This place is awful. I asked for a 60 minute massage valued at 70$. She said it's cash only and said I needed to go to a ATM. I returned for my massage. She says half way through, "I forgot I made an appointment at 12 so we need to cut it early, it's 50$ for 30 minutes." I said okay. I did zero research and walked into this place for a massage with my husband to kill time waiting for our car repair. Walking in I noticed a stinky smell and gave my husband a look for us to split, but we had nothing better to do so we took the risk. I was not expecting a massage to be so through? If you are shy this is not the place for you! About halfway through the massage while face down my masseuse completely removed my towel leaving me fully exposed, eeek! At that point I imagine my husband was about as awkward as awkward can be getting his full body massage in the next room. I will say she was not shy about working on knots in my butt muscles and did wonders for my shoulders. The last 10 minutes I was coached by my masseuse what is considered a good tip, my hubs had the same experience. I should have updated my review months ago and have visited at least 2 times a month for the past 6mos. I always get the 1hr. If you are interested in a "happy ending" to miserable experience you may like this place. I entered the establishment with a sore back and requested a 90 minute massage. A technician which spoke poor English asked to be paid $80 in advance for the 90 minute massage. A few minutes into the massage all trappings of decorum had been removed. I was nude on the table with the woman climbing on the massage table with me. Forty minutes into the procedure she began asking if she could provide me with a "happy ending". I refused. She cut the massage short telling me she only wished to do one hour instead of the agreed to 90 minutes. She again tried to persuade me to engage in a "happy ending". When I refused she stormed out and return the extra payment for the time not spent on massage. She demanded a $20 tip. I refused. read more

Not only was the girl at the register trying to keep my card & tell me she didn't charge it when I clearly had the receipt in my hand, but when my gf gave a tip to the person whom helped her, she was upset and was demanding more tip. I have gotten a few massages here and they are excellent quality and very centrally located. The one thing i've noticed about most massage centers is that they really buck for tips, and after getting a nice relaxing service, you are made to feel like an ATM. I would go back here, but as with all massage places, hold on tight to your wallet, pay the regular fee and be thrifty with your gratuities. read more

Did not have a good experience at all. The lady at the front desk barely spoke any English and was rude. She never asked if it were my first time getting a massage or anything so I didn't know what to expect. Prior to even coming I had called in and asked if it were possible to get a neck rub. So once I went in and got my massage I didn't get my neck area rubbed out till 15-20 minutes into the massage. Once my massage was over and it came time to pay I paid the amount I owed and was getting ready to leave when she said "you leave no tip"? In a rude tone. I then said "No." Why would I tip you if I didn't have a good experience? I don't go around just handing out tips lady you have to earn one. All in all it was a terrible experience and the service was just as worse. Won't be coming back, very poor massage therapy. Massage person coming and going every time the entrance chime sounds. Get some help to answer the front door! I paid for an hour and with all the interruptions I was charged an hour, for half hour massage. First of I would like to say all the signs were there that this was going to be a horrible expierence but out of desperation I ignored them. I recently pulled my lower back out 2days prior to my visit. I attempted to explain the the front desk what had happened (she spoke little English) and she assured me a massage was the best thing to help me back. The massager however did not get briefed on my back til 15min into the massage the front office walked in on me naked. About 15 min after that the massager switched with the front desk lady I'm not sure of the reason. But the front desk continued to open and walk out of the door during the massage. I wasn't covered up for most of these. So here I am laying on a massage table naked waiting for her to come back. The weirdest part was I only got a massage on one side of the body the other side was generally ignored. Towards the end of this massage the lady started pulling on my arms and my legs after telling her it hurt very bad when she was doing that she continued and kept saying oh I think it's your back. Beware- New owner. I have been going to this spa since it opened and last night at my massage the owner and my therapist stopped me demanding that I leave a $20 tip. I always leave a $10 tip on a $50 service. They both raised their voice and handed me my visa receipt demanding that I change the tip to $20. I walked out and will never go back. I have been getting a foot massage here for about 2 years and it has always been great. I feel much better due to the increased blood circulation. This is place is on the UP & UP, nothing shady going on here. Just great massages. They don't speak much English, but their hands work wonders. This place was first recommended by a therapist at Kaiser, but I was still very leery the first time I went. I recommend it to anyone who has a foot sprain, flat feet or just wants a good massage. I went to Oasis Spa based on word of mouth referral. It was awesome! I had a foot massage, but the masseuse worked on my face, head, neck, shoulders, arms, hands, as well as my feet and calves! I can't wait to go back. The treatment really took away my chronic pain and I couldn't believe it, but my chronic bronchitis actually cleared up while I was there and my lungs felt good for once.
