Yesterday was my birthday and I was treated by my best friend to come here and get a prenatal massage. Immediately Suzanna made me feel welcome and at ease. Her space was cozy, warm and smelling amazing. She greeted me with a beautiful smile and answered all of my questions. My experience with Suzanna was absolutely incredible and truly what I needed as an all over sore pregnant mama. I absolutely recommend her to anyone looking to get body work done. I cannot wait to go back again before and after my baby is born! read more

Suzannah is absolutely amazing! As my regular massage therapist, I could not rave enough about her abilities and expertise in Prenatal massage. She did wonders for me throughout my pregnancy, literally to my last trimester. She's also mobile! Sync-in Wellness - Suzannah :) providing mobile massages to our staff in our offices. - Massage Therapy Near Me - American Canyon, California

First off, Im no stranger to professional massages and body work in general but I honestly can say that I received one of the best massages that Ive had at this location. Susanna is the real deal. My first session was primarily to find out my trigger points and stressed areas which she honed into quickly. One of the big tells when determining how in-tune therapists are with clients is the ability to tell which areas need the most work. Being able to recommend exercises and stretches for those tight areas. I got all that and some tips for what to expect on my next visit, which I am already planning on. I can't say enough great things about my first experience, but im looking forward to my next appointment. 5/5 recommend your friends. Ps The heated table was awesome! read more

Where do I start?! Suzannah is absolutely amazing! She has such a beautiful spirit and does an amazing job every single time! As a mommy to be I was in a lot of pain and being able to lay on my stomach with her special pillow was heaven! I went three times and wish I had gone sooner! I can't wait to go back after I have my baby for some more relaxation. Her fingers are truly magic! read more

I can't believe I haven't gone to this hidden gem before in American Canyon. I was in search of a pre-prenatal massage and found Sync - in Wellness . Suzannah has easy scheduling online but also responds to text. My massage was wonderful. She has a nice pillow where my belly and chest have space. I've had prenatal massages before where I've had to lay on my side and it was not comfortable. Here, I was able to lay on my belly as she worked on my back and that hips, and when it was time to lay on my back, she had a wedge pillow so that I was at an incline, so it is safer for the baby. I will definitely be going here till the end of my pregnancy and postpartum as well read more

One word: AMAZING! I searched long and hard for a masseuse like Suzannah. After trying a few different "massage shops", I became distrustful of the massage experience. However, after an incredible hour long session with Suzannah, I am excited to make bodywork therapy part of my self care routine! She has such a warm and caring personality. The moment I walked in, Suzannah welcomed me and asked about my concerns. She made sure to target the areas that were bothering me, but also did work on my whole body. She communicated which areas needed work, and checked-in throughout the session to make sure I was always comfortable. I fell in love with her therapy ambiance and appreciated the peace she created for me while the session took place. I will be back very soon for a 90 minute session and will be bringing my grandmother to her own session. I cannot recommend her enough!! Suzannah is just one of the great therapists you need to try yourself! read more

Suzannah has the touch. She really does. I think she's given me a couple of the most relaxing massages of my life. A few years back I was in a pretty major car accident that left me with some chronic pains, and afterward I tried a handful of local massage therapists looking for relief. A friend referred me to Suzannah for yoga, but when I found out she was a massage therapist, I jumped on the chance to get a tune up. I've left every session feeling incredible. She does a great job finding balance between relaxing techniques, while also getting in deep where needed. If you're feeling the stress or tension of daily life starting to affect your body, you definitely have to give her a call. She'll fix you up. read more

My prenatal massage was AMAZING. Booking my appointment with Suzannah was seamless. She is professional and welcoming, clearly is skilled in the art of massage therapy. It was 90 minutes of heaven, and it made all the difference to have the prenatal table so I could still get a face down massage at 31 weeks pregnant. I felt incredibly relaxed and well taken care of. I'd highly recommend this form of self care if you're pregnant! Suzannah is outstanding! read more

Susie is amazing! She is mobile and came to my house in Bay Point! She was friendly and knowledgeable about how to help my pain. I slept on my neck wrong so I had a knot in my upper right shoulder. I was referred to Suzie for massage therapy. I get a massage session once a month because of the repetitive stresses that I put my body through on a daily basis. I have a personal massage therapist but once a while I would venture out to see someone else. Every massage therapists have their unique approach and because I heard such great things about Suzie I decided to give her a try. And like my personal massage therapist she is amazing. I live in San Leandro so it was quite a drive but was very much worth the trip. Her blend of technique skill sets and wonderful sweet energy made the session relaxing and tranquil. The only thing I regretted was not asking for a longer session. If you are near American Canyon or far it is more than worth a trip to see Suzie. You will not be disappointed!! read more

Suzannah is the absolute best! She really listens to your needs and is in tune with your body to give you the best massage that your body needs and craves; not just something that feels good. You know those other masseuse that ask you what's bothering you but they do the same exact, predictable routine probably set to the same music? Well, she is not that kind! If you tell her your neck is kinked because you slept wrong, she'll massage all those knots out. If you say you've been clenching your jaw from stress, she'll add that in. If you say a joint is bothering you she'll adjust to focus on there. If you tell her your calves are sore and sensitive from jump roping, she'll go easy on them. While you're on the table, you know exactly when she found something because she pauses there to work it out. Sometimes I didn't even know there was a knot there until she discovers it. If needed, she also adds a theragun, aromatherapy, hot stones, and even cupping! She is amazing! Not only is she skilled and talented in her craft, she is the sweetest person you could ever meet. That's a hard find; someone who is top notch at what they do and very thoughtful, personable, and even takes part on a little joke when asked. Everyone...Suzannah should be treated like a national treasure and we need to protect her at all costs because I need to continue going to her FOREVER! read more

Let me start this off with just saying I've had a lot of different experiences with massages. I have been getting them for years through both of my pregnancies, I've had a back injury in the past (broke my back) so I am kinda (putting it lightly) picky. I had given up on finding a good massause since my regular one moved away a fee years ago. I've gone to several places since that are local, on vacations and even on a cruise and let me tell you, I was never impressed. I was talking to a friend about needing a massage and she told me I should go visit Suzannah/Sync-in Body Works and I was NOT let down! I was super impressed with her knowledge of the body and its stress points. She was super accommodating, kind and made me feel comfortable (which is huge in this industry-as, let's face it, were getting partially if not completely naked with nothing but a blanket or sheet covering). She was very attentive and asked for guidance so that she made sure not to apply too much pressure near my surgical sites and definitely applied good pressure to those areas that for better or worse needed firmer pressure and to be worked well. I left there feeling like a brand new human-lol. I just HATE it when you pay good money for a massage and walk out feeling tense and like you weren't worked on. I have been to see her twice now and would ABSOLUTELY recommend to anyone. I found my new regular spot! *side note-I have two kids, a bad back and hip and work primarily a desk job but lead a pretty active weekend lifestyle so you know what kind of issues my body may be under for needing attention and FINALLY I got it here! read more

I cannot say enough amazing things about Suzannah! I have been seeing her once a month for over a year now. She is brilliant at her craft! She is so knowledgeable about the human body and so accommodating to injuries and wants only the very best for your experience. She takes time and care to really go in depth in areas you have discomfort in while taking you on an hour plus experience that you continue to feel it's benefits for days! I'm so glad I found her and now get to enjoy her new tranquil, COVID free conscious space in American Canyon. Five stars are not enough! read more
