I've been going to Bella Nails for a few years now, and I've followed Ryan ever since he moved from another location to this one. Ryan is incredibly talented--my gel full sets always look amazing, and the retention is better than anywhere else I've been in the area and AC area. He pays close attention to detail and makes sure every nail is perfect. The ladies who do the pedicures are fantastic as well--super thorough and friendly. The place is clean, and they have tons of gel colors to choose from. I'm honestly surprised by the lower rating because this place truly deserves more love. Both Ryan and Mimi are amazing at what they do, but I specifically see Mimi for my nail art -- and she absolutely kills it every time. Went in for a full set, Ryan was great did a fabulous job with my set. Customer service was overall very welcoming and friendly.

I've been here before and had a much better experience. I booked an appointment and was taken care of right away. The man working on my nails was going way too fast. I asked him for a snowman design and he said ok. He asked me twice if I wanted candy cane or snowflakes but I said snowman and pulled up a picture for him to see. He added bunny ears where my nails looked like more Halloween than Xmas. He also up charged me. I will not be returning. read more

I went in to get a gel pedicure with a toe nail repair. The lady who was doing my toe nail repair seemed like she didn't know how to work with acrylic. She made one of the toenails extremely thick / duck feet shaped and I asked her to please fix it. When she went to fix it she cut me with a nail bit. I pointed out that she was cutting me(I started bleeding) and then she removed her gloves and was touching the area that was cut with her bare hands. I asked her to put on gloves and she didn't. She kept working on the toe nail that needed to be bulked down and when she showed me it, it had a big chip on it so I asked her to fix it. She then added more acrylic making the nail even bulkier. So once again I asked her to please debulk it. At this point, she still didn't put on her gloves and kept scratching her head and touching the area that was bleeding. She kept using her ungloved nail as a barrier between the acrylic and my injured cuticle. Her nail was long, and as a fellow nail tech, I know how much germs a nail has. I was so disgusted and asked her two more times to put on gloves and told her it was against state board rules to not wear gloves (I'm a licensed nail tech and am very aware of the rules). She ignored me until her coworkers told her to put them on. Only until then, did she proceed to put alcohol on the cut and the magic touch to stop the bleeding. I then asked her if the nail bit she had cut me with was clean. She said yes, but later one of her coworkers used her nail drill and put the bit back in her box rather than separating it and putting in a dirty box to be cleaned later so this leads me to believe no one in the salon is properly sanitizing their implements as this is blatantly against state board procedures. Implements are supposed to be separated in a "dirty" labeled box after each use. My toe nail repair looked horrible- nails were wide and extremely bulky. I believe this nail tech does not have the skills to do acrylic but rather than tell me she couldn't provide that service, she just continued to do a poor job that resulted in me getting injured. I understand someone may not have the skills to execute a certain style or service, for this I wouldn't leave such a negative review. My negative review is stemming from the lack of hygiene. The lack of hygiene in that place is appalling and a risk to public health. I am praying I do not develop an infection on my toe. read more

I have been in there three times and consistently they have destroyed my nails, I went to have my eyebrows done today and she colored halfway up my forehead with dye.. Do not let this young woman touch your face. I am a licensed aesthetician. Everything she did was wrong and she ground black dye into my forehead, where the pores were open from a previous facial. Do not trust these people. I've had my nails done there. they're all different links. They are a mess they break within a week, please do not spend your money in that salon. I just spent $40 to have the most ridiculous thing I've ever had done with my eyebrows. I am not gonna be quiet. I am usually a calm quiet person, but I cannot allow another woman to come in and have her face fucked up. read more

They close at 5, me being from Miami not used to places closing early. Everywhere I went closing 5pm. So I called at 3:45 I was 15 minutes away and it was pouring rain, flooded roads, I was told yes come in, I said I'm 15 minutes away will you take me in at 4 or 4:10 you're closing at 5, they said yes come. I was skeptical cause all other places say "No too late, no time". I was hung up on. The week I went it 45 degrees and raining, again I'm from Miami I don't do cold. So off I went hoping that this place was honest about me coming. Well I got there because of the rain but it was 4:15, I said hi I was who called, the gentleman said oh you Miami I smiled said yes, he said ok come on. I said well being it's late I will just do pedicure. The gentleman said no you relax , we do pedicure and nails ok? I was like well if it's going to be rushed it's ok I will settle pedicure, he said no no rush and relax be happy. I was ok. Well I got the best pedicure & Massage and he sang the whole time, what a happy guy he is. I was happy just listening to him sing . Then a lady came to do my nails , I wasn't very impressed and her hand massage was practically non existent, but she polishes very well and was polite. Then she asked if I want a wax ? My face lit up like yes please, and just like that it was 5:45 and the gentleman did my pedicure said ok you happy and relax, and I agreed with him as he continued to sing, he said hope you come back and I said only if continue to sing happily! I went on 12/23 and was not happy with my manicure. I got acrylics and I think maybe the man doing my nails was new bc he didn't push my cuticles back, she when my manicure was done it looked about 2 weeks old bc it was so high up on my nail. I asked for stilleto shape and cut them way too skinny, it essentially looks like I am wearing child press on nails. To top it all off he cut me TWICE in the 50 minutes he spent on my nails. Disappinted. I would give zero if it was an option. Ive always come to this place but the quality of work has severely decreased. I asked for a manicure and gel dip,, I did not receive any manicure, didnt get my cuticles even pushed back before he was gluing the acrylics on in a rush. Being the first time I've gotten longer nails I wanted to keep them short but when I asked to get them shorter while he was trimming them he laughed and told me no. They turned out horribly crooked and even transparent in some spots. I feel like I could have done a better job if given the supplies needed in my own home. Sadly this place is NOT for manicures. Occasionally you'll get a good tech for a pedicure but overall you're better off doing it at home. read more

The person didn't bother to clean the extra gel polish on edges. It stuck to my skin. They seem like they are in a rush to send you out. Not very friendly. I'll try the other nail salon nearby next time. And she barely massage my hands and she wiped the dirty towel on my hands after she used to take the previous gel on my nails and cuticle. I undesrtand maybe she tries to save towel. My experience her is just ok. Would I comeback? Probably not. Cost of the mani gel $35+5=$40 read more

1 star is too nice of a review for how terrible my nails look and how rude the people who worked there were to myself and the other customers. I just walked out of the nail salon and my GEL manicure is already lifting... super rude male manicurist who I had to ask repeatedly to fill in the nail correctly. So many better places in Napa. You will just waste money here. Just because you speak a different language doesn't mean that you're being subtle when speaking rudely about the clients right in front of you!!!!!!! read more
