I got a regular gel manicure and arrived with clean, nearly trimmed, well-maintained nails, as I don't regularly get my nails done. During the manicure, the nail tech used a drill bit extensively around my cuticles, which I felt was completely unnecessary given the condition of my nails. After I left, I noticed several of my fingers feeling sore. As the polish has grown out, I can now clearly see damage to the bottom of my nail beds with the "ring of fire" caused by over-filing. I am extremely upset and frustrated that I will now have to wait for my nails to grow out and recover for the next 4-6 months. I would strongly encourage anyone considering an appointment here to be aware of this experience.
