The woman who did my pedicure was nice, but it's a terrible feeling when one pays $45 for what I experienced today. Just barely made 30 minutes in total. I could have went to Napa to my regular girl of three years who gives a true therapeutic pedicure lasting 60-65 minutes every time for $30 and I give her a $15 tip. I did not want to make the drive to Napa today, oh do I wish I did. Lesson learned. read more

I revised my earlier review as after my first appointment, it has been impossible to get a follow up or even a call back after leaving a couple VM's. Book ahead of time as it's difficult to get an appointment. Interesting because they do take walk-ins, even if they've told you they have no openings. Or drive to Napa and save $15. Pedicure & manicures are typical here. You'll need to be able to ask for what you want in order to feel pleased. read more

Call ahead, but fast, easy, and reasonably priced nail services. Clean. Sometimes options run out, so be prepared if you are mixing options like gel & regular nail colors. I ended up with blue toes and rust fingernails. Have been there several times and prefer owners to other staff since the nails seem to last longer and look better. Love this local place. read more

We absolutely love Design 4 Nails Salon, Impeccable service, attentive and detailed. I had a pinky toe mail that was pretty damaged from a Le Creuset cast iron pot, I didn't think it was ever going to be normal again, after several pedicures my toe nail is back to normal and looks like nothing ever happened. The massage chairs give a nice massage while you're getting your nails done. I would give this a minus if I could. This nail salon came highly recommended from my neighbors on Nextdoor. The women who did my pedicure was done in about 20 minutes. As she was putting on the polish and I was watching the woman next to me get her feet massaged, I pointed out that I did not get any kind of a massage. She said she does massage after the polish. This was a lie and the massage I finally got was so short that she should not have even done it. Meanwhile the woman next to me was still getting a thorough massage. How insulting to get such uneven treatment. My nails are uneven and the polish does not go all the way down. It was only $35 but I will never go back no matter how convenient. read more

I went to design 4 nails because it's in town and I have had decent experiences with them before. That being said, I would highly recommend that anyone looking to go here look at other places. While the staff and setting is decent, their work is severely subpar. I went in to get a full set of dip powder nails which turned out to be completely bumpy (at the cuticle and tips, leaving a huge divot in the middle, discolored (from not completing all steps) and wider than they should've been at the tips. While getting them done, the staff was completely confused, and used the top coat to bond the powder to the nail instead of the correct lacquer, and were frequently told what to do by the manager. I thought they would start again, but no. They also kept saying how bumpy the nails were, and again didn't fix them. I went back the next day to get them fixed and was treated pretty poorly. Not only were the women more than 30 minutes late, from the time on their website and on their messaging system, but they were less than happy to fix my nails. Three days after that my nails started to break, the first nail I paid for, and again was treated like a hassle. Now, after three nails being broken in less than a week I am appalled and would not recommend this place. I came here last week for a pedicure, I had reservations about how quickly they "washed" the tub, they were running 20min behind my appointment time, and needed a quick turnover. Unfortunately it does not look like they clean well enough. I have a plantar wart now on my foot and I'm positive i haven't been barefoot anywhere else to pick it up. This is now going to be timely and expensive to get rid of the virus on my foot. I do not recommend coming here. read more

Loved loved my spa pedi and mani. Forgot to get name of lady who attended to me but they all seemed wonderful. Best massages but the painted toes first so didn't get nice toe massage. They messed up on my gel pedicure twice. They had to remove the gel and repaint it - by the end my nails were in pain because of all the removing of polish and harsh cutting of my already short nails. I got my nails done yesterday and my gel polish on my nails is already coming off. I can't believe I paid 90$ for this. This place is such a rip off. There are a lot of other nail salons that are nicer and do a better job and are even cheaper. I will never be coming back here - well maybe if they want to fix the bad job they did on my nails.
