I STRONGLY BELIEVE THIS PLACE SHOULD BE SHUT DONW!! I wanted to try this place again, since Covid 19, most threading establishments were closed. The first time, a year ago, they did a terrible job with my eyebrows, and I left the shop crying. Then, I just recently give them a try, out of desperation, but I made a big mistake..... The person who was threading my eyebrows (who couldn't communicate any word of English), noticed that she cut half of my left eyebrow, and trying to match the eyebrows, she did the same with my right eyebrow. Now I had both eyebrows half chopped off. Yes, I understand they are reasonable and clean, but doesn't everyone come here for their eyebrows to look APPROPERIATE, satisfactory, decent, and not chopped off? I know I do! I would rather pay a bit more, and go somewhere where my eyebrows are not chopped off. read more

AANCHAL WAS ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! My skin is very sensitive and I rarely get my lip done. Usually only my eyebrows but she made me feel very comfortable. She was gentle with my skin. I barely felt any pain compared to my previous visits. I have been coming here for awhile and it was my first time with her. I will be coming back on the days she works! Fast, easy, clean! $12 eyebrows and $4 lips. She did such a great job. It was easy to assist her. Usually she wants you to help by creating a tighter surface. I think it maybe took her 5 minutes to do my brows. It was really appreciative that she also asked if I wanted to have lotion, aloe Vera, or witch hazel after the threading. I have super sensitive skin so I denied respectfully. Btw thank goodness they take card too. Most places are cash only, I wish everyone was on that Venmo tip! Before so left, I picked up a couple cheap studs. The ones you can care less if they get lost or fall out. They don't do piercings here though. I plan to come back and get henna done! Super unprofessional lady named Sirex ! She is not trained in doing eyebrow threading yet still did it. She did not only chop off half of my eyebrow but she still charged me and when I confronted her about it again she blamed it on another co worker when she was the only one there. Be careful ask for a name and make sure you DO NOT get it done by Sirex or something like that on her name. 5 stars for at least a couple of reasons: No appointments necessary (for busy and unpredictable schedules, this is major), clean place, and cheap prices. Parking spots could be scarce in this strip mall, but I guess it just happened that I went there on a busy time. The chairs/positioning do get some getting used to, but it wasn't too bad. Threading was quick and no-fuss. This was my first time here, and overall it was great. I'll have to keep going back to evaluate its consistency. read more

She did a great job of doing my eyebrows it was hard to communicate with her but that's not that big of a deal. I didn't like that she didn't clean or wipe my eyebrows with alcohol after she did threaded them. I've gotten my eyebrows done before in the past and I just felt like she was being more heavy-handed with it so it kind of hurt more when she was threading them versus when I went to other places. Nope. Asked, actually told her to keep my brows as full as possible. They ended up thinner than I've had them in years. So upset. They're also way shorter than I've ever had them. The arch ends at least an inch up the orbital ridge. I spoke up, said next time I needed to keep the fullness. She argued with me that she had to create a line. They're now half the size they were and ugly because the technician wanted a line more than she wanted a repeat customer. Oh, AND one is half the size of the other. And even better, there's not a thing I can do to correct this. I feel like crying. Even my husband noticed and commented that they looked "funny." The chairs don't have a tall enough back to lean back as far as she wants without having to hold your head up off the horizontal. Very uncomfortable. Now what do I do? So disappointed. When you're older, they take a long time to fill in. One star because it was clean and you can't give less. read more

I have been here twice for brows. The first time the primary person - owner? - did my threading and did a nice job. My second visit was terrible. Too much hair was pulled, the brows are uneven and there is a hole in my left brow! They tried to tell me they didn't create the hole and my brows are just like that...I proceeded to show them pictures from this week disproving that statement; they still didn't accept fault. I would not recommend pressing your luck at this establishment. Hopefully my brows grow back soon :(. read more

I had grown out my eyebrows so that when I got them done, I would be able to have my ideal shape. The lady who did them was aggressive while working on them making it a more painful experience. She also messed up my left eyebrow. My eyebrows don't match at all as she made my left eyebrow super thin. It's thin and crooked. Disappointing, to say the least. Find some place else. read more
