Scott kindly greeted us as we entered. He asked how he might help us. We indicated we were in town for just a few days and wanted a couples message. He was very hospitable and checked the calendar. He found an opening for the following afternoon. He was accommodating and even took us on a tour of the place. We arrived the next day and Scott greeted us, brought us to the Room of Tranquility and gave us Tea. We met Aaron and Logan. They asked how we would like the pressure and brought us to the room. Both of our massages were just as we requested. We had every muscle worked and were so relaxed. They asked how we were doing throughout our treatments ensuring we were okay. I reported that I felt uncomfortable during the massage, but instead of acknowledging my experience, the response focused on the fact that I completed the session and left a tip, implying that my concerns were less valid. Many people do not feel comfortable speaking up in the moment, especially during a vulnerable situation like a massage. What was even more disappointing was being offered only a partial refund of $47.50 and being asked to remove my review in exchange for receiving it. Rather than addressing my concerns and taking responsibility for my experience, it felt like the business was trying to make the review disappear. I believe customer feedback should be taken seriously, especially when it involves a client feeling uncomfortable during a service.
