I have gotten my eyebrows threaded every 2-3 weeks for almost a year now because my hair grows exceptionally fast. Every place I've gone to so far has been gentle, but still aggressive to a point that it doesn't hurt too bad, and given me what I wanted. I couldn't say the same for this place. The lady who did my eyebrows and upper lip was so aggressive I left the place crying and bloody (which normally doesn't happen because I have a high pain tolerance). I asked for a clean up around my already perfectly shaped brows and she ended up thinning them out. It felt like she was rushing through it to get me over with. Moving my face burned after I left. Finally, the vibe wasn't very welcoming. They were giving me nasty looks when I walked in. I would not recommend this place to anyone who wants to get their threading done in a manner that doesn't leave their face burning and executes their costumers requests. read more

I Love the Eyebrow Hub in Napa, and Vallejo. I live in Napa so I go there mostly but I have been to the one in Vallejo as well. Both in Napa and Vallejo the business is clean and modern and smells and looks very fresh. Most importantly I love going there and wouldn't dare risking someone else to do my lashes or brows. I've been getting my eyebrows done here for years, now I get lashes as well and I LOVE THEM, they last long, lightweight and they don't bother me at all. I've had them done a long time ago somewhere else but didn't like that they felt heavy and ichy, so I tried it at the Eyebrow Hub. I'm so thankful for Rupie! Since I've been busy this past week, I wasn't able to keep up with my eyebrow grooming. After work, I decided to stop by to have my eyebrows threaded for the very first time ever. There was a short wait when I arrived, since there was only one woman threading at the time. My threading experience wasn't painful at all. In fact, it felt like more like a massage than having my hair pulled out. The lady that threaded my eyebrows was very friendly. I was actually surprised how fast she did my eyebrows! Although she did a quick job, my eyebrows looked amazing afterward. I'll definitely come back to have my eyebrows threaded here, especially if my hairs don't grow back as fast in comparison to plucking my eyebrows. Never coming back. I walk in to silence and I am the one having to greet the woman at the desk and on her phone. She seems really pissed off that I have thick eyebrows and is mad and reprimanding me for letting them grow out. I flinch a couple of times to the pain and she is talking to me like a child and telling me to not move. No chit chat just super rude. She didn't even clean up between my eyebrows either. I usually stick to waxing for the brows, but this establishment is close to my new home. My 17 year old daughter came here a few days ago and gave it her approval after Ulta turned her away for being under 18 (she has been going to Ulta for years without issue, but I respect policy). She said threading hurts more, I agree. My brows look decent, especially for 12 dollars. The business is clean. My 15 year old also like her brows. Nice lady but I expected more for the price. She didn't trim or brush anything before threading. When she finished, she just wiped me with a dry cotton swab and sent me on my way. Also, eyebrows are supposed to look like sisters but mine turned out to be cousins. read more

My first time here today and I let her know I was going on a trip and I am VERY picky about my brows and they needed to match, I'm in a hurry so I take a glance and check out. I get home and notice literally half of my right eyebrow is GONE! I'm so upset and furious how do you take off half my eyebrow and not mention anything?! I should've taken a better glance, yes, but it's just mind blowing how someone could thread off half my brow and not bother saying anything, maybe being more careful and paying attention would've helped as well. Bummed out after my experience here. My eyebrows turned out fine, and I did think it was rather painful...waxing definitely hurts less. My issue is with the response I received when trying to use a pre-paid "card". My husband pre-paid for 4 sessions of eyebrow threading as a Christmas gift to me. The person who rang him up wrote "free" in 4 spaces on a business card, and stapled the receipt to it. I go in & try to redeem one of the sessions today, and the lady tells me that it's not valid, that it's expired. When I questioned her on the policy, she said it was only good for 3 months. Fine, I paid cash for my already paid for service, and left feeling kind of cheated. Won't be returning. **edit 6/2017** I added one star to my review, (haha, yes, I know it's been years in between, but I felt it only fair). I do appreciate the management reaching out to me to offer to correct the employee mistake. I never responded, because a few weeks after I posted my initial review, the Napa earthquake happened, and our lives were literally turned upside down. Honestly, though, I just didn't want to go back. I decided I'm not a fan of threading. It hurts, and I found the experience to just be unpleasant. I think this is the best place to get your eyebrows threaded in Napa! The ladies are always very friendly! They ask you exactly what you want and give it to you. If they see a problem with your eyebrows they let you know, but they fix it. Unlike other places they are very careful and they don't pull your skin! They are reasonably priced, and they have one of those little cards where you get the 7th eyebrow threading for free after getting 6 stamps! :) read more

I am so excited to share my expierence, as I have had bad expiernces with the new eye brow threading place in town next jamba juice was horrible, and left completely unsatisfied. Rupi (sorry if i spelled your name wrong) was such a delightful person to work with! I met Lena at a friends bridal shower , as she did my henna, which i must brag she did an AAAAAAAMMMMAZING job, i was very impressed with her detailed art work, and fabulous work!!! I loved the look of Lena's eye brows, and asked where she got them done.When she mentioned she got them done at her shop in town, i told her i would surely be in when i was ready to get my eye brows done. I have always gone to Green Valley day spa in Fairfield and have always gotten them done by Sabrina (she's the best), but have decided to go some where a little closer. I went in on Friday night, and asked if Lena was working... the lady had mentioned she would be out for the next week but could help me. I was very worried, and very hesitant.
