She appeared friendly and sweet, using numerous emojis, which seemed to mask her insincere attitude and unprofessional work. After a week of communication, we finally arranged for me to receive services. However, during that time, she never mentioned anything about a down payment, instead insisting that I bring cash. This raised my suspicions about her request for cash payment upfront. Initially, I found it rude, but I should have trusted my instincts, which have always proven correct. When I arrived for my eyebrow appointment, I felt uneasy about proceeding due to Vivian's impatience. She seemed to have an attitude, making it feel like a do-or-die situation, which was uncomfortable for me, especially given my previous negative experiences. To make matters worse, she appeared unfriendly, lacking a smile, and had a serious demeanor with a heavy accent that contrasted sharply with the person I had been communicating with. It felt as though she was disinterested in being there, and she ignored me upon my arrival, despite having an appointment. Her behavior made me feel uncomfortable enough to question my trust in her ability to work on my brows. Despite my discomfort and my explanation of why I couldn't trust her, she insisted that I pay her, even though no services had been rendered, no contract was signed, and there was no discussion of pricing, which had been settled during our phone conversations over the past week and a half. Her insistence on payment, despite the lack of services, was highly unprofessional. As I left, she glared at me the entire time, which only added to my discomfort. As she left, she glared at me the whole time, holding her phone as if she were recording me. She kept giving me side glances and looked at me as if I had done something wrong. Her expression was the same as when I first entered the establishment. Always trust your instincts. I must warn you, do not seek any services here. My friends cautioned me, but I ignored their advice and had to experience it for myself. There is no way I would trust someone like this to work on my nails or eyebrows. It's a significant matter, and the individual was very unprofessional, making me feel uncomfortable right from the start.

I really wish I had gotten her name. She was extremely rough with my nails, and my nail beds were burning from how aggressively she was filing them. Throughout the appointment, she was taking phone calls and talking across the salon to other people while working on my nails. And she was talking so kindly to them in the switch up when she would talk to me was insane. It made the experience feel very unprofessional. She also seemed irritated that I wasn't paying with cash. When I told her I was using a card, she rolled her eyes. I didn't realize she expected me to use my physical card, since most businesses now accept Apple Pay, she sighed heavily in annoyance. I accidentally signed in the wrong place, and instead of politely pointing it out, she spoke to me in a very condescending and aggressive tone, like I was a child. Considering how I had been treated, I chose not to leave a tip. The service cost $10, took about 10 minutes, and the overall experience was unpleasant. That seemed to make her even more upset. She hesitated before handing my card back and looked genuinely shocked that I hadn't tipped. I have never been treated so poorly at any business, especially at a nail salon.
