I made an appointment for myself and my daughter as a belated Christmas gift. Even though we arrived early, we were greeted kindly and seated right away. The staff was extremely patient and gentle with my daughter, who has medical challenges, and showed her so much care and kindness. Both of our nails turned out beautiful. The shop is very clean, welcoming, and well set up for pedicures. I live in Suisun, but I will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend! read more

SERVICE: I got a pedicure around 10am on a Monday. It was empty and peaceful, so I highly recommend that time if you can swing it in your schedule. They have multiple levels of pedicures to choose from, and are not aggressive in the upsell, which I was so thankful for. Some nail salons are relentless about it, but this place was great! They offer a complimentary beverage as you enjoy your pedicure. SPACE: Clean, there are 10 pedicure chairs with the massaging backs, can be great for a group! CLEANLINESS: I am HUGE on nail salons sanitation, and this place meets the mark. They line the pedicure bowl with a plastic liner (similar to a large shower cap), and they have the pedicure tools sanitized, in the sealed packs that they crack open upon the start of your service. I got the Organic Pedicure for $60, they have pedicure product sets that they use, so it's a new pack of bath salt, sugar scrub, lotion, etc. read more

I hesitated before writing this review but I'm incredibly frustrated with the manicure I got at Amazing Nails 5 days ago that I now have to get redone tomorrow (and it was a gel manicure not to mention the most expensive and slowest mani I've had!). The girl who did my pedicure and manicure must have been new and was painfully slow. She also kept hurting me to the point I had to tell her to stop when she was doing my toes because I was afraid I was going to bleed (and this NEVER happens at other places). She took almost 1.5 hours JUST on my pedicure which turned out ok but not great (and was slow and painful). Then she rushed through my manicure since I had another appointment which I had started telling her about an hour prior, and she didn't even do a fill on a broken nail and the tip she glued on has now ripped off, taking part of my nail with it. All of this cost me $110 plus tip and now 5 days later I have to get it all redone. The part that really bums me out is that I now live in Napa Valley and was hoping to find my new go-to nail spot rather than having to go back to my old place in Marin (also called amazing nails but they really are amazing!). I hope the owner reads this and if they'd like to message me I can give the technicians name so perhaps she can be given more training. She seemed sweet enough but it was hands-down the worst manicure I've ever had and I won't be back. read more

I have been coming here for a year. Today was not a good experience. The salon was understaffed and they have a bee nest in the salon. I AM ALLERGIC TO BEES, THERE WERE 3 THAT ALMOST STUNG ME. I don't know who my stylist was but my friends and I showed up early and had to wait, which is fine but during my appointment i had to wait 15 minutes so they could check someone else out and my nails weren't even painted yet, my stylist switched half way after doing my nails. My usual person wasn't there this time. I am sad because i used to love this salon but this has really changed my experience. Update the salon reached out and I'm going to back to my usual person. Wonderful service - took my mother and me same day. She'd never had a manicure or pedicure in her 83 years and she was a little nervous (to say the least) she also needs some special handelong due to her age and memory issues. Came here twice first time the design came out well, but I was there for 3 hours :( second time i got a mani and a pedi while the lady was doing my pedi i had acetone wrapped on all of my fingers for a full hour...it was busy but it eventually slowed down and I can't seem to understand why someone else couldn't have started on my nails? I was there for 4 hours this time... until 6:30pm, which is 1.5 hours after they closed and so she eventually had to speed it up...but on my design. i pointed out my nail was missing an ombre transition and so she fixed it on one hand and not the other??? she also cut my cuticle too much and made it bled on one of my fingers and one of my toes, and not even an apology after my first visit, two nails broke within the first week and then two more the next week and a half. after my second, this is a week and a half later and one of them broke a few days ago and another is lifting. ive never had anything like this ever happen to me before for some reason. i don't know if it's me, but the experience when I was there wasn't the greatest, but prices are great. I tip 25-30% as well... won't be coming back they do have free drinks tho including alcohol read more

I recently moved to Napa four months ago, and finding a nail salon home has been quite a journey. I wear basic red nails, so I expected it to be easy to find quality service - but it wasn't! After my second visit here, I can confidently say that I absolutely love how neat and clean Helen does my nails. Bella gives the perfect pedicure, and both ladies are incredibly kind, sweet, and accommodating. The owner, Leo, is also very welcoming. And champagne always makes everything better :). This is the third time I've been here and once again proven that they are worth going to! I don't get my nails done often but since finding them on Nextdoor, I'm hooked. Their polish has lasted longer than any manicure I've had in the past. I work with water daily and wash my hands constantly, their polish holds up. The remodel has done them amazing! One person did the massage and filing and another did the polish awhile later. My cuticles weren't cleaned up at all, which I usually expect. We just moved to the area. I tried another nail salon in downtown Napa but I definitely liked Amazing Nail Spa better. The staff is so friendly and even offered me beverages while I got my manicure. The place is clean and welcoming with eight nail stations and eight pedicure chairs. They offer complimentary water, wine, and snacks, which was a nice touch. The pedicure chairs are super comfortable, and the overall atmosphere is calm and relaxing. Soft music played in the background and the TV was on mute. I had Saidy for my service. She was a bit on the rougher side, but not unkind. The part that threw me off a little was when she said I'd be getting a 25 minute massage. She started the timer, applied cream to my legs, dropped something and then said sfed be back and walked away. I noticed the clock ticking down by the time she returned, four minutes had passed. I was tempted to ask if she'd reset the clock since the prep should've been done beforehand, but I decided to just relax and enjoy. The massage itself was ok. I've had better and while the foot soak, hot stones, mask, and hot towels were nice, my right heel still felt a bit rough afterward. When I paid, I let the front desk know the service was just ok and still left a $5 tip. Overall, it's a lovely spot and a relaxing experience.

And I love it. i was recommended this place by a friend. there were some off putting reviews, but i gave it a try. the space reminds me of caesar's palace in las vegas, with the cloud ceiling and pillars. i was told to see tina, upon arrival- the owner tiffany, who was excepting walked me over to the pedicure area they had ready. to speed things up- tina did my pedi and tiffany did my mani. they were both really nice- the perfect amount of engagement and attentiveness, but still gave me time to myself. tiffany was so sweet- she custom made a color for me with bubbly bath mixed with funny bunny to give me exactly what i wanted- without me having to ask. tina would check in, to make sure the color was right, to go back for cuticles, asked to check for ingrowns, etc. i normally get russian mani/pedis, but this was a great substitute- i got gel mani/pedis- they paid a lot of attention to my cuticles, listened to what shape i wanted, took their time and was v neat. I highly recommend you give this a place to try .
