I was offered a water and asked by someone else if I was helped, just to make sure. This is a high end salon! And I just want to say something because I was shocked by some of the reviews here: Tell the stylist what you would like to get, be detailed, ask what the price would be BEFORE THEY START. It keeps communication clear and hair stylist have to juggle a lot of things besides pricing. They have to give you the perfect cut, can't talk too little or too much, engage in active listening while using precision. If I was worried about pricing- I would make that clear when I sat down. In my case I was willing to pay whatever for what I wanted so I didn't have to. Just keep it real and stop blaming businesses for your lack of communication. Just a thought!
