Today I got my first wax with, Phuong! I was so worried about the pain and decided to come early to have time to warm myself up. Since I came early, Phuong was able to do my wax a bit earlier than my appointment. Her space was clean and inviting. Phuong's energy and demeanor was kind, warm, and assuring as soon as I came in. During the wax, I was so anxious (again, about the pain!!) but Phuong assured me that it would not be that bad. My wax lady closed so I jumped on Yelp and VOILA... Phuong soooo lives up to her reviews! I sent Phuong a quote request through Yelp and she was extremely responsive.
