So thrilled i found this place. I went to a another place but they were to busy to i stumbled upon this nail shop on yelp. Glad i did because they got me in and out. I only needed a fill and Karen took care of me. She was fast efficient and did a really great job. Probably one of the best people who have done my nails especially coming for SoCal i'm used to really good nails. Thanks Karen for being so fast and paying great attention to detail. Ran a quick goog phone search to find a nail salon that I could swing by after work this week and up popped Top Ten Nails. Verified on Yelp that at least someone loves it and made an appointment. Come to find this place is ghetto. The chairs are broken, the jets in the foot pool area thing barely work. Dude dropped his tools on the floor, picked them back up and kept on working on my feet. Let's hope the floor was a hell of a lot cleaner than it looked. The massage was extra super meh and in the end my toes looks just ok. And honestly I'm crediting that to the awesome color I chose, not the handiwork of Top Ten Nails. If all you want is cheap, then this is the place. $20 for a pedicure is as cheap as I've found in Sonoma/Napa so far. Otherwise, keep on looking. read more

No idea why this place has a 5.0 rating. Came in for mani pedi and eyebrow wax after seeing prices of $13 and $10 online. Started with the eyebrow wax and I felt like she was taking a long time on one eyebrow. After checking it in the mirror I saw that she had indeed taken off too much and was going to take more off. My eyebrows take a long time to grow back in to where I can shape them and I was annoyed since I had only asked for a cleanup. Tip for the future you get what you pay for. Cheap price = cheap work. I told them no for the pedicure but my nails desperately needed some attention. When he charges me he says $30 apparently each was $15 so I refused and even showed him the prices online. He made it seem like it was my fault for not checking the prices and claimed those online are from 3 years ago, not my fault! I was accommodated for it however will never come here again. Just so you can see for yourself I'll post pictures of my eyebrows. You can see one is rounded out and took off the end and the other is more of a block shape. Horrible! read more

I had been coming here for years. Had an appointment for gel nails. Kevin was working with me and Karin was with another lady doing a pedicure, when she was done with the lady she went into the back room and never came out!! The lady was going to get her nails done also. Karin would not come out of the back room to finish the ladies nails. Kevin stopped doing my nails which he was half way done and went to finish the other lady and said "you wait" I got up and left and will not return. This is no way to do business. read more

I had my own nail salon in Aptos for over 8 years. Then I moved to Napa, tried many nail salons before walking into Top Ten Nails. I have been going to them for many years and never found it necessary to go anywhere else except when my daughter treated me for a pedicure when I was visiting her in Washington state. Both Kevin and Karen are the very best at everything they do. They are like family to me, always caring and they do excellent pedicures and fills always. Their prices are quite reasonable. I have even treated my friends on occasion. Having had my own salon, cleanliness is absolute to me. Their place of business is very clean always. read more

this is my first time getting acrylics and I'm amazed by their service. when I got there, there was going one person in front of me but she was halfway done when the lady tech got to me, she took her time do my nails and the place doesn't smell as strong as other places I've passed by. a lot of places in Napa are pretty expensive and they don't do a great job and I'm satisfied that my nails were only 30 dollars. beyond amazed and will be coming back :) read more

Walked in this morning with no appointment for a pedi and color only. They were very accommodating and reasonable. Because they had clients with appointments coming in soon the lady stood by my pedi chair and filed and colored my fingernails while the gentleman did the pedi. Very nice job by them both. read more

Karen and Kevin are awesome! They have the best quality nails in napa! Every othe place i have gone to my mails either break off or have bubbles. At top ten they make sure to take their time with every person! The nice thing is they even take the time to remember your name and talk to you. Only down side is sometimes its hard to get in since it's just the two of them, so make sure to call and make an appointment ahead of time! read more

I LOVE Top Ten! I've been going there for years and years. When I make an appointment it's for a reason. My appointment has never been pushed back so that they could fit in a walk in (which A LOT of nail spa's do). The day before my wedding, my entire (female) wedding party came to them for mani's and pedi's. Kevin & Karen are awesome. Karen, especially for facial waxing is also very good! read more

This was my first time here. I called about ten minutes to 1000 am and there was an opening. Kevin was really nice and gentle with my feet. Sometimes other places are rough and massage too harshly. Ok...I hope Karen doesn't kill me for this, but she is amazing if you have an ingrown toe nail! I get them all the time and have even had them cut out by a doctor (very painfull...2 shots and it still was torture!) She told me "just suck it up" . I did and she can get rid of it! I almost think it hurt her more than me!!! She is the sweetist person! If you want to save a ton of money at the doctors and a lot less pain, then let Karen cut it out! Plus you get a great massage, leg rub and beautiful painted toes to boot, for $20.00! I will NEVER go anywhere else!!!! read more

I have been going to Top Ten Nails for years, with a few absences due to temporary moves. Kevin and Karen are professional and do by far the best job of any salon I have every been in. I always make an appointment and I have never had to wait. So many other salons are afraid to turn away a customer, so they take walk-ins that then delay your appointment. If Karen and Kevin do not have time to take a walk-in they tell them so that they can keep on schedule. I never feel rushed and the pedicures are very relaxing. If you want quality and consistently good service for a more than fair price, choose Top Ten Nails. read more

I've been going here off and on for a few years. I always have Karen do my nails and she does a great job of remembering exactly how i like my nails. I wish they would do colored acrylic powder like a lot of salons do now a days because if they did I would go back. Now i drive about an hour away to a friend's nail shop that does colored acrylic powder... maybe I will return but I have no complaints on their services. read more
