They informed me that they would charge her card anyway so I went there so my friend would not get charged. They charged $35 for me to put my foot in a bucket of water for 15 minutes. I am not happy with this place nor the policy and I will never be back here. I asked a worker is this all the service she said yes I put my foot in the water for 6 minutes and left. This is a reply to the answer that they wrote on me, I was not late. They asked me to come in 15 minutes early so I could check out with my other friends who had the nerve to stay there. Many people do not feel comfortable speaking up in the moment, especially during a vulnerable situation like a massage. What was even more disappointing was being offered only a partial refund of $47.50 and being asked to remove my review in exchange for receiving it. Rather than addressing my concerns and taking responsibility for my experience, it felt like the business was trying to make the review disappear. I believe customer feedback should be taken seriously, especially when it involves a client feeling uncomfortable during a service. He found an opening for the following afternoon. He was accommodating and even took us on a tour of the place. We arrived the next day and Scott greeted us, brought us to the Room of Tranquility and gave us Tea. We met Aaron and Logan. They asked how we would like the pressure and brought us to the room. Both of our massages were just as we requested. We had every muscle worked and were so relaxed. They asked how we were doing throughout our treatments ensuring we were okay.
