I called ahead, and they were able to take me in as soon as I arrived. The lady was very good. My favorite part was the scalp massage. Her hands are strong! I was breathing through the harder parts but overall it was soo nice. I feel so relaxed afterwards. I got the combo massage (30 mins foot & 30 min body). I like how the 2nd part you go into a private room and get to take off all your clothes to get the back massage. I'm definitely coming back the next time I'm in Napa! I went to my massage appointment because I had some pain on the left side of my neck. The place is clean, but old and outdated, and the door in the massage room had a hole in which you can see to the other side. I didn't feel comfortable taking my clothes off because I didn't know if somebody was peaking on the other side. While taking my clothes off, the massage therapist opened the door and literally threw a few towels on the massage bed, she didn't knock or nothing before opening the door. As far as the massage... well my neck pain is gone, but I had to take Tylenol the next day because my back and my arms are in so much pain. I told the massage therapist that she was being too rough about 3-4 times, she would adjust the pressure and then go back to super rough again. It was not a relaxing or enjoyable back or neck massage. I did like the leg, arms, hands and head massage, that was the only part I really liked. Paid $62 for the massage that for some reason I had to pay up front. Yeap, cheapest place in Napa I'm sure, but that's the quality I got for that price. I am NOT coming back ever again. read more

The massage woman stole from me while performing my service. I heard her unzip my purse as soon as she walked in, then i heard rustling of bills and her skip something under the pillow under my feet. To be sure my bag had been opened i asked for my bag to get a hair tie, sure enough my bad was unzipped and cash was loose in my purse. I then said why is my bag unzipped like that. She then took a fake phone call and removed the $20 with a $1. So upon her arrival I questioned her; she panicked and sure enough had all my money in her pocket. The exact amount i was missing when i recounted my cash before exiting. I called the police and filed a report; I decided not not press charges bc I don't want to ruin someone's life but very much filed a report and will be reporting to better buisness bureau and Cali state board. Beyond disappointed someone has to steal and I definitely get the feeling this is not the first time. This all happened within 5 mins of service. Be aware.......... Here is proof of the buisness calling me after the incident and audio of the massage technician trying to stop me from calling the police. I have a voicemail from Napa police department confirming this woman admitted to stealing from me. This buisness is now denying wrongdoing so as am going to press charges. read more

Proceed with caution! I decided to give Relaxing Station Spa a try after my go to spa didn't have availability. I received a 60min foot massage which felt ok at best. I even tipped the lady $20. The next morning my legs, mostly my right leg broke out in a nasty rash what appeared to be Folliculitis! (Google it it looks horrendous) I am now having to take antibiotics to clear the nasty infection! I've received many massages in my life and have never experienced anything like this. I really love Annie here. She's a great masseuse and I always tip her very well. Unfortunately, the owner of this establishment is very disorganized and does not value her customers. They frequently close early, reschedule/cancel appointments, or I'll show up for a previously scheduled appointment and they will tell me they can't help me. It seems like they prioritize the higher-paying services (like body massage) and will cancel your previously scheduled foot massage (lower cost service) to accommodate those customers. I've gotten massages about once a month or so for the past 10 years. Almost a 5 star, but the haggling on tip was annoying at the end, so I lowered the rating. Jenny (masseuse) was good. Deep tissue. 90 minute. For $75 and I went in an hour earlier than my appointment and they took me. The ambiance could be better. The music being played wasn't really that relaxing. And they don't have fully covered blankets (towels used). The hot towel she used to wipe the oil off smelled kind of funny, but for $75 I'll take a shower when I get home. I wanted to tip 20%, the woman at the reception haggled me for more so I tipped 27%. I'm not use to that and was annoyed after feeling relaxed. So, the recco is to go in with exactly the amount you want to tip to avoid discomfort. I'll probably go back and follow my own suggestion. read more

I had an amazing massage here!! Annie is the best, she uses her entire body to get out all your knots. She didn't ask me anything in the beginning and just took me directly to the room for the massage but if you don't mind that, you'll have a great massage. It is a traditional nonwestern massage so don't expect the same type of thing you'd get at a fancy place. I'd recommend this place to anyone who needs an intense massage with hard pressure. Annies techniques were amazing and she used the traditional method of stepping on the back!! It's also very cheap as well. Loved it read more

My partner and I came here for a 60 minute couples massage, as soon as we arrived they took us to a room. They didn't ask us if we had any medical conditions or specific concerns. When the women massaging arrived they didn't ask us what our pressure preference was and both went uncomfortably hard, and they talked almost the entire time. My friend and I went here during our quick overnight trip to Napa. I had read a previous review by someone who was hassled for a larger tip so I was prepared to give $20 for a 90 minute foot massage even though the massage was just average. My friend, however, had a less than perfect experience. She felt the massage was subpar. So she gave her masseuse $10. I had used the restroom and came out at the tail end of a conversation between the receptionist and my friend. The receptionist was hassling her to leave a larger tip, even suggesting that she leave an extra $10 on her credit card. The woman was even saying that I had left $20 and was insinuating that my friend do the same. A tip or gratuity is for services rendered and the amount is based on the experience received. If my friend felt that her masseuse was only worthy of $10, that's her choice. The manager of this establishment wrote to the previous yelper to say he had discussed this issue with staff and that it won't happen again. Obviously this employee did not that memo. Asking for a larger tip is really tacky and unprofessional. From now on, when I'm in the Napa area, we will bring our business elsewhere. Oh and one other thing--they charge $2 more if you pay by credit card. That's total BS. I use my credit card all the time and no one ever charges extra for using it. read more

This is a great 'no-frills' massage if you know what you're getting into: -we were greeted by being shown directly to our room (me and husband-put in a 2 table room)- masseuses didn't speak much English -tables are the ones with the hole cut out in them (vs a head cradle add-on) cover yourself with a towel vs sheets -majority of time spent on back (no inquiry on areas to focus, etc. only time in front was a head scratch/some neck work) General run down with a focus on back/neck knots. For $50/ hour on full body it is a good value. I did not get any tip pressure that was mentioned. read more

This place is awesome! I'm a fist time customer here and I am very impressed with this store. First of all, this massage parlor is clean. The people are very nice, courteous, and very professional. They went beyond their way to make me feel welcome, comfortable, and relaxing. Jenny, the masseuse, is very attentive and caring. She pays attention to specific areas where I have pains and her massage is very soothing and relaxing. The price they are charging is at least 3 times less than the places I normally go to, but the service is 3 times better! Took me right away and extremely relaxing. I frequent another reflexology place on Jefferson but they were booked so I tried here. Was not at all disappointed. I am 6 months pregnant and get a 60 minute foot massage typically once a week. Linda was my masseuse and it was so relaxing I had to force myself to not fall asleep so I could enjoy the whole hour. Usually now that I'm pregnant (my husband and I would go about twice a week for massages before I was pregnant) I don't get the good shoulder and back rub anymore because I can't lay on my stomach. But this time with Linda she had me sit up and did all of it that I am usually missing. Looks like I'll be coming here now!!!!! read more

This place is a scam. They will trick you into thinking you are paying for there the 24.99, 60 minute massage. Then when you go to pay it's now the 60 minute 49.99 massage. And the prices are based on cash and be prepared to get screwed again if you are using a credit card. They will argue with you till the cows come home. was in town few days ago visiting some family friends and was recommended by them to try this place, it's good, nothing to complain about, forgot the name of the masseuse but his massage skill is on par with the ones we have in Taiwan. While waiting, I was served with a cup of nice hot tea, and another cup of it after the massage. In short, I nearly passed out. Anyways, I didn't encounter the tip issue the comments below mentioned though :P will be back again next time when im in town for sure read more
