Today was the first time where I've ever said "ouch", and I wax frequently and often. I literally said "ouch" out loud several times, and my wax specialist never acknowledged my pain or apologized, just kept yanking! She also never gave me a heads up before she was going to pull the strip, which other specialists always do. She really did not seem to want to be there, and was extremely dismissive. I've made note of her name, and will not return to her as a waxer. Again, I usually have a great experience, with waxers, such as Hailie, but the negative experience I had today weighs my overall rating to a 3.

The massage started at my feet and worked all the way up to my scalp, which I found to be an unusual sequence. I've had many massages over the years, and I've never experienced one done in that order, so it felt a bit odd. The pressure remained too light throughout, and I kept hoping it would improve, but it never did. I paid for a 90-minute session and, honestly, I was ready to leave after the first 20 minutes. To top it off, at the end of the massage I was handed a dry towel to wipe the massage oil off myself, which felt unusual and took away from what should have been a relaxing experience. The spa itself is beautiful, and the receptionist was warm and welcoming, which made for a great first impression. I just wish the massage had matched the quality of the rest of the experience.

They informed me that they would charge her card anyway so I went there so my friend would not get charged. They charged $35 for me to put my foot in a bucket of water for 15 minutes. I am not happy with this place nor the policy and I will never be back here. I asked a worker is this all the service she said yes I put my foot in the water for 6 minutes and left. This is a reply to the answer that they wrote on me, I was not late. They asked me to come in 15 minutes early so I could check out with my other friends who had the nerve to stay there. In less than an hour, she not only removed the lashes that were barely hanging on, but filled them in, making them look feminine and elegant, just as I was hoping for. On top of everything her price was fair. Lesson learned: A low price DOES NOT always equal a good deal.
