Not only that, she didn't massage my front. When it came to my feet, she was basically patting my my heels. Lastly, she kept leaving & coming back; unsure why this was acceptable when she also made me pay beforehand. Unfortunately, this was just as bad as my massage at Twin Flame in Fairfield. Can someone please recommend a local masseuse? All these places are unacceptable for the price we pay for relaxation!

She stopped eating greeted me w little eye contact. Paying up front was unexpected. The massage was outstanding. The receptionist/massage therapist did such a great job. At one point she was holding onto to bars on the ceiling and walking on my back. Massage my back w her feet! Since my massage was being given by the receptionist... she stopped twice to give attention to new customers that came in. Believe it or not.... My annoyance about that was very short because of how relaxed I was from the massage. Her techniques were really good. Her pressure was on point. It's very unfortunate that this establishment uses ONE person to handle all tasks. It wasn't very busy so I can understand from a business perspective why minimal staffing is the approach. However, leaving your client mid massage to handle other tasks is unprofessional. I gave four stars because the massage was excellent! If I could give a second rating it would be one star for how hard this one employee has to work, alone to figure out how to get everything done.

I exercise pretty frequently and can feel tension in my upper back so I opted for the deep tissue to get my knots out. The deep tissue is definitely not for the faint of heart since this is very firm pressure, but you can ask to adjust the pressure if needed. This is not your typical massage place and would probably recommend someone who hasn't gotten a massage before to do some research on Thai massages since it involves stepping on your back and a lot of stretching. Or you can just be up for the experience like I was! For the body scrub, you have a choice of sugar or salt scrub. I got the sugar scrub since that's what I was familiar with and afterwards my body felt really good and moisturized. Outside and interior really pretty. It's like a luxury home spa feeling! When I walked in she was waiting right at the door, welcomed me with a warm genuine smile and introduced herself. She then guided me into the massage room which is a very cozy, intimate space. We chatted for a minute and she stepped out so I could prepare for the massage. The table was so warm! I do not recall everything having a massage where the bed was warm, all the way down to the feet. She asked for my hot spots and I pointed out my shoulders and feet. The massage began and before I knew it I was dozing off and having random dreams. Her pressure is to your preference and she asked you to let her know when she needs to adjust. I decided to let her do her thing to see what her normal pressure is like. I knew I was super tense in the shoulder so while it was a bit uncomfortable I went with it because I knew my body needed it. She was extremely soft and gentle on my feet. I would have preferred more pressure but I didn't say anything because again, I wanted to see her normal. This is not a complaint at all because now I know what to ask for when I go back next month. It felt like she went well over an hour, that's how good the massage was. It was so good that I thought if it is over an hours, I am so ok with paying difference. She plays soothing music that pulls you to sleep. I suggest relaxing your body and let your mind follow the movement of her hands. You will be asleep in no time. I definitley will be back next month. I think I found my person!

Let me start by saying... I am not a massage therapist's favorite client. My body is basically made…read moreof rocks, boulders, and steel -- especially in my neck, shoulders, and upper back. So when Coco started my 2-hour session and asked what kind of pressure I wanted, I said: extra hard, please. And she did not hesitate. The first hour honestly felt like a full-on wrestling match (in the best way). Elbows working overtime, digging into every knot and layer of tension I've been carrying around. She may be small-framed, but the strength and control? Next level. I know some people feel a certain way about these Asian reflexology-style spots, but I don't discriminate -- because every once in a while, you find a someone who truly delivers. Coco is that person. After she worked on one side of my back, I had to stop and ask for her name so I could make sure I request her again. What stood out most was her understanding of leverage, pressure, and muscle release. She knew exactly how to find the hidden tension points and work through them. And when she hit areas that were especially tender, she adjusted -- shifting to slower, more controlled movements. At times, her rhythm even synced with my breathing, which helped the muscles release even more. That level of awareness? Rare. This is not a gentle, fall-asleep kind of massage -- and that's exactly what I want. I go for real work, to break through tightness and pain, and Coco delivered. If you're looking for a deep, no-nonsense massage that gets into those stubborn knots, Coco is your person. Yes, it's not for everyone -- and that's okay. But for me? I'll absolutely be back to see Coco.

Great pressure, a good flow. Loved that the hot stones was included as well. The cons: well first things first they did not have a ceiling. Why just why is there no ceiling on the rooms. The lady next to our room was clearly enjoying herself cause we could clearly hear her moaning from our room. The hole in the door. It was a bit off putting that there was a hole in the door one could see through. Another cony massage therapist left twice for an extended time. Once to get the stones and once for idk and he left the door open and the blanket off. Not only was I freezing I was super uncomfortable the door was open, thankfully my boyfriend was in the room but that was still very off putting,. Another thing that really rubbed me the wrong way. My man wasn't a fan of his massage and tipped accordingly. When my massage therapist was checking us out he pointed out the amount. To be honest I would have said it is what it is and explained I didn't like the massage. My boyfriend gave more tip in cash. I was a bit annoyed but he just said forget it and gave more tip. overall I don't think we will return.
