

Love the service! I went to Kelly for a wax and she was so helpful and patient, would recommend for first timers!

This review is for Sneha. I have been seeing her for the past year or so. Each time she has been fantastic to work with. She is great at threading and it's almost always minimal pain but with excellent results. Place is neat and overall has fresh vibe. They also offer facials and waxing which I plan to try soon. read more

What an amazing place! I have been getting threading done for over 25 years and I have never had someone do threading so delicately as Sneha does! She has magic in her hands. If you have gotten threading before, you know it hurts but with Sneha the pain is as minimal as it can get. She is thorough. Never hurries you and listens to what you want exactly. She is sweet and great at her work. I highly recommend her. read more

Got my facial and threading done from Sneha -- no one can beat how relaxing and soothing her massages are! I come here for Location cleanliness and quality of work. I'm down the street from this San Ramon location and Simi is my go to Wax person, she is experienced, precise and quick. Gets the job done without any hiccups. I'm in n' out within 15 -20 mins usually. Just how I prefer these type of appts. Setting up an appointment is also super easy, online booking is the way to go. They have plenty of time slots 7 days a week. So far my appointments are on the dot no waiting. Salon is brightly lit and very clean. No loud chatter very quiet. Plenty of plaza parking. Thanks! read more

Hopping on here to share a review for my girl Sneha! I am beyond grateful to have found such an all around beauty queen and superstar . She is truly amazing at threading, but her absolute specialty is her facials. Sneha is incredibly hardworking, warm, and radiates the kindest soul and the most uplifting aura . She is the only person I trust and go to for my self care, and I always look forward to my monthly facials with her . Highly recommended. You do not want to miss out. read more

Always super friendly and accommodating. My go to person is Sneha. After reading all the reviews, I decided to schedule an appt with her. Aman is great! Went in to get my eyebrows threaded and she did a great job and took her time.

I have been going hear for about 2 years now and I have continually had an amazing experience. I usually go to get my eyebrows and upper lip threaded. Kulvir is incredible when it comes to threading! I usually hate getting my upper lip done because it stings a lot, however I noticed that it barely hurts at all when she does it. She is also extremely fast and very kind. She talked to me throughout while I was getting my eyebrows done to make sure she was getting the shape and thickness I wanted. The place is always extremely clean and I have had a great experience with the staff every time I have gone. Would 100% recommend!! read more

I enjoy the quick and clean services they provide. I recommend Kulvir if you are interested in getting your eyebrows threaded.

Sneha is the BEST for eyebrow threading! My eyebrows have been cousins and not sisters for quite a long time - but she is slowly getting my brows to match while respecting my wishes to not make them thin. Happened to stop in while visiting UPS, BEST-CHOICE-EVER. Thanks Sneha! read more

Sneha did a great job. She gave me a papaya facial and my skin felt clean and smooth. I liked the products she used; it didn't feel harsh but still had good results. read more

Sneha did an eyebrow and face combo for my threading walkin. I was quickly welcomed and helped. She removed all my darker hairs on my chin and neck and all the hair on my upper lip. However, my eyebrows were a little nicked from the way she did it. She "cleaned up" my eyebrows allowing my natural shape to stay in contact. A very clean and inviting shop. Will return. read more

San Ramon now has a PT Salon! I don't live in San Ramon, I have been going to Simran since 2011 to whichever location she is at for that day so I don't mind driving additional 15 mins from Dublin but I walked in to this place and I was amazed with the lighting, decor, feeling of spa!! It's perfect. She has all the services and Alka is great with threading!! It's their 4th location so you can tell that people love them, I can go on but I am loyal to PT salon so I will follow Simran wherever she goes to as she is the best. read more
