I came here before a wedding last week and was SO blown away. Its clean, the girls are nice. they did an OUTSTANDING job!!! I got a pedicure and acrylics with gel and they both look beautiful!!! I have never 100% loved my nails when I get them done but this time I was! I also got my eyebrows waxed and she did great! I will definitely be coming back!!!! Trust me and come here!!!! My only compliant is a gf also got her nails done and wanted French tips painted on her nails and they did gel when she just wanted regular nail polish. she didn't know she had to ask ahead of time so that was a sticker shock for her! this place is a little more expensive but it it SOOO worth it!!! read more

Review is for 1 regular pedicure, which will likely be my last here. I went on a Friday evening. I called in the afternoon to see if they had any openings, they gave me a time to come in last minute which I appreciate. I asked what are the pedicure options, was told there are 2 but that I could just have the "basic". So I couldn't even choose what I wanted. The lady nail tech was very friendly, upbeat and nice. However: - Nail shape was good overall except one nail was shaped so sharply like a triangle - Paint job was somewhat uneven I had to go in with my own top coat at home to make it look better. - 1 big toe nail was painted so thickly that after 2+ hours of drying it smudged. Bathroom cleanliness made me wonder how clean they are with everything else. It was clean enough but did seem like it was a little neglected. Lesson I learned: if salon makes you feel uneasy in some way, even just a little, it's ok to cancel and leave! Unfortunately I was pretty disappointed. If I can do a better job with my nails at home, and if I have to go in and fix the nail tech's work, it's a big no for me! read more

What a gem! Finally! I have been to multiple salons in Napa over the last five years and Ann and NVN is the absolute best by a wide margin. I went to Napa Valley Nails twice the first time I had SIng who was excellent and gave me a wonderful manicure and pedicure. Last week I went back and I had a woman name Anna I don't know if there are more than one Anna's in this shop. Anna first of all wanted to push gel nails on me and I said no then her manicure and pedicure was awful she worked so fast to get me in and out like I was on a assembly line! She also worked so fast that she cut my finger and did an awful job on doing my cuticles. I would only go back for Sing who is really nice and does a really great job I would never go back for Anna who is very pushy and wants to make a quick buck for awful work. read more

First time here today and have to say it was a good experience! I walked in around 11am with no apportionment and was immediately seated. Their color selection is a bit meh-not great, but still does the trick. Definitely not a huge wall of colors to choose from. Mainly OPI selections, with some random options on the side. I got a basic pedicure today. The lady seemed to be very quick through the trimming and cuticle phase. But, she did do a good job. The massage was heaven-she spent a good couple minutes on each leg. I don't know about you, but the massage is my favorite part of the pedi. The chairs have the massager in them which was also nice. They have 8 pedicure chairs and 7 nails chairs. This seemed to be the best time to come in, as they had enough employees to do the 5 of us who were there for mani/pedi without a wait! Overall, a good pedicure experience! NV nails follows great Covid precautions, they have every other seat/station closed off, and have plexiglass for both manicure and pedicure stations! It was not crowded at all. The atmosphere was very quiet and relaxing with nice piano music playing; I caught other customers snoozing in relaxation. My nail technician did a beautiful job. I suffer from chronic ingrown toenails on my big toes so I'm always a little afraid of the pedicure, but she did a great job cutting/taking care of my ingrown toenails, and it wasn't painful at all. I also have hangnails on my fingernails and she took care of them well--and she didn't make me bleed! That's a first! I had a great experience and will be returning! read more

Our first time here was AMAZING!!!!!! The staff was super nice and the salon was SO beautiful! I had a mani/Pedi with eyebrow waxing. I came in today for removal of a dip gel set. I explained more than once I didn't just want them ripped off. The man cut my nails shorter without asking- I wanted to maintain the length of my natural nails. Then he proceeded to try to rip them off using a nail tip despite my request to have them soaked off. I repeated again I did not want them ripped off and he told me "I don't hurt you". Listen buddy this isn't my first rodeo- if I wanted them ripped off and my nail Beds destroyed I would have shoved a fake nail between them myself. Me and my mom came here for our pedicures and a mani. We were given great service. When we walked in they told us exactly that they'd be ready for us in 40 minutes ( since we didn't make an appointment ) and when we came back they attended us right away. The workers were very friendly and it felt comfortable and casual. The actual nails and massages were amazing. My daughter and I came in for gel manicures with an appointment and stayed for an impromptu pedicure for my daughter that they easily accommodated even though they were busy. The salon was very clean and the staff was all very friendly. At one point I asked if she could please be more gentle. My finger nails are crooked and the gel is already separating from the edge of my nails..since she painted right onto my cuticles. We didn't sit next to each other and three of us were done before the last one was even started. We were very disappointed.
