I was desperate for a massage due to random back pain one day. I chose this place figuring they accept walk ins. The receptionist was in mid chew of her lunch when I arrived. She stopped eating greeted me w little eye contact. Paying up front was unexpected. The massage was outstanding. The receptionist/massage therapist did such a great job. At one point she was holding onto to bars on the ceiling and walking on my back. Massage my back w her feet! Since my massage was being given by the receptionist... she stopped twice to give attention to new customers that came in. Believe it or not.... My annoyance about that was very short because of how relaxed I was from the massage. Her techniques were really good. Her pressure was on point. It's very unfortunate that this establishment uses ONE person to handle all tasks. It wasn't very busy so I can understand from a business perspective why minimal staffing is the approach. However, leaving your client mid massage to handle other tasks is unprofessional. I gave four stars because the massage was excellent! If I could give a second rating it would be one star for how hard this one employee has to work, alone to figure out how to get everything done. read more

Wow! That was amazing! I called at the last minute to give this place a try. They all do things a little differently and I am so glad they do. Vivian was able to take me right away. She totally surprised me when she walked on my back! She applied the perfect amount of pressure the entire time. Then she pulled out the hot stones.......I love hot stones. All my tension melted away it was so nice. I will be back and I hope Vivian is there. read more

Called and got a same day appointment for the time I requested. They have a cash discount and very affordable rates. I have been a massage therapist for 14 years so it's fair to say I have a pretty good gauge on a decent massage. Vivian's 90 minute massage included hot stones, hot towels, deep tissue, stretching, and techniques using ashiatsu bars. I really appreciate the way she used the hot stones, hot packs, and towels, they really enhanced the massage. I'm so happy I found this low key hidden gem. It's my new go to! read more

The past week has been hectic and I was getting ready to get off work and wanted a quick massage. I looked on Yelp to see who was even open and this place had pretty good reviews so I figured why not. When I got there the lady didn't speak really good English but we figured it out and I paid for a $60/60 minute massage, if paying by cash otherwise it would have been $65. I got in the room and there was just a towel so I wasn't for sure if I was supposed to get fully naked or what as most places have a full sheet. I decided to keep my undergarments on and hopped on the bed face down like she instructed with my mask on. I had hoped I could take it off but when I asked she shook her head no. When she came in she said her name was Vivian which made me happy as that was one of the names all over the Yelp reviews for providing good massages. She unsnapped my bra and tossed it over to the side and started going to work. It took me a few minutes to get my breathing under control with the mask on and just having that little hole in the table for air. Once I was able to relax it was all good. I liked that she knew when and where to apply pressure. She was gentle on my arms and legs as typically I will leave and have bruises in those areas. She worked my shoulders and back to perfection. When I flipped over she started rubbing my head and OMG it was my favorite part. I may be a little weird but I used to pay this guy who cut my hair extra to just wash and rub my hair for 15 minutes. It is so relaxing to me and Vivian reminded me of that. I only gave 4 stars instead of 5 because I felt there should have been more time spent on my feet. She probably only spent 3 minutes total on my feet. Overall I needed and enjoyed my massage and will most likely go back after a stressful day at work since they are right down the street. read more

I came here because of the positive reviews. I'm sure glad I decided to go! I was hoping for a full body/foot combo, but they didn't offer it. I had Amy. I've been getting massages for 40 years and prefer Asian, because they really get to all my problem shoulder/upper back knots. Amy was great, with all the massages I've had, she had some new very effective techniques. Was thorough and relaxing. Could have stayed and taken a nap afterwards. If you are looking for a spa or metaphysical type place, not for you. But if you want a superb massage that covers all your sore muscles, then stop on by. It's clean, there's parking, people are friendly and speak some English and it's very affordable. $45/hour. Can't wait for a return visit. read more

Ask for Vivian- great for stress-reset or pain management. She has strong hands and intuitive massage

Viviene was amazing! I was fortunate to book her on a short notice. She took out all my knots. I told her I have severe back and shoulders pain and she gave more attention in those areas. I would recommend Viviene to everyone. read more

Just drove back from Disneyland and was in desperate need of a massage. Vivian did an amazing job and the hot stone massage is a must.

I met a friend halfway between our homes in Fairfield without a real plan of what we wanted to do and stumbled onto this place for chair massage. It was a delight! The woman who helped us was so nice! The chair massage was great! I definitely recommend! read more

Called ahead to make an appt for a one hour foot massage. Hubs and I get massages regularly, first time trying this place. We arrived a few minutes early, confirmed our appt "60 minute foot massage" and then immediately told "we don't do 60 minutes so you can do 30 minutes or full body". Why would they make an appointment for a service they don't offer? I normally would have walked out, but it was my husbands birthday and I just wanted to enjoy a massage with him. A 30 minute foot massage is $40. That's really high for Solano County. Our normal place is $35 for an hour. She asked us to pay before the service. Omg. Again, trying to go with the flow for husbands bday. I paid and gave a 20% tip up front. Husband normally tips 50% because we appreciate how physically hard massage is for the therapist but being asked to pay up front felt odd. Another thing that should have been stated at appointment time or at least in writing at the establishment. It just felt random. Anyway, we get started and the water is burning hot. Burning. Neither of us could keep our feet in it. Ask to cool it down and they bring room temp water but not enough to change the temperature so we just dip our feet and ask to have water removed. The person that did my husbands feet did not wear gloves. The person who did my feet did wear gloves. They were way too big for her and she had to constantly stop to pull them down. They made a crunching noise every time she rubbed my foot- it felt awkward and sounded annoying. I've probably had 200 foot massages in my life and every one of them was basically a full body massage with clothes on. Head, face, neck, arms, back, legs and feet. Not this one. From the knees down only and you sit up the whole time. No reclining. The only reason I gave any stars at all is because the actual massage was excellent. It was truly reflexology. The pressure was perfect. She really did a good job. She was also very nice, never snotty or rude. Apparently the cooling of the water was included in the 30 minutes because we were back in our car 35 minutes after arriving, including paying and water prep. The overall experience was disappointing. We won't be returning. read more

I used to love this place until today!!! Me , my parents, husband , sister and cousins come here atleast once a month. Today my mom came in and was going to pay 60$ for 60 minutes plus a small tip. She didn't have anymore but something is better than nothing. And who ever helped her told my mom that wasn't enough of a tip that my mom should get a 40 minute massage for $40 to give her more of a tip. Wtf!!! My mom grabbed her money and left. Now you lost 7 plus customers a month!!! Which sucks because now we all have to look for another massage place . So unprofessional and so upsetting!!!!! They should be embarrassed. I called to talk to the owner and the lady that answered wanted me to go in to talk to her I said No I just wanted to let the owner know that that was so unprofessional. And they told me what my mom didn't go there that it was somewhere else. Wow. Lol read more

This place is awesome, well worth the money. Plus it's not even expensive for what you get. Very impressed with service and value. Usually when they say an hour they include the time they spend prepping. Not here I was in there at least an hr and 15 minutes. While I waited for my foot massage I got a head massage. Plus they still did 30 minutes on my feet. The back massage was awesome. Not to much pressure but not weak at all either. I did hear someone next to me ask for more pressure and they got it. They left happy too. The owner walked in at the end while I was getting my feet worked on and offered me water. Very friendly. All in all I think I'll be going here more often for 40 dollars you get one hr of massage and it's better than when you go to the spa :-) all in all a happy customer read more

First time me and family had massage in this place . Place clean and all friendly masseuse . Vivian have a very strong hand but yet enough to take all the knots away from my back that feeling not being all bruised and made me relax. The only thing me and my husband think they need is curtains/divider in between one person where my son and my husband had their first half massage. It's too exposed to the person coming in . I had my service done in a room which I think is pretty clean and nice . read more

Vivian did great massage. It has been half of a year that I haven't get my body massage done. This is a first time I came here cuz my regular place close during the covid. I got my 1hr massage done by Vivian. She really know what she doing. I wish I have more time to get 90min massage. Definitely will come back read more

First let me say I get massages on a regular basis and have for a very long time, from resorts to smaller spots. My whole body was aching and I could not get into my regular day spa so I called and made an appointment at Nice Relieve Center, really not expecting much but going with the reviews. I was not disappointed! I was lucky enough to get Vivian. I got a 90-minute massage and it was one of the best massages I have ever had! She took her time and worked the strokes/pressure and oh boy the hot stones! Dare I say the hot stone work was on par with a good resort massage?! It was not rushed rubbing the stones over body like some of the smaller spots do, she strategically placed them while working pressure/strokes on other parts of the body. Between the hot stones and gentle but deep stretching, I felt brand new once she was done with me. LOL I'm so happy I I found this spot and will definitely be back. If you need to get some pain relief go see Vivian! read more

My husband and I decided we both needed massages due to a hectic past week. But, it was 7:30 in the evening. Luckily we found that Nice Relieve Center was opened! I called and they confirmed we could both go in for massages. We arrived and rang the doorbell. We were met by Vivian and Nancy. We both enjoyed wonderful massages. The price was very reasonable. We saved a little bit by paying cash. They both deserved a nice tip. We will definitely be returning. The accommodations are modest and clean. Parking is available. Please support our local businesses in Fairfield! read more

The massage was really good. But the therapist kept making painful noises. I felt bad for her. Then in the middle of my massage she answered a call from her husband, who sounded upset that she wasn't answering his calls. Yikes I see everyone keeps talking about Vivian so I may go try her as well. Oh another weird thing, they made me pay for the massage before the massage and then asked for tip. I said, can I wait till after the massage to figure out what I want to tip? She said sure. read more

Vivian did a very good deep tissue massage on me today. I chose to have 90 minutes massage. She focused more on my back because that is what I needed. She deserved my $20 tip for her. Thanks a lot! I did not give five stars just because my massage gets interrupted when someone comes in. read more

Now I found my go-to massage place! I've been to quite a lot of massage places in Fairfield & Vacaville but did not really pick one over the other as worth coming back to. This place is a pleasant surprise. Vivian did my massage and she was really great. She had many techniques to relieve my aching back & neck w/c I did not get from other massage places. And she was very nice & friendly. The place is small but clean. Room & massage table kept warm for clients, w/c I really liked. Sheets & towel looked clean. I've been to massage places where towels smell re-used. Highly recommended! read more

My lower back has been bothering me for quite sometime now. Today was one of those days where the pain is worse and definitely feeling stiff. So, when my schedule opened up, I decided to drop by to see if they accommodate me. Sasa was the awesome!!! She knew where I was tight and took her time to focus on my lower back pain; she even suggested that she will just focus on the problem area instead of a full body massage. I was actually glad she did! I highly recommend her!! read more

Me and my fiancé were looking to get some last minute massages. Came across this place and we were able to get right in. $40 for a 60 minute full body massage. The massage was awesome; however, I wish he would have rubbed my legs and feet more. Next time I'm going to get the $55 massage which includes the 60 min full body and 30 min foot rub. I also wished that my blanket/towel was a bit longer. I got cold on a few occasions and he kept having to readjust my cover. I really like how he used hot stones at one point in my massage because it wasn't expected. They need just one more person working with them bc a few times they had to leave our room to greet other customers. Overall I had a great experience and the massage was right on time and just what we needed. read more

I wish Yelp can give no stars. My parents have been going to this place a few times already and they loved it. But this time my mom asked for a 30 minute massage and apparently the guy heard 60 minutes. My dad asked the guy that my mom's massage was suppose to be 30 minutes. Then the guy rudely talked to me dad saying "SHE SAID 60 MINUTES!" I was like WTF!? So when the massage was over my dad just paid the 60 minutes massage and gave the guy $2 tip. As we were walking out, he said "Wait, the tip should be $5!" We were shocked when asked for more tips. So my dad gave him $5 and my dad said "Wow! We are not coming here again!" Then the guy said "Okay!" He shouldn't be asking for more tips. He should be grateful that he even got tips. Oh and their was this lady that got done before my mom but got a 25 minute massage. As she walked away, the guy that massaged her came up to her asking for his tip. That lady was shocked. She gave him only $3 and walked away. We are never going back there again. read more
