They wanted us to pay upfront then which is fine also because I'm used to that place (even though they are the only place in history that I have ever been to that they wanted the Money for service services and most importantly the money for the tip upfront) but then when they asked if I would like to leave a tip and I said $15 apiece so that's a total of $30. They were not happy. They both wanted $20... And she kept pushing and pushing and pushing and pushing and pushing and pushing for the $20 and no matter how much I said no $15 apiece they did not like that.... So instead of making $155 sale they forfeited it all because of $10 because I was not gonna give the $165... if I was the owner, I would be furious that that's how the employees are treating customers... Because it's all about the service the tip is just a bonus, but you're not working for specifically the tips you already get a paycheck... Even if someone leaves you no tip if they're paying for the services, it should not matter... just my opinion

I do not recall everything having a massage where the bed was warm, all the way down to the feet. She asked for my hot spots and I pointed out my shoulders and feet. The massage began and before I knew it I was dozing off and having random dreams. Her pressure is to your preference and she asked you to let her know when she needs to adjust. I decided to let her do her thing to see what her normal pressure is like. I knew I was super tense in the shoulder so while it was a bit uncomfortable I went with it because I knew my body needed it. She was extremely soft and gentle on my feet. I would have preferred more pressure but I didn't say anything because again, I wanted to see her normal. This is not a complaint at all because now I know what to ask for when I go back next month. It felt like she went well over an hour, that's how good the massage was. It was so good that I thought if it is over an hours, I am so ok with paying difference. She plays soothing music that pulls you to sleep. I suggest relaxing your body and let your mind follow the movement of her hands. You will be asleep in no time. I definitley will be back next month. There was no wait to be serviced (I now know why). I was taken to a room with a pretty lame excuse for a massage table, and a horrible static noise. When she did actually use her hands I could not express what I needed as there was a heavy language barrier between us. When it was over she charged me for the massage and became very frustrated when I did not leave a tip.( I instinctively always leave a 15%, but welcome to America, where consumers can tip when they feel it is appropriate) She would not give me my card or customer copy back, and she went to get someone else, an older lady. After expressing multiple times that I want to leave the older lady put a pen in my hand and insisted that I leave a tip to get my card. I then leave a $1 tip because there's no way I'd give them any more after being extorted, I just want to leave this very uncomfortable situation. She then says I need to leave $5 and I respond with maybe next time this is all I can do for now. Then I straight up get yelled at by the older lady, "You have money! Give!" and "You only one!
