I have been coming to Kiki Brows at this San Ramon location for many years. They do a decent job of threading my eyebrows and lips. I usually just walk in and wait for service if need to. They are pretty fast and normally the wait isn't too long. The only reason why I only gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because sometimes they would cut my eyelid a bit while threading I have a lot of baby hair underneath my eyebrows so sometimes it can get tricky. But, overall they do a good enough job for me to keep on coming back. They also have a loyalty program where if you get 10 services you get one free. The vibe in the store is pretty chill. They usually play Indian music in the background. read more

They do a decent job for the multiple times I went there for both threading and waxing and I was recommended to them by a work client who swears by them. However, I felt ripped off when I came for a chin wax and they were trying to say that the area pictured here counted as a neck wax. Now I'm not one for arguing so I agreed to pay the extra cost after asking while receiving the service what the heck the extra charge was for at the time, but what was even more ridiculous was that they only had charged me for the chin on previous visits for the same area. They shouldn't offer waxing if they aren't super excited about offering the wax and it wasn't worth $40. I liked the decorations when I went but staff demeanor was always so-so. Not truly welcoming. But again if you're purely interested only in the result and not the experience (or possibly getting ripped off) then this could be an ok place to frequent. I prersonally won't go again. read more

Kiki Brows - (Not a picture from here) - Threading Services Near Me - San Ramon, California

Asked a friend how her brows are always so freaking clean and gorgeous - she told me Kiki's. Is that not the best advertisement a company can get? Kiki's ALWAYS gets my brows right. And I don't say much either, they are great at seeing which shape looks good on me + follow my natural growth. Even told them my problem/ sparse areas, so we are letting those grow out right now. Always quick, easy, affordable, clean and they never miss. I've gone now at least 5x. read more

Kiki Brows - Eyebrows perfectly threaded for my wedding (Eyebrows by Kiki) - Threading Services Near Me - San Ramon, California

I tried this place once and they sold me the wrong color eyebrow and the lady insisted that it was the right color ! When I came home I realized the color was totally different than what they had showed me in their store. I had surgery and I couldn't exchange the item for a month. When I tried to exchange it, I was treated like a criminal! I was faced with resentment from the owner, unprofessionalism, accusations that I have used the item, and constant repeating that we don't return or exchange, and .... People who come to this country to open a business should know that customer service is everything here! Their color palette is different from what they sold me and she kept repeating no exchange no return! I don't know how they are in business. I will never go there again. They sell a braw powder for $29.00 which I think they get it from China for $2.00 ! The vibe in the store is unprofessional. Be ware please. read more

been going to Kiki's brow San Ramon, California Kiki just did micro blading on my eyebrows. I believe on Wednesday of this past week beautiful work. I go over there to get my eyes threaded. I've been going there for nine years. I would recommend threading over waxing, but that's just me give her a try. Love the service very clean. Been going there about five or 67 years to they do a good job. The owner was there on Wednesday Kiki and did my and she handled a customer that acted like a Karen from Danville very well. Give her a try wonderful work you have to tell them what you want and they will follow. read more

They accepted walk-ins and I didn't have to wait for long. They are very professional and listened to all my requests. I got my eyebrows and upper lips done within 10 minutes. read more

so inconsistent If you go there and ask for just to clean up, you can come out with no eyebrows left. This has happened to me twice and finally I got someone who I really liked and then I went back for a touchup before our trip and they completely took half my eyebrows and are so uneven. It's as if they don't realize it takes so long to back eyebrows after their mistakes. I wish there was consistency between the people or we were able to figure out when individuals were working so we don't end up with hacked eyebrows. read more

I went to Kiki Brows for a face threading. The lady asked if I wanted threading or waxing. I've always done threading with no issues, but I thought I'd try waxing this time. Before agreeing, I specifically asked if there were any side effects. She told me, "No, waxing doesn't have side effects." Based on that assurance, I went ahead. She applied wax on one side of my face, pulled off the strip, and then suddenly asked, "Do you use retinol?" When I said yes, she responded, "Maybe your skin got lifted. If you use retinol you shouldn't wax." That is one of the most important side effects she completely failed to mention beforehand. I immediately stopped her from waxing the rest of my face, but the damage was already done. Within hours I had four large burned and lifted skin patches. Initially she brushed it off as a "small area" and said nothing would happen, but it's easy for her to say when it's not her skin that got damaged. Now I need to see a dermatologist and spend far more than the original threading cost, around $4,000 for treatment, 100 times the $40 threading I originally paid, to fix this injury. While I enjoyed talking to Kiki herself and appreciated her service, the staff is incompetent and not properly trained. They downplay serious risks, give inaccurate information, and leave customers to deal with the consequences. I will never go back to this place. If you care about your skin, don't trust them with it. I have always overlooked small mistakes, like getting cuts during brow threading, because mistakes happen. I've even ignored times when my brows weren't shaped properly or got chopped off, because mistakes happen. But when you burn someone's face, cause downtime, and leave them dealing with such serious consequences, that is not a mistake. It's a blunder, and it's unacceptable. I truly hope Kiki will train her staff properly so no other client has to go through this again. Hope there was a negative star rating available, that's what it deserves for damaging someone's face. read more

Love this shop! It is my go-to in San Ramon! Everyone is so kind and so helpful and talented. They've never done me wrong when it comes to styling my brows or needs and the henna coloring of brows is some great as well. They don't leave you waiting and pricing is great! read more

I was referred to Kiki Brows when I moved to the East Bay nearly 10 years ago and I've been going monthly for threading ever since. Over the years I've gone back and forth between waxing and threading, but no one does a better job than Kiki and her crew. It's the only place I trust with my brows and I've never had any concerns. Occasionally I will go in for eyelash curling, which is amazing and lasts several weeks. I can't recommend Kiki Brows highly enough. read more

Kiki Brows - Fresh Brows - Threading Services Near Me - San Ramon, California

Kiki is fantastic at and highly recommended for eyebrow threading. I went to her for years and was always pleased with her work. Two years ago, I decided to trust her with microblading my brows - disaster (photo attached). She did not map out my brows. She used a template to place them. I asked that they not be too dark or too thick. I ended up with both. The shape was atrocious . The hair strokes were poorly done. I have since had her work removed (multiple laser treatments at the cost of $250 each) and recently redone by an awesome artist. Finally, my two year eyebrow nightmare is over! read more

Kiki Brows - Microbladed brows - Threading Services Near Me - San Ramon, California

Before my last visit, I would have given Kiki Brows 4 stars. Your experience is dependent on who takes care of you. Kiki herself is very talented and I've had many good experiences with her. However, I got a horrible injury from the salon two days ago from someone else and have been in pain and discomfort ever since. I've had my upper lip waxed countless times, but something went very wrong this time and I've been left with several layers of skin having been removed. It's incredibly painful. I went to the salon to show Kiki and while sympathetic, she advised me to apply aloe. She didn't ask for my number to follow up with me in a few days to see how it heals. Not even an offer to refund me. My doctor sent me to the minor injury clinic so it clearly wasn't something to be dismissed. More than anything, I'm disappointed in how it was handled. Mistakes happen, but they didn't take ownership. If you take true pride in your business, you will go above and beyond for every customer that walks through the door, not just the ones you know by name. read more

I have nothing but amazing things to say about this establishment! I have recently been going to Kiki Brows after hearing so many great reviews about it. I've been 4 times now and I leave the place every time with perfectly shaped and trimmed brows. I've never dealt with rashes or any signs of irritation afterwards unlike most places. The workers are very timely and very kind as well. All of the locations have very clean and welcoming spaces. Not to mention, the prices are super reasonable! Only $15 for an eyebrow threading! They also do stamp cards where you get the 10th eyebrow threading for free. This is your sign to make Kiki Brows your go-to threading place!!! read more

Love!!! Kiki is totally amazing ! This was the first time that I had my eyebrows threaded. I have had my brows waxed several times and clean up in between times, but seriously, Kiki took seconds to make me beautiful. I'll be a regular now! I found Kiki by searching Yelp looking for brow salons that can clean up mens brows and have them still look masculine. My son now has the best brows I've see him have since he was a baby or a small boy. Now, he looks manly with great brows. I liked his brows so much, that I got mine done, too even though I didn't think I really needed it, but afterwards OMG I love me some Kiki!!! Thank you, Kiki!! read more

I've been coming here for years, always have a great experience no matter who I see. They're quick, friendly and do great work!

Quick and quality service. Fairly priced. Quiet spot located in a small shopping center.

The best eyebrow threading. Fast, easy, painless and they shape my eyebrows perfectly every time!

The lady with the glasses did my brows. Before she begun, I told please don't touch my brows from on top. I said it few times. She kept saying I want to do a little cleaning on top of the brow. I kept saying no please. I felt like why she kept insisting to do my brows her way?!! As if it was her face! She Didn't follow what I asked for. I grew out my brows for over months before I came in.. and she made my brows thin and uneven. My brows were so full.. now to defined and thin. Don't recommend this place now. Horrible service!!! read more

Great service . Best full face threading I've had in the area. Highly recommend. Not much wait too

Been coming here for over a year and usually bring a friend or family member with me who gets a threading service too. I usually check in and if there is someone in the chair I let them know I will step outside. They acknowledge this and I come back in time for my turn. Never had an issue. At my last visit I checked in and I was told it would be a 10-15 minute wait. No problem. I let her know I will step out for 5 minutes and she acknowledges this. While I was gone 2 other parties came in. I assumed I was still next because no one ever mentioned the policy that if you step outside then you lose your place. Well she made it known by scolding me in front of everyone. The service was rushed and awkward afterwards. So thank you for this very unpleasant experience. I won't be coming back or sending friends and family here. I'm sure other businesses can handle a busy afternoon without having to scold their customers. read more

If I could give them 6 stars I would. I am VERY particular with my eyebrows and as such I get them done by Kiki and one other person who has been fully trained by Kiki (I wish I remembered her name). They take their time, make sure the shape compliments your face, take pride in doing a good job, and are overall so friendly throughout the painful process of hairs being threaded. For COVID, they are taking the measures of wearing masks and sanitizing the chair / their hands between every client. Highly recommend! read more

I have been to Kiki Brows for years. When I lived in the area, they were the only threading salon I trusted with my eyebrows. I moved away for a while and always missed getting my brows done here. Recently, when I visited the area, I went back to Kiki Brows. I received the same outstanding quality of service, it was quick for a walk-in, and I had a great experience as I always remembered. My eyebrows looked terrific, and that's what matters! I have noticed the staff here pulls threads quicker compared to other places, which creates way less pain. Getting threaded at Kiki Brows doesn't only make your eyebrows look better, but I feel like it's a more comfortable, less painful experience. read more

Have I really never rated Kiki Brows before?! Wow. I'm slacking. I was one of Kiki's first customers at this location however many years ago and I continue to go to her even though I moved to Tracy last year. Kiki is nothing less than an artist. I can always count on her to perfect my brows, making me look 100% again. She just remodeled her shop to accommodate more people since the words been out that she's the best. Kiki only keeps brow artists that provide superior service, hence why the shop is usually bustling w clientele. All the girls are up to date with the latest beauty trends. I just started getting my eyelashes done, but I've been getting fills down in LA since I live half the month in Studio City. The last fill I needed they were booked, so I went to a place in Pleasanton and wasn't impressed. This time, however, I made an appointment. I am so happy w my lashes, and the fill only took an hour vs. the 2+ hours down in LA. So happy to have Kiki Brows, even if it is a 45 minute drive for me now. It's worth it to know I'm getting the best service in the East Bay! UPDATE: I've been living in the Oakland Hills for over a year now. Kiki is still the best, hands down. read more

I can depend on Kiki's brows every time! I have never had a bad experience. I was super outgrown and she hooked me up. Hands down the best.

Only my 2nd time and I was fortunate to have Kiki "clean up" my brows for a wedding. I have always had Brow waxing and just recently explored threading. I've NEVER had people comment or compliment my brows - and had 3 people say how awesome they looked! Thank you Kiki for the beautiful brows and wonderful confidence in my appearance ~ I'll be back to see you soon :) read more

No do not go here!! $15 for eyebrow threading that's insane. The lady also took off the ends on the eyebrows and it's probably because she was talking the whole time and seemed distracted. It's my birthday this week and I don't like my eyebrows! I thought I could try somewhere new but I should've stayed with my old eyebrow lady. I also had to Tweeze some more since she didn't get all the eyebrow hairs. Do not recommend this spot at all! The only good part was the decor. read more

Kiki's is best in class for threading. I trust her and her staff for giving me the best experience. The place is neat, inviting and always has good music playing. I really wish I liked this place since it's so close to me, but I would rather drive an hour to Marin to get threaded. Aside from being very inconsistent in doing my brows, they're very unfriendly and not a place I can go to relax and "treat myself". I can't trust them to work on my brows anymore so this time I just went for my upper lip. Even then, she didn't get all the hairs. So disappointing. I think I'm being generous in giving two stars, but I came to this place several times to give them a chance and I was consistently disappointed. read more
