I use to love going to this place but not after yesterday... due to my military days, my Muscles in…read moremy back now swell up constantly So I love to go get massages when I can... Yesterday my wife and I made appointment for 1530 and when we got there I got told the price was $60 apiece so $120 for both Which is fine... But since I also know that they walk on people backs there, she tried to charge me another $5 dollars just to do that which they never had before... so after I already agreed to pay the extra $5 to do that... They wanted us to pay upfront then which is fine also because I'm used to that place (even though they are the only place in history that I have ever been to that they wanted the Money for service services and most importantly the money for the tip upfront) but then when they asked if I would like to leave a tip and I said $15 apiece so that's a total of $30. They were not happy. They both wanted $20... And she kept pushing and pushing and pushing and pushing and pushing and pushing for the $20 and no matter how much I said no $15 apiece they did not like that.... So instead of making $155 sale they forfeited it all because of $10 because I was not gonna give the $165... if I was the owner, I would be furious that that's how the employees are treating customers... Because it's all about the service the tip is just a bonus, but you're not working for specifically the tips you already get a paycheck... Even if someone leaves you no tip if they're paying for the services, it should not matter... just my opinion

I was referred to Hanifa by a friend and her husband. I reached out via text on a Saturday and…read moreasked if she were available on Sunday. She scheduled with me within and hour for the next day. When I walked in she was waiting right at the door, welcomed me with a warm genuine smile and introduced herself. She then guided me into the massage room which is a very cozy, intimate space. We chatted for a minute and she stepped out so I could prepare for the massage. The table was so warm! I do not recall everything having a massage where the bed was warm, all the way down to the feet. She asked for my hot spots and I pointed out my shoulders and feet. The massage began and before I knew it I was dozing off and having random dreams. Her pressure is to your preference and she asked you to let her know when she needs to adjust. I decided to let her do her thing to see what her normal pressure is like. I knew I was super tense in the shoulder so while it was a bit uncomfortable I went with it because I knew my body needed it. She was extremely soft and gentle on my feet. I would have preferred more pressure but I didn't say anything because again, I wanted to see her normal. This is not a complaint at all because now I know what to ask for when I go back next month. It felt like she went well over an hour, that's how good the massage was. It was so good that I thought if it is over an hours, I am so ok with paying difference. She plays soothing music that pulls you to sleep. I suggest relaxing your body and let your mind follow the movement of her hands. You will be asleep in no time. I definitley will be back next month. I think I found my person!

We walked in and the receptionist who was very friendly welcomed us. Then we were called back to the couples room. The older man who led us back didn't speak any English. He just pointed which we figured out meant enter the room. We got our massages and my massage guy I felt knew what he was doing as everything he did was symmetrical and he even asked me to let him know if the pressure was too much. I felt this is so important. It was my first time having a male massage me but he did great. Now the older guy who didn't speak English was my hubbys masseuse and my hubby said he told him the pressure was too much and yet still didn't change. He said it felt like the masseuse was just doing random things and he actually said he felt worse after the massage which is something no paying customer should ever experience. The rooms are clean and spacious. They have very affordable packages. I just wish they would ask customers their preference prior to and ask about the style of massage they would like ie deep tissue etc. Not sure if we will be back.

I had to question whether this was real life or a prank show…read more..... I went in for a massage here at the later hours of evening, against my better judgement. There was no wait to be serviced (I now know why). I was taken to a room with a pretty lame excuse for a massage table, and a horrible static noise. The massage itself was probably 20 minutes long and the other 40 consisted of my masseuse leaving the room or leaving a hot towel on my back. When she did actually use her hands I could not express what I needed as there was a heavy language barrier between us. When it was over she charged me for the massage and became very frustrated when I did not leave a tip.( I instinctively always leave a 15%, but welcome to America, where consumers can tip when they feel it is appropriate) She would not give me my card or customer copy back, and she went to get someone else, an older lady. After expressing multiple times that I want to leave the older lady put a pen in my hand and insisted that I leave a tip to get my card. I then leave a $1 tip because there's no way I'd give them any more after being extorted, I just want to leave this very uncomfortable situation. She then says I need to leave $5 and I respond with maybe next time this is all I can do for now. Then I straight up get yelled at by the older lady, "You have money! Give!" and "You only one! Everybody else give!" It wasn't until i took out my phone and showed her the 3 numbers on my keypad, that I finally got my card handed back. As I left I was getting cursed out the whole time. I will be taking my business to somewhere I can relax
