The owner offered an apology and had a conversation with the therapist about the incident she stated. No refund was ever given and all communication ceased. It wasn't even 15 minutes into the appointment but I apologized and said I understood. He then said there was an issue that I personally blocked the charge and needed to fix it immediately. He found an opening for the following afternoon. He was accommodating and even took us on a tour of the place. We arrived the next day and Scott greeted us, brought us to the Room of Tranquility and gave us Tea. We met Aaron and Logan. They asked how we would like the pressure and brought us to the room. Many people do not feel comfortable speaking up in the moment, especially during a vulnerable situation like a massage. What was even more disappointing was being offered only a partial refund of $47.50 and being asked to remove my review in exchange for receiving it. Rather than addressing my concerns and taking responsibility for my experience, it felt like the business was trying to make the review disappear.
