So glad there's a good threading salon in Napa. Saw their sign and decided to try after checking out yelp reviews. I was not disappointed. The lady who did my brows and upper lip was very nice and did an awesome job. The procedure was slightly uncomfortable, but how can it not be when someone is yanking out hair? The price for brows is now $10, upper lip an extra $5. Although, they've raised their price, It's still a great deal compared to going to the Benefit Brow Bar at the mall. Knocked off one star for trying to push the eyebrow powder. Other than that, I loved Eyebrow Hub and will definitely return. read more

My review has been long overdue since I've been coming here for almost 2 years. I've been to many threading places throughout the Bay Area since the closest ones were Vallejo or Fairfield before they opened their doors in Napa. The ladies are all great, very friendly and very meticulous at what they do. Rupi (sp?) has great technique and touch. Because my skin is extremely sensitive, her light touch does not leave my skin irritated after my visit. They always offer toner to calm and soothe the skin afterwards which is a nice touch. I always feel like my skin is smoother after a visit there. I would definitely recommend this place over waxing anytime. read more

I have tried threading on multiple occasions at various locations and loved the end result. However, when I went to Eyebrow Hub in Napa one day after work I did not like the end result. The person who did the threading (I think it was the owner) thinned my eyebrows and tried covering with liner/eyebrow powder to hide it. I had multiple cuts from the thread around my eyebrow. I don't think they were using the correct tread. In addition, they were working too hard to sell other products that I was not interested in purchasing...Never go to Eyebrow Hub in Napa..... You can probably find someone better elsewhere...I don't think they know what professional threading is... Cindy read more

It was my first time here, I'm new to this town & was looking for a threading place & wanted to give this place a try. A very young skinny lady from San Rafael (I can't remember her name) helped me last week. Before starting to do my brows, she explained me how skinny my brows are in an order to get thick brows I have to let them grow. I love how she only cleaned up for me and didn't take a lot out. my brows look perfect and I love the way she did my eyebrows. I would definitely be coming back. read more

Madhavi is an amazing threader. I never did my brows before and she took the time to make them well defined and masculine. I thought it was going to be painful but she took the time to do a good job. Horrible! My boyfriend got his eyebrows ripped out without the roots so there was a unibrow stubble (in-growns later)... they kept some hair between eyebrows AND did an uneven job by quarter of an inch! Also loose hairs that were left randomly! I had to start tweezing and fix it as he looked comical! Worst place ever!!! What a butcher job! read more

had never tried threading. couldn't find a place in napa that offered threading until last weekend. my hairs were long so it was painful but i loved the results. the person who did my eyebrows took her time and did a great job. she also said that my experience was painful because my hairs were long. when i go back for a touch-up, it should be a breeze. am definitely going again and i've been telling my friends about this place. i hope they try it out! total cost: $6. can't beat that! read more

Went there last night with my daughter & the owner of the Salon helped us, she did a really good job. I used to go to Green Valley Spa in Fairfield with Sabrina, until I found a person that does them well & is very professional & has great customer service to top it off unlike Sabrina was very good but horrible customer service. I like how here they have 5 then 6th free...dude it me & my daughter & we go every two weeks!! This is a Steal!! :-) Happy customer will return!! read more

I had been going to Petaluma and it doesn't compare. It's under different owners so add 25 minutes to your drive and make it to Napa, you won't be disappointed:) read more

I went in for my first time ever getting my eyebrows done and I was very impressed. I have thin eyebrows but even then they found a wonderful shape and kept them thick. They were patient listening to me and had great customer service. The only problem was I had a check in offer for 10% off and they said they don't do the offers even though it's stated online and on their website. I have been getting my eyebrows threaded for the past seven years at many different places. It is so much better than waxing since it is more exact, less irritating on the skin and lasts longer than waxing. I recently moved to Napa and was concerned where I could go to get my eyebrows threaded. I was pleasantly surprised to find Eyebrow Hub. I have had both Rupi and Lena and both are excellent. Not to mention that their prices are cheaper than most and they have a card so that after five times you get your sixth threading is free. Meticulously groomed eyebrows make such a difference in your appearance. I highly recommend giving Eyebrow Hub a try. read more

I always had to drive to Fairfield in order to get my eyebrows threaded. However, when I saw Eyebrow Hub in Napa I decided to try it.
