In recent months there's been a fairly strong sewage smell. The last two times I've booked a fill and pedicure, I've left fairly unhappy. When I sat in the pedicure chair, the gentleman came up and immediately started on my hands. It was one of the least relaxing experiences being pulled and tugged in different directions, especially for someone with a bad back. I had to stop and ask both to please shorten the nails on both my hands and feet. When my pedicure was done I was covered in dust from the man filing my hands, and instead of letting me brush it off the women took the soaking wet rag from my pedicure and wiped me off, leaving me went and cold for the rest of my fill. As a full time working mom, this is supposed to be a treat but the whole time I'm there I feel rushed and less than relaxing. When I left the gel on my hands wasn't even fully dry yet so my pinky nail is bumpy and I ended up going home to finish it after spending $135..... read more

I feel done so dirty by this nail salon - but I think they only give out good service and nails to regular customers. It's a small shop but I did not find it particularly clean. There was dust (real dust and nail dust) everywhere. The tools did not look sanitized and the equipment did not look clean. They are very friendly and nice, but even the nails were terrible. My French tip doesn't even connect to the edges and the edges aren't even at all? What professional lets someone walk out of their chair like this? It's obvious to me that they were not very experienced or knowledgeable about application. I will be getting my nails removed and fixed by my regular salon. Be aware. They upsell their services without telling you, and then act surprised when you are surprised. I walked out paying a little more than double what was expected. Went for a Gel Manicure it was literally a color change with cream on my hands the worst ever will not be going back.

I just had a 'dry' manicure for the First time in my life. No water soak, drop of oil or hand lotion. The whole thing was done dry. Consequence my hands felt like they were going to crack apart and my cuticles are a mess. I had to ask for lotion on the way out. Nails are ok but look around them. Won't come back. Also toe nails cut without soaking and feet in water for approx 1 minute! I can't believe it. 1. This establishment uses metal foot files which are illegal in the state of California, and can cause major injuries to skin and cause infections. 2. Improper clipping of toenails (too short) resulting in tender skin and exposing the underneath nail bed. 3. Pushy nail techs who insisted on a shoulder / back massage. 4. Painful leg and foot "massage" where I actually had to ask him to stop because he was hurting me. He was using his fingertips almost like scratching up and down my calves and shins, I actually had red marks from his nails, thank God he was wearing gloves. Then usinghis knuckles over my ankle bones and bottom of my feet. 5. Extremely pushy and rude front desk/cashier/manager whoever she was. She first reprimanded and complained about us not bringing cash to our appointment, and also berated us for not accepting the offer of the shoulder massage. Asking us why we said no, and repeating that it is included in the service so we should have agreed to it. We paid $70 each for a pedicure just to leave feeling like we just got in trouble for being a customer. My friend and I felt very uncomfortable being spoken to like this and definitely will never go back. read more

it was my first time here and i walk in, i said if i can comeback for an hour or so because i would like to have lunch first, nhi the owner agreed and says i can comeback and it seems like they are busy at that time so it works for both of us. Her foot massage feels like the type of therapeutic reflexology that leaves you feeling relaxed and energized, and it goes on for quite some time. My first experience here was amazing! Would definitely return if I visit the area again in the future. My boyfriend and I called about 25 minutes before to make an appointment and they fit us in for pedicures with no issues. We showed up and were immediately taken care of. The pedicure itself was nice, there were many options to choose from but the lady advised a particular one that turned out to be the best option. It was an enjoyable and relaxing experience. Walk ins are not welcome. My friend stopped in on a Monday afternoon, no one was in the shop. She asked if she could get a pedicure & was told yes. As she sat down as directed, a woman comes from the back and say they can't do her pedicure. She leaves, finds us shopping downtown. We thought that maybe they had appointments coming in. Unfortunately when we walked by the shop a 1/2 later there was still no one in there?
