Linda saved my lashes! I've been to Linda before after buying a deal on Groupon. I already knew that she did an amazing job, but being the bargain hunter that I am, the next time I decided to get my lashes done, I went for a deal at a spa in Sonoma. 2 1/2 hours later, my lashes still looked pretty bare. Desperate to get my time and money's worth, I texted Linda a picture of my lashes and asked her if she would be able to fill them for me. She was professional and kind and she got me in within a couple of days. In less than an hour, she not only removed the lashes that were barely hanging on, but filled them in, making them look feminine and elegant, just as I was hoping for. This rating is regarding the customer service I received and not the actual services offered as I never made it in the door. I called Linda around 3 weeks ago to set up an appointment for eyelash extensions prior to my vacation to Bali. She scheduled me for a specific date and time, reviewed the instructions for prepping my lashes, and sent a copy of the instructions via text. Today when I texted Linda about picking up the lash wash before my appointment I was first informed I had no appointment, secondly informed I was booked for a facial (which I did not book), and thirdly informed that I was in her system but did not actually have an appointment scheduled. I asked if she had any other availability as I leave in 48 hours for vacation, to which she sent me 5 texts within a few seconds telling me to come within 30 min and demanding to tell her immediately if I was as she was headed out of town. The interaction was extremely rude and made me feel very uncomfortable about having someone rush through extensions on my lashes because they forgot to put my appointment in their system and needed to get out of town asap. I am now left without lash extensions 2 days before my 3 week long vacation which I am not happy about. I will not be giving my business to Weekend B in the future, which is unfortunate as I had high hopes based off the other Yelp reviews. read more

So I love Linda's Little shop! She is very nice and educates you on the best way to take care of lashes. I was surprised during my first appointment when she was very stern about no talking when we get to putting on lashes, but she just wants to be very careful with minimal movements from you ensure beautiful and safe lash application. When you're not mid lashes she's very hospitable. Also don't be concerned she didn't answer your phone call she's very good at getting back to mostly through text in my experience. I love the time and effort Linda puts into my lashes every time. I have received big fluffy eyelashes for my gfs wedding and every day natural eye lashes both styles look gorgeous. Had a wonderful Microderm facial and extractions done yesterday with Linda. I most def will be going back again. She has the most adorable studio and it's so cute. She's professional and has you fill out disclosure forms as you should and makes sure you're well aware before going forward with the service. I'm almost 8 months pregnant and it was one of the most relaxing times I've had in a while. My skin looks great and she recommended some awesome products without being pushy. Linda is wonderful. She is always prepared and I love to look in my car mirror to 'see' how well the facial/microdermabrasion worked Always an A+!!! She was meant to be in this business! I'd like to address the negative reviews I just read. Very shocking and obviously written in frustration and anger. Linda is very CLEAR about her policy regarding being on time. I recommend allowing fifteen minutes of additional time to secure parking and a possible walk to her building. It would be a great shame if you cannot be seen due to lack of punctuality. I'm from out of town and have been getting my lashes done for several months. When I moved to California, I'd hoped to find someone who does quality lash extensions. I'm picky and my lash stylist in Ohio set a pretty high bar. I am SO happy to have found Linda & Weekend B. Her studio is darling and clean. She infuses her towels with lemongrass so not only do they feel good on your skin during your facial, but they smell good, as well! She applies each lash individually and educates you on how to care for them properly. Her prices are very reasonable, she offers facial of the month promos, and her treatment table is super comfortable. I thought I had an appointment with Linda this morning, walked in and another lady was filling out her paperwork. Linda said, "who are you? you don't have an appointment, ______does". No, "oh, dear" or anything. She asked my name and said she had no one by my name in her system. Then there was 10 minutes of her being combative about everything, did I call, book online, get a confirmation, and I calmly told her I bought a Groupon, tried to book online, but ended up calling her on a Monday, etc. I asked if we could just go forward and book a future appointment, but she just kept calling me out and saying she didn't know me. It was completely bazaar and all in front of a registering customer. She said she had 1,000's of appointments and NEVER had a mistake. Well, long story short, I just feel I want someone compassionate and calm to touch me, so I called Groupon and easily got a refund. Don't be late is my only advice. I called on my way, informed her that I was running late and will be 5-10mins late. When I got there, I had to drive around twice because I didn't see it right away and had to find parking. I was 15mins late and as soon as I enter the facility, before going up the stairs I hear her saying "Did you get my text?" Twice. No hi nor hello. Going up the stairs I thought she was talking to someone else but as I got to the top she asked me the question once again with a face and a tone that was so rude. She said I was more than 10mins late already and that she will no longer accommodate me. I was stunned and couldn't speak for a minute because of how rude I was welcomed. told her would've been nice if she called since I left her a voicemail and her reply to me was, "I was with a client, I do not call." Right, but she was able to text? Then she shoots at me again, "you're the one that was late!" I know it was my fault for being late but I think this should've been handled in a nicer and better way. Weekend B was recommended to me by a friend, sent Linda a message via YELP asking how long her wait was to get in to see her for eyelash extensions. I was thrilled that she replied very quickly offering me an appt. for the following day!! My eyelashes are so beautiful, soft and realistic. Her office is so warm and inviting and most importantly so is Linda!! She is extremely kind and my lashes were done in what felt like no time at all! She was so gentle I fell asleep!! I would give no stars if that was an option. My review is not based on the services as I was not able to get my services but on the actual interaction. She was extremely rude and unprofessional and would never go back even if my services were free. When I walked in the shop, the first thing I heard were curse words coming out of her mouth as she was talking to another customer and did not even have the courtesy of greeting me knowing it was my first time going to her. She then proceed to ask me irrelevant questions and then had me undressed so that I could have my facial, to then yell at me from across the room to tell me my groupon was expired. I truly had not realize it was the case and even though that was my mistake, I still expect a certain respect, especially from someone that I could have easily continue to go for services and paying out of pocket. What a difference from hardly any lashes to fantastic lashes. Not too much, not too little, perfect. The scheduling system is great as you get email and text reminders..no mistakes in scheduling. When you visit a business like this the esthetician is usually in a service so cannot answer the phone all the time as the relaxation would be interrupted. So this online booking system is great! I went to see Linda a couple of months ago after buying her groupon for lash extensions. I've been to 3 places for this service so far, and Linda is by far the best. I'd never gotten lash extensions before going to see her and she explained the process. Her location is easy to get to, parking was easy too. The best part, She likes it quiet, like no talking, which is what I prefer. I like to zone out. She worked on one eye and gave me a stretching break before working on my other eye. I was pregnant at the time so I was lying twisted to my side, stretching appreciated. :) I wanted dramatic lashes and she complied, fitting me for (size) 14, she explained 15 was the longest. Overall it was a very comfortable experience. I didn't get fill-ins and her initial full set application left my lashes looking long and full for a good 6 weeks before it started to thin. They never irritated my eyes, and I can see as my lashes slowly fell out that she glued the extensions in so well it looked seamless. Thanks for my lashes! read more
