There isn't any other place I would go! My mom and I have been coming here for over a year now. Tried out a lot of other places in the area and was continually disappointed in both service and quality of work. Since coming here I have always had a positive experience. We've all been to get our eye brows done and instantly regretted it. Well that won't happen here! My eyebrows are a little bit complicated, I have scars, both above and below my eyebrow, as well as a old eyebrow piercing scar to work around. My natural eye brows also seem to disappear about half way through were it should be. I go here about once a month and the women is always friendly, does a fabulous job shaping my oddly shaped eye brows, it is mostly painless and very quick! As far as the disappearing portion of my eyebrow, I love to get them tinted here! Having them tinted only takes about 15 minutes, lasts about two weeks on my skin (then fades evenly for the next 2 weeks) and it fills in that's portion of my brow that is otherwise nonexistent. Try fairly Priced, friendly staff and a clean environment! read more

This is a great place for threading. the owner, Kamal did my brows. I'm new in town. I was very hesitant to just go to any place. When I called she answered and she was very friendly and accommodating. My brows are great and I am very satisfied with her service. I've been going to get my eyebrows threaded here since i was in high school! I'm now 23 so it's been over 6 years. This place is so amazing and I would recommend to anyone who wants not only their eyebrows threaded but the whole face ! I'm very picky about my eyebrows and couldn't find somewhere in Santa Rosa or Rohnert park (don't go to the place Next to Raley's in Rp) but I found a place in Petaluma with great review and so glad we came in here. Whenever I'm in town I stop by to get my eyebrows done here because of such an excellent job the owner does. She takes her time to make sure your eyebrows look great and will ask you what you want them to look like too. She is very experienced and seems to really know what she is talking about. Threading hurts a tad more in my opinion but it provides a better look than waxing. I like how she also gives advice on how you can make your eyebrows look better either by penciling them in or letting some areas grow more. Great hub! Update: 07/14/20 This place is still amazing. I love how I don't need to describe the shape I want or the thickness, I can just sit down knowing that whatever she does my eyebrows are going to look amazing. My eyebrows looks like their penciled in the shape is so pretty! Support this business and give it a try! read more

I am so sad I moved away from Sonoma County because I found the place where I love to get my eyebrows done. Back in college, I was talking to my friend about how I usually go home to get my eyebrows waxed and she suggested this place from her other friend. Since then I always have gone here when my eyebrows need maintenance. Kamal is very nice and precise when it comes to hair removal. When I first tried threading at a mall it was not my favorite way to shape my brows but now it's what I prefer. It's $12 for eyebrow threading which is a great price. I have a customer card that gets signed and after 8 appointments the next one is free! Highly recommend coming here if you're in the area! read more

When I was in my teens, my mom always advised that I should not touch my eyebrows. They were thick ones, so I did not take her advise. Unibrows weren't as sexy back then as they are now. Well long story short, my mom was right because moms always seem to be after its all said and done. The eyebrow hairs that I had hoped would grow back never did. I definitely learned my lesson. If I had to go back in time, maybe plucking wasn't the best idea. Especially trusting one of my friends to do it. I mourn for those lost eyebrows at least once a month. Now the Eyebrow Hub, they are who I wished I'd gone to back then. So glad I found them. They are masters at shaping. Not to mention threading is the best way to get those eyebrows looking amazing without permanent damage. Learn from my experience. Go somewhere professional lol read more

I didn't realize the situation of my brows until I got in my car and took a look in a mirror closer to me. I like thick brows and I've been growing them out which I said . I hate that the top of my left brow (fullest brow) had all the hairs removed from the front of the brow to the arch. That's the one spot you don't touch. The tail of my left brow wasn't even touched but my thinnest brow (the right one had the tail cut off) . Should've left them the way that they were. Now my left brow goes straight across . When I ask for a cleanup usually it's underneath the brow and the upper end of the brow, the middle does not get touched . Ran to the store to get brow growth serum. read more

I happened across the eyebrow hub while going to G & G. I was SUPER happy to find out that this was Kamal's hub that had moved from the outlets centre- way more accessible. Kamal always does a great job and the new girl who did my brows when there- did great and was super sweet. This is my go to brow spot in petaluma. This review is long overdue. I stumbled on this shop (at her previous location) 5 years ago and haven't gone anywhere else since then. Kamal is sweet, quiet and she does a fantastic job! In the 20+ years I've had to endure hair removal on my face, I've never had my eyebrows shaped as well as she gets them... every time! Importantly, I've not yet had a breakout from the removal, as I've had several times in the past, since I've been going to her. If you're fearful of the pain, she's as gentle as one can get when ripping hair out of their follicles. read more

I happened to be in town with my family who are patrons of Graton Casino. I could care less for gambling, so thought I'd make use of my time by getting my eyebrows threaded. There was only 1 lady working - not sure if it's the same person everyone is referencing in other reviews. It was slow. I was the only customer during my time there. Initially, I was cautious since I'm not accustomed to a reputable business like this being so slow. I am pleased to say that I loved the shape of my eyebrows! I am impressed with her precision in shaping my brows and being able to clean up even the fine hairs that I have. Just a small deduction of a star due to some of my skin being snagged by the thread. I had a bit of scabbing a couple of days later. It eventually healed. Overall, good experience! read more

Stopped in here on a whim yesterday morning and was super happy with the experience. Woman immediately waited on me, did the threading in ~ 5minutes in and they came out looking great. I know this varies with skin type, but had minimal redness around the area after... I would have felt completely comfortable throwing on a little makeup and going about my day. Today, no irritation either. I live around the corner so I'll be back! read more

The owner is nothing less than fantastic!! She's very quick, clean, and precise. I see her for eyebrow threading. Unlike many eyebrow waxing places I've been to, there's never a long wait here to sit in the chair (especially for walk-ins), and I absolutely don't ever have to say anything about my eyebrows before she begins. It's great that she knows exactly what to do. I am always impressed and walk out feeling a new sense of confidence in my appearance. I never break out after a threading session here and I feel overall like my eyebrows stay nicer for a longer period of time. read more

Found this place on yelp while out of town visiting relatives. I was in desperate need of a threading and this place had the most reasonable pricing. So glad I didn't go with a fancier, pricier location because this place was a gem! Kamal did my eyebrows, lip, and chin. She was super quick and did a great job. My eyebrows came out beautifully! There is only one person I can trust with my eyebrows, Kamal! Very professional! I have had some bad experiences and was able to find someone that takes good care of My eye brows . She finds hope in the hopelessness of over plucked and waxed eyebrows! She is big on the details. You will not regret coming here! She will find your shape. Newly located, I've had to follow her, and my drive is a good 40 minutes to get to her! I always come with friends, and they are just as impressed!! Her prices are reasonable and her work deserves a great tip. Take it from someone that has had the worst done to her eyebrows, and my eyebrows are one of my best assets!!! She wasn't particularly warm at first, but she was friendly enough given that she didn't know me at all. The salon itself was clean (a huge plus in my book!) and looked and felt new. My service (removing old gel polish, plus the remnants of two glued-on protective nail extensions) was done by Amy, who did a fantastic job. She took her time to carefully remove the glued-on product without damaging my real nails, and then completed a new gel manicure on my now pretty, freshly trimmed natural nails. I had requested a clear- coat gel polish, but she suggested one with a light pink tint, and it was perfect! I expect my natural nails will grow out to their former length (1/4" beyond my fingertips) within the next two to three weeks, and I'll definitely be calling Jennifer to book another appointment with Amy! As I paid and left, Jennifer thanked me for coming in and made sure to stock me up with coupons to keep for myself and/or share with family and friends. I thought was a nice touch and a smart way to promote the business without being too in-your-face. I'll be back!

When I got to the salon, I was greeted by the staff and they had me wait about 2 minutes until my nail tech came. She was super friendly and knew exactly the design I wanted. The salon was super clean and welcoming. Price was also pretty good. Will be coming here whenever I need my nails done.

I have had hideous experiences in this regard in the past, but the treatment at NJ Nails was beyond excellent.
