I made an appointment for my most recent visit and I was greeted and welcomed to sit in the pedicure chair that is also a massage chair. She made sure the temperature of the water was to my liking and that I was comfortable. I asked for some water and she brought me a bottled water. I sat and talked to a friend in the chair next to me while I received my pedicure. The service was exceptional and I left relaxed and my feet were happy and looked great. Two hours and $125 later I went in for an acrylic fill and a pedicure. Pedicure was mediocre. I wouldn't recommend this place it takes way too long and they don't put any attention to details like beautiful color, cuticle or anything else. I am very upset that it took so long and expensive The nails look awful. I could've done a better job myself. When I complained, they said that these things take time, and that next time I shouldn't be so rushed and then proceeded to add a bunch of oil on my cuticles to hide them. read more

I came here a few months ago to get a gel fill on my French and she did a super bad job. Instead of redoing the acrylic, she tried to paint over it and you could see the old work underneath. I went to get it fixed in Calistoga where they were also very confused as to what happened & said the work was not good. I decided to give this place another try after a few months and got a French manicure, which she did super uneven, made me bleed and painted over a hair which is now in my nail. Instead of doing a pedicure I just did a paint change. They charged me 135 for a gel manicure and a paint change on my toes. Unheard of read more

I recently moved back to Angwin after being away for over 20 years and after completing the move my nails were gnarly...desperately needed a mani, pedi & fill! Don't recommend. I could've dealt with an uneven ugly French tip. But all of my nails being crooked is just terrible. I went in for a new dip powder and the lady didn't even remove the previous dip she just thinned it out.. green paint all over my hands. Went to get a mani pedi with a friend they rushed me the whole time and took their time with her‍....the woman who did my nails was drill happy and pretty rough she literally cut me a few times. Loved this new nail place! Very cute atmosphere, the staff was very attentive and all very nice! They have me a complementary mask as I left. I went to get my nails done because I was in Saint Helena for work and I broke, a nail I'm always nervous to go somewhere new! They are understaffed and overbooked. I had an 11:00 appointment for a mani/pedi and so did 4 other people with 2 people working. they would start something with me and then hop to another person. Someone came in 1/2 hour later than I did and complained that she had to pick up her kids in an hour so they devoted their time to her while the rest of us just waited. I was there for over 2 hours but the kicker is that they only spent about 20 minutes in total with me. My pedi was fine but manicure was substandard. read more

I'm honestly so disappointed because I had heard so many good things about this salon, so I decided to give it a try. I am so glad I ended up leaving before they started any of the services. The lady at the front was so rude and was rolling her eyes when I was asking about prices and trying to clarify them. I also waited over half an hour for either pedi or mani to start when I walked in with an appointment I had made a week ago. I also noticed that they sat me where someone previously sat before. The chair including the pedicure sink weren't sanitized before me; all they did was place a plastic liner on the sink without sanitizing the water jet. Blush is a very pretty salon and the ladies are very sweet. I was disappointed in the pedicure. I expect my feet to be softer after a pedicure. Blush did not deliver. When I asked if they would work on the callouses, they said it was illegal. It is illegal in CA to use the razor to cut callouses. All the pedicures I have had still use some sort of pumice, callous remover exfoliant or other type of sanding stick to remove the hard skin on heels and the ball of the foot. They did not. Minimal massage and the warm towel was a lukewarm wash cloth that was used to wipe my legs and feet. The cost was $40 plus tip. Way too expensive for the quality of services I received. So ,this is my second time at this nail salon and each time I have been put back in the queue per se because I just want a pedicure I have never been to a nail salon where it's taken 2 1/2 hours to have a pedicure and each time the polish has not even covered all of my toes and it's way overpriced and nobody's even nice The girls are not even feeling nice because they're over booked and understaffed and you can feel it when you go in there and the vibe is not good.
