My hubby and I came here for a couples massage and not once were we asked if we had any areas of…read morepain or what type of pressure we would prefer or nothing. We walked in and the receptionist who was very friendly welcomed us. Then we were called back to the couples room. The older man who led us back didn't speak any English. He just pointed which we figured out meant enter the room. We got our massages and my massage guy I felt knew what he was doing as everything he did was symmetrical and he even asked me to let him know if the pressure was too much. I felt this is so important. It was my first time having a male massage me but he did great. Now the older guy who didn't speak English was my hubbys masseuse and my hubby said he told him the pressure was too much and yet still didn't change. He said it felt like the masseuse was just doing random things and he actually said he felt worse after the massage which is something no paying customer should ever experience. The rooms are clean and spacious. They have very affordable packages. I just wish they would ask customers their preference prior to and ask about the style of massage they would like ie deep tissue etc. Not sure if we will be back.

I was referred to Hanifa by a friend and her husband. I reached out via text on a Saturday and…read moreasked if she were available on Sunday. She scheduled with me within and hour for the next day. When I walked in she was waiting right at the door, welcomed me with a warm genuine smile and introduced herself. She then guided me into the massage room which is a very cozy, intimate space. We chatted for a minute and she stepped out so I could prepare for the massage. The table was so warm! I do not recall everything having a massage where the bed was warm, all the way down to the feet. She asked for my hot spots and I pointed out my shoulders and feet. The massage began and before I knew it I was dozing off and having random dreams. Her pressure is to your preference and she asked you to let her know when she needs to adjust. I decided to let her do her thing to see what her normal pressure is like. I knew I was super tense in the shoulder so while it was a bit uncomfortable I went with it because I knew my body needed it. She was extremely soft and gentle on my feet. I would have preferred more pressure but I didn't say anything because again, I wanted to see her normal. This is not a complaint at all because now I know what to ask for when I go back next month. It felt like she went well over an hour, that's how good the massage was. It was so good that I thought if it is over an hours, I am so ok with paying difference. She plays soothing music that pulls you to sleep. I suggest relaxing your body and let your mind follow the movement of her hands. You will be asleep in no time. I definitley will be back next month. I think I found my person!

I chose this space because there were a lot of reviews and it did not disappoint. I opted for the deep tissue as my back and neck were sore from an intense bike ride and the service was excellent. The masseuse did a great job of stretching and caring for the affected areas and the whole experience from start to finish was lovely. Sometimes in spaces I feel they don't always listen to what you want but she really took care to help work out the problem areas and meet the requested pressure. Needless to say I will be returning to this spot.

The massage rooms are clean and the massage table is comfortable. I upgraded for a deep tissue massage, hot stones and aromatherapy. Loved the deep tissue and hot stone massage. Half way through the massage, Lucy had me smell the oil a chose and then continued with the massage, I thought it was hilarious. I definitely will be come back for another massage, but won't add aromatherapy next time

She stopped eating greeted me w little eye contact. Paying up front was unexpected. The massage was outstanding. The receptionist/massage therapist did such a great job. At one point she was holding onto to bars on the ceiling and walking on my back. Massage my back w her feet! Since my massage was being given by the receptionist... she stopped twice to give attention to new customers that came in. Believe it or not.... My annoyance about that was very short because of how relaxed I was from the massage. Her techniques were really good. Her pressure was on point. It's very unfortunate that this establishment uses ONE person to handle all tasks. It wasn't very busy so I can understand from a business perspective why minimal staffing is the approach. However, leaving your client mid massage to handle other tasks is unprofessional. I gave four stars because the massage was excellent! If I could give a second rating it would be one star for how hard this one employee has to work, alone to figure out how to get everything done.

IF you do decide to get ur massage MAKE sure you time them, becuz you WILL NOT get the full time you are charged. Use the timer on ur ph I came here the other day & asked for a 1 hr body massage, they asked if I wanted feet massage, I said yess if it's included with the 60 min purchase. They replied Yes, & they asked if it was ok if 1 person massaged my body while the other one massaged my feet, that sounded really good to me but I wanted to make sure that I wass getting the full 1 hour, so I set my 1 hr timer on my ph. And after 20 mins of being massaged on upper part of my body, the second person started massaging my feet, and another 20 mins, I noticed that they Stopped, so I grabbed my ph to check the timiner, & it showed There was 16 mins left for the full body massage, but they both stopped, & I guess that was the manager stepped in, And as I was Explaining to him that I still had 16 mins left, he responded well you paid less for 4 hands to work on your body ,sure I got my full 1 hr massage, however as the second person started on my feet 20 mins AFTER the 1st person started, they stoped working on me 43 mins after they started, so I checked my timer on my ph & seen that there were 16 mins left out of the 1 hr massage, so I had shown them the timer on my ph & that I still had 16 mins of massage left, they totally looked at me as if they couldn't speak English & the owner or Manager.started telling me becuz there were 2 people that massaged me, they didn't have to stop in 1 hr. Becuz I got a better deal with 4 hands working on my body that wasss NOT the point, & I told them they NEED to let people know up front that it will NOT be a FULL 1 hour massage SO BeWARE folks Don't be ripped off, ASK if there is an extra charge when someone is working on ur feet And don't forget to put ur timer on, I am going to take this to 7 on your side,
