Eyebrows were $17.64, which I thought was just too expensive for a five minute service.

Never open when they claim they are- they are a good business but it's hard to find them on a time when they're open

I have been going here on and off for a few years, mainly because of the convenience of the location. I've had good experiences in the past, however, the inconsistency of the eyebrow threading is what I'm disappointed in. I had one more service left in my package, so I thought I would try one last time, safe to say, I will never return again. I don't like leaving negative reviews, but I have to be honest. Despite having my eyebrows micro bladed (you literally just have to remove the hair OUTSIDE of the brow) Promila removed too much hair inside of the middle of my brows. I had even stopped her midway and told her I could feel the hair being removed where it shouldn't be, she continued and then did it again. It's almost as if she was purposely trying to remove extra hair. I'm so upset, literally dabbing my brows because they're in throbbing in pain and the shape is funky now the way she removed the hair. She was being rough, as if she was in a rush, to get back to her phone and watch videos as she was doing when I walked in. I pointed out once the service is over that she removed way too much hair, of which she said no she didn't. Um, there's literally a bald spot. Eyebrows are so important to some of us, and the person giving the service should have pride and care in what they do, ask what shape is preferred, take their time with the service, not just get it done in two minutes and not care if the shape gets messed up and are uneven. Like I said, I've gotten them done before where I had a good experience, but it shouldn't be a gamble if the same person will do a good job or not. read more

I have thinning eyebrows due to getting OLD. I love having them tinted to give that filled in look. The areas that were filled in were only half completed. The areas that have thinning hair and needed to be bulked up where completely threaded off to bald, and the tint was added and removed haphazardly leaving me all smudged. It was horrible, I looked like I was performing a comedic routine with my eyebrows. I now have less hair where I needed the tinting to fill in. It's SO bad. read more

I've been coming to this location for years. And I know people are skeptical about Mall locations etc for brows, but it's really trial and error. Don't have the same Person again etc and be vocal about the satisfaction. PROMILA is amazing here and she's my go to girl. She rushed into doing my eyebrows and they literally turned out horrible. All i asked for was to get them cleaned and she couldn't even clean it up all the way. Asked her to clean up the spot she missed and she still couldn't get it. dont recommend. read more

Exceptional service by Manjit. I have been going here regularly since I moved to Santa Rosa permanently and I am both satisfied with the eyebrow and lip results. I purchased a "membership"... but by "membership" I don't mean that you pay a monthly fee. How it works is you simply pre-pay for a amount of visits (ie: five or more) and you get a discount due to prepaying. It is kind of like a prepaid punchcard and you can go in at your leisure, they don't expire and you don't need to use your visits within a certain timeframe. Usually the wait time to get a threading service is not too long, but during busy hours you can expect to wait up to 15 minutes. read more

Terrible. I have naturally thick eyebrows, I grew them out for so long this time, very excited awaiting to get them threaded because I've loved it ever since I had started getting them done at eyebrow hub in Petaluma... I get there, and I specifically tell her not to do them too thin and to keep it thick because I know my BIGGEST problem with waxing places or places that do eyebrows in general have the problem of making them way too thin so I always specify. I looked in the mirror and they were super thin, when I had been growing them out for probably over a month almost 2. Then hating them, I have to pay 15$ for it? Ridiculous. Rude, dismissive,people who have no idea what customer service even is. Do not listen to the good reviews, they must be bought. This place is horrible, ZERO STARS. I call this place because I'm looking to get my brows done profesionally for the first time in my life. I'm ready for symmetrical brows! But I've never done this before, so a lady answera the phone, and I let her know I'm looking to get my brows done, but I would like to know what that entails, is it just sculpting or do they put makeup on you too.. The lady answers "yes". I said "excuse me?" And she askes "whats your name". I didnt understand what she said at first so I asked "Sorry?" And she asked again what my name was I said "Devan, but I'd really just like to know what you'll be doing to my eyebrows." I hear someone speaking in the background and she says "yes" again. I asked her if there was someone who spoke english there and got a very snotty "yes." So I asked to speak to the person who spoke english, and they hung up on me. Second time I called, different lady, same thing. Third time they didn't pick up. Absolutely a horrible business practice. Teach these women customer service and get someone in there who knows enough english to answer basic questions. read more

I was so unhappy with the service. They have a chart that shows the different shapes that you can choose from for your eyebrows. So I wanted the THICK ARC. When she sat me down she never even asked what shape I wanted. So right as she was about to start the threading I stopped her to tell her what shape I wanted. I thought it was so weird that she didn't even ask. So then I proceeded to tell her that I wanted a THICK ARC she interrupted me before I could say "thick" and she just said "yeah okay". I was worried that she didn't even hear what I wanted because she was so eager to respond. I had been growing my eye brows out for months trying to get them as thick as possible. When she was done they were 1/3 the size that they were before. They were pencil thin. She took everything that I had grown out and now I have to start over. I was so upset when I looked in the mirror. I'm still so upset!!! I'll definitely never go back! read more

Not good at all. Lets just say that when i asked for a tweezer to get rid of a random hair, rhe lady said she didnt have any. A BROW place with NO TWEEZER??? I mean enough said. My threading probably lasted 5 minutes tops! They dont pay attention to detail, i pointed out random hairs 3 times and had to tell her to clean the middle part of my brows because she didnt even bother. In the end i felt so uncomfortable that i kept saying what about this and this? That i just left, came home and fixed ot myself. WITH TWEEZERS.
