There was no wait to be serviced (I now know why). I was taken to a room with a pretty lame excuse for a massage table, and a horrible static noise. The massage itself was probably 20 minutes long and the other 40 consisted of my masseuse leaving the room or leaving a hot towel on my back. When she did actually use her hands I could not express what I needed as there was a heavy language barrier between us. When it was over she charged me for the massage and became very frustrated when I did not leave a tip.( I instinctively always leave a 15%, but welcome to America, where consumers can tip when they feel it is appropriate) She would not give me my card or customer copy back, and she went to get someone else, an older lady. After expressing multiple times that I want to leave the older lady put a pen in my hand and insisted that I leave a tip to get my card. I then leave a $1 tip because there's no way I'd give them any more after being extorted, I just want to leave this very uncomfortable situation. She then says I need to leave $5 and I respond with maybe next time this is all I can do for now. Then I straight up get yelled at by the older lady, "You have money! Give!" and "You only one! Everybody else give!" It wasn't until i took out my phone and showed her the 3 numbers on my keypad, that I finally got my card handed back. As I left I was getting cursed out the whole time. I will be taking my business to somewhere I can relax

From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly and felt welcomed. The spa had a peaceful, calming atmosphere that immediately helped me relax. Before the treatment started, we did a hair and scalp analysis, which I found really informative. The specialist showed me the condition of my scalp, explained what she observed, and discussed what my hair might be lacking and ways to improve its health. Afterward, I was taken to a private room and provided with a robe. The treatment began with a hair wash and the specialized water therapy used during head spa treatments. I wasn't entirely sure what to expect since it was my first time, but the experience was incredibly soothing. I also received a massage on my head, neck, and arms, which made the treatment even more relaxing. I left feeling refreshed, rejuvenated, and like I had finally taken some time for myself. My hair felt noticeably softer and healthier afterward as well. My only suggestion would be that I wish the water therapy portion lasted a little longer because it was one of my favorite parts of the experience. I search and this place comes up with good reviews. First up, I called and it sounded like chaos over there, nearly didn't go on that alone. Arrived to find it was worse. It is in what looks like a medical office plaza, so I expected professionalism and accessibility. Nope! They REFUSED to open the main, accessible doorway, instead insisting I climb steps, which I was struggling with, so if you need mobility aids, write this place off immediately! None of the pictures tell the tale, the place is cluttered and dirty. There was an older and younger lady constantly yelling at each other in I am guessing a Chinese dialect. They showed me to a room, it was early evening so light was still coming in through the windows, and thank goodness for that. I sit down and start taking off my shoes and notice the rugs are nasty, then I turn and look at the bed, there is this big brown smear stain about where one's butt would go, hair all over, the sheets are all wrinkled and worn. At this point I had had enough. I get up (they never closed the door by the way) and the younger girl rushes in asking if things are okay. I tell her no, she needs to change the sheets. The other older lady is yelling at her even louder and then she tells me no, the sheets are find and lay down. I say clearly they aren't fine, but she keeps telling me they are clean and have a "laundry stain." Their arguing reaches fever pitch at this point as I say I am leaving and she begs me not to go, eventually saying she will put me in a different room. How would that solve the problem, that the place is chaos, they refuse to accommodate people, and they don't care about cleanliness? I tell them they have some problems and I am don't want to deal with this as I leave, having to literally pull away from her grabbing my arm. Something tells me this place is far from legit, if not something downright bad.
