I was really looking forward to this massage, but unfortunately I left feeling disappointed. Natalia was pleasant, but despite asking several times for firmer pressure, I didn't notice much of a difference. The massage started at my feet and worked all the way up to my scalp, which I found to be an unusual sequence. I've had many massages over the years, and I've never experienced one done in that order, so it felt a bit odd. The pressure remained too light throughout, and I kept hoping it would improve, but it never did. I paid for a 90-minute session and, honestly, I was ready to leave after the first 20 minutes. To top it off, at the end of the massage I was handed a dry towel to wipe the massage oil off myself, which felt unusual and took away from what should have been a relaxing experience. The spa itself is beautiful, and the receptionist was warm and welcoming, which made for a great first impression. I came here for my birthday and i enjoyed my massage. The woman at the front who greeted me was very nice and welcoming. I initially wanted a couples massage but since it was the same day, I was only able to book a massage for me. Inside is nice, calm and relaxing. They have a complimentary water station and I didn't wait long at all to get back into my room. The reason I didn't give 4 stars is because the massage was good but it wasn't an 4 star massage. I love massages and I have had much better but it doesn't take away from the fact that it was a good massage. I also felt as though it was a bit rushed throughout the areas and more of a freestyle than technique. Most times what a masseuse does on one side of my body is mimicked on the other side but that didn't ha with this massage. My amazing wife purchased a 75 minute massage and a pedicure for my birthday at Greenhaus! We've been customers for years, and once again my experience here today was nothing short of amazing. Maria was a skilled and very intuitive massage therapist. Pressure, flow, consistency.. all of it spot on. I can't say enough about how ideal that 75 minutes of relaxation was! Then onto a pedicure with Jess. Wow, so great! A guy getting a pedicure may be not manly enough for some.. but my feet feel like the just got a luxury experience that I had been needing for years and very knew! Jess is a try professional in her craft and I would and will come back without a doubt and have this treatment done again! My husband booked a "Swedish Massage" for my birthday gift to relax & it was anything but relaxing. I am currently so sore & couldn't sleep last night because of the pain on my neck/back. NATALIYA worked my muscles way too hard & I totally regret getting the massage. It's half my fault for not speaking up & telling her it was painful. I just thought she was the professional & knew what she was doing. I didn't think I would still be in pain the day after. The spa itself was clean, easy parking & the receptionist was nice. The service was great quiet and calm. Everything was very clean and neat. I had the best facial and left with some recommendations.

It was a lovely experience, Erin was great. I went in for a brow wax & tint & would have loved a las tint, but it is sadly not an option. My only complaint is that the treatment rooms are so dark, which is great for a massage, but not for other services where you need to be able to see what you're doing, like waxing. I did end up doing a little follow-up tweezing the next day, in the bright light of day. read more

We went for the couples chocolate and wine massage for the second time -- the first time was so wonderful we had to do it again after a big and long trek back East. Idalia worked my husband's muscles while Andy worked mine -- poor Andy as I had a lot of knots to work lose in the shoulders and neck. From the massage itself to the chocolate scrub, heat wraps, hot towels....I am melting again just thinking about it. What a great way to spend an afternoon. After the massage we were treated to some yummy chocolates and a glass of wine while we readied ourselves to return to the world outside. Over the years my wife & I have been to and enjoyed various facial treatments at many spas in the Northeast, Southeast and recently at a resort in Las Vegas. However the best 60 minute facials I and my wife experienced were at Greenhaus Day Spa in Napa. Eren, our esthetician, was kind and thorough explaining all steps of the process she was utilizing in a calm & assuring voice. Her gentle massage of the face and facial pressure points was stimulating and yet soothing. Her massage of the shoulder area eased my aching Golf shoulders and put my wife into a semi-sleep doze. Hello -- If anyone is looking for a deep tissue massage, this is the place, Landon was great! I came in due to a neck injury I developed from training in a sport and it's been a constant issue, so I needed the adjustment to take place with my muscles. After making a reservation 3 weeks in advance I came here on a Friday morning to get a mani/pedi. I was treating my mom for her bday. My mom loves her pedi's, especially because she has sciatica and enjoys the nice foot massages that come along with it. My mom absolutely enjoyed her service. I wish I remembered the technicians name because she gave my mom a great service, cleaned her nails well, massaged her arms and legs, and did a great polish job. As for me, the individual that did my pedi did a Mediocre job. My feet still felt rough and my polish was coming off 1 day later. She was simply fabulous and made me feel extra special and relaxed. My Deep Pore Cleansing facial was extra soft with Susie. This is the place to go in Napa for a HydraFacial. Susi does an excellent job and even explains the steps in the facial so you understand what it is doing, extracting, hydrating, etc. Susi is the only one I request for my HydraFacial. In addition, you can even get a half hour and that's a real budget saver. Greenhaus is the only spa I go to for my HydraFacial, manicure or pedicure. Everyone is kind, courteous, highly skilled and welcoming. The interior is spotless and beautifully designed. Highly recommend!! read more

This place is special. I had a pretty traumatic event and came here to assist in my recovery. First, the pedicure was wonderful in that they use a product that automatically dries--like put on socks and shoes right after! Crazy! I've since bought the product --the facial was relaxing but the massage with Andrew was really healing--like seriously healing. I was holding a lot in and felt lighter and more energetic after. An experience worth writing a Yelp review. I don't get facials very frequently but on a quick get away to Napa, I decided to book Greenhaus' Signature facial and I was blown away by the experience. My esthetician Eren was amazing. Super friendly and welcoming and did a great job with my facial. The facial had just the right balance of extraction, cleansing, treatment and relaxing massage. My husband commented I looked more relaxed after my facial than after my massage the day before at another location! I also appreciated all the little things like the white noise wave machine in the room that blocked out all sound and made it feel like you were by the ocean, the bed that could be customized for your comfort by raising your legs/knees and reclined, and the heated towels and blankets. Most of all I appreciated that they did not try to sell me facial products at the end of my service which has been my experience at some other spas. I highly recommend Greenhaus and Eren and will definitely go back for a facial and to try the massage! read more

Great spa! For the price of one treatment at a fancy resort spa, you can get two treatments here. There aren't any facilities like a sauna or jacuzzi, so it's all business here but definitely relaxing and well worth it. Also, they give you a hot towel to wipe off the oils from the massage if you'd like. We got there early and just hung out in the lobby but the services were on time. I had one of the best massages of my life here, thanks to massage therapist Landon. My upper back and ribs were causing me a lot of pain. My husband joked that I needed a jackhammer to get through the muscle tension. I hold most of my stress in my ribs, and driving a lot exacerbates it. I searched for massages last minute at most of the high end hotel spas, and couldn't find any availability, and it was just as well because my deep tissue massage with Landon was incredibly therapeutic and really worked through my knots. The spa was lovely and in a perfect location in downtown Napa to slowly saunter to a late lunch in a post-massage puddle. OMG Jenny is amazing!!! This was my first facial ever so I wasn't sure what to expect. When we entered the room, she walked me through what the facial process will be, going over the products she uses and the steps she goes through. The facial itself was absolutely amazing!! I lived in Hawaii for some time and the music, ocean background noises, and warm air gently blowing on my face reminded me of being back on the island! Jenny was so extremely gentle, and let me know of the steps before doing them (ie, told me when a product would tingle, when a light was being used, when the extraction process was happening, etc etc). She even sent me home with samples of the products she used for me to try before I buy the entire bottles! Seriously a 10/10 experience and I will continue going to her for as long as I live in Napa. Amazing! I highly recommend to everyone. I had never had a beauty treatment or massage before so I was actually pretty nervous. I was thinking I would feel uncomfortable with someone touching my body as I was so naked and would be too self conscious to enjoy those types of things. Every staff member was so nice and just started the whole experience off in a positive note that made me feel comfortable. Rebel greeted me and checked me in with a smile and a warming presence, Julie came out and welcomed me, Sara did my brows and still made a brow wax relaxing, and Maria gave me an epic Body Glow treatment that made me feel like a different person.
