Sangita is absolutely amazing at what she does. I usually come in as a walk-in because of my busy schedule, and she always finds a way to fit me in, even when she already has clients. My brows always come out looking perfect, and I love how much she cares about her work and makes sure the style matches what I like. I also get tinting done here, and it lasted me about a month and a half totally worth it. Now I always do tinting right after threading. Every time i look at mirror after coming home i feel more beautiful, and it has become an important part of my self-care routine now. I had a very disappointing experience here, with regard to lash extensions. Firstly, the tech showed up late for our appointment and I made it clear to her how much time I had, which she ended up going over on. The entire experience felt very inexperienced, rushed and unprofessional. She was leaning over my head the whole time, pulling my hair with her body. She did one eye at a time, and spent much more time than allotted on just the first eye. I then had to open that eye, while the glue was still wet so she couple place the patch underneath the opposite eye. There was a lot of poking and prodding as well. When she'd finished the second eye, the entire inside corner was stuck to my bottom lashes. The glue was stinging pretty badly at that point. I found out after the appointment that she'd left clumps of glue on the extensions and many extensions were glued to my eyelid, not my lashes. I had a terrible allergic reaction to the extensions, which was the worst job I've ever had done. ***I don't blame them for my allergic reaction to the glue. But her work certainly made things a lot worse. She claims to have three years of experience but I saw no evidence of that! This was a very painful, expensive experience between her (overcharging) fill and having them removed by someone else. I would play it safe and skip this business!!! read more

If I could put negative stars, I would!!! Stay away! This is the Worst place ever. Worst experience in every way possible!!Very dirty unsanitary place, unprofessional people, flat out disrespectful, and rude . The owner was extremely rude , I had complained and asked for a discount if not a refund after the girl messed my eyebrows up so bad that one was nearly completely gone and the owner said "must be karma" and even worse my girlfriend that came with me broke out in a rash all over her eye lids after getting lashes on, she has gotten lashes several times prior to this experience at this dump. I'm so disgusted with the owner, staff, building, just all of t, the work was even horrible! My 2 year old could do brows and lashes better then this. I will never again go here. read more
