The quality she gives when doing your eyebrows is effortless and they always come out so well! She also taught her staff to give the same quality! She also micro bladed my friend's eyebrows and they came out so good! She loved them def worth the money! She gives all the after care products you'll need and made sure my friend was as comfortable as she could be, she explained the items she was using and showed her the newly never opened blade that she was going to use on her! She let her watch the process with a hand mirror and was just overall so accommodating! My friend left very pleased and I was proud that I had recommended Kiki's establishment! My mom and I used to go to the little eyebrow threading stations at the malls, and now that we come here I wonder why we ever did that... Kiki is way better. I have been very happy with my experience each time I have been here. I wish I knew her name, but the young woman I usually end up having do my brows when I go in there is wonderful. The salon is clean and pleasant to walk in to which is also a plus. I find it best to come here on a weekday afternoon, if you are able to, since the wait time seems the least, I usually walk right in and am seated in a chair with a threader right then. So I've been to this place maybe 4 or 5 times and all of my previous experiences were good. I never had problems until this last Friday when I came in. I previously was going to Dublin to get my brows done, but Kiki's is right by my house so I started coming here out of convenience. There were maybe two or three people in line, while two girls were working. I'm not sure but I'm pretty sure the girl who worked on my brows was Kiki, she had the super long hair. Again, I've never had a problem here before but this time she seemed in a rush because there were people waiting. I get that people were waiting, but that's no reason to rush through a process that effects someone's look on a daily basis. I felt as though she was totally rushing and although the threading wasn't painful, when I got home, I was mortified. She did give me a mirror to check, but I didn't see the awful job she did to my right eyebrow until I got home. My sister the following night said to me "holy sh!t dude what happened to your eyebrow"... Even after I attempted to fill in my brows to disguise my brow. I've attached a photo for your viewing pleasure. I feel like giving one star is rough, I have an extra star because the shop is really clean, and the girls are always nice. My wife and I have been coming here for approximately 5 years and we have never been anywhere else since. I've had many different "beautifications" done, from 1st visit of getting my lash extensions by Nori, to threading my eyebrows and also microblading, which was done by none other then the owner herself, KiKi. My wife and I are regular customers with lash refills at least 2x's a month and always look forward to getting professional service and laughing at all the humor that goes on while we're being treated. MICRO-BLADING VIRGIN SUCCESS! I've had bangs for 55 years, so I never had to really worry about my eyebrows. Then both my daughters said "Mom, you HAVE to do this!" So, I did! I've been a loyal customer of Threads for quite some time now, but often find it hard to get all the way out to Dublin...so how guilty do I feel that I found Kiki Threads! Went here last Sunday, walked right in (no waiting), and had a quick, efficient and dare I say lovely threading experience.
