What made me upset was the fact that the reception staff seemed to be intentionally delaying things further. The lady was like "well do you still even want the session then?" Of course we do! Isn't is better to get some of the remaining session that to lose the entire thing when you will be charged full price anyway? Since it was my first time at this location, she wanted me to complete an intake questionnaire. Instead of doing what they normally do, which is to give the customer the iPad to complete it, the lady was reading off the questions and answers one by one for us. I was offended because she either thought we don't know how to read or she was doing it on purpose to delay things further. The location is inconvenient as well. The therapists are skilled but it's unfortunate that their reception staff behave as in the case above. Perhaps I had knots, but it wasn't explained nor was I asked about areas of my concern. The hot stones were def hot, almost startling at first touch, but after the initial shock went away it really melted my sore muscles.
