I've been a fan of Kiki Brows for a few years now, and it's my 'go to' place for good brows (and brow tinting too). I've tried a bunch of places around the bay and by far Kiki and her staff reliably produce the neatest and least painlessly threaded eyebrows I've found. Quick too. I never have to wait very long, and they make quick work of my brows. I haven't tried other services than threading and tinting but there's usually someone in a chair nearby receiving different services I'm eyeballing (like microblading, facials, etc.) I'm too lazy to ask for a particular person but I've been happy with everyone! read more

I went several times and each time was worse, so much that I stop going, I would not recommend anyone to go to this place, the owner KIKI is very unfriendly. You can get your eyebrows threaded/ waxed with consistently good results. I especially appreciate that if you request them to be done a certain way, they listen. Went here on a recommendation from my cousin. When we walked in the ambiance was so cute! The floor length mirrors are so gorgeous & it has a nice flow about it. The lady at the front desk was friendly & greeted us right when we walked in. My eyebrows were done by the owner, Kiki && she is sooooo awesome! She did my eyebrows in about 10 minutes and she also advised me on where I needed to let the hair grow so that I can get the shape that best suits me. I drove by this store randomly when I actually got lost looking for something else but I'm SO glad I did! Kiki was professional, kind and welcoming and most importantly, she was really detailed oriented. I felt like she was really taking her time with my eyebrows and making sure that everything was lined up and symmetrical. It was one of my most painless experiences and in the end, she even gave me advice about where to grow out my hairs for a more symmetrical look next time. In a word, amazing. THANK YOU YELP for helping me find this gem of a place! I thought my eyebrows were destined for wackness after a tragic threading incident left them mismatched and utterly horrid looking. Every threader would tell me to grow hair in "here" (and then point to some magical place on my eyelid where hair doesn't grow) and inform me they couldn't thread more to make my eyebrows normal again. I had to grow it all in. Ok, awesome, I'll relay that info to my hair follicles, I'd frown. But then one day, I took a leap of faith and a chance on Kiki, and homegirl turned it alllllll around. I first came to Kiki's 3 months ago, and after several successful, stellar visits, my eyebrows have transformed from wack and mismatched to beautifully shaped and symmetrical. Kiki's a magician (I went to her first and won't go to anyone else.. although I'm sure everyone else at the salon is excellent!!!) and she will be very honest about what suits you.
