Getting an appointment is always super easy, I never have to wait forever when I show up to my appointment and after getting waxed they always offer me concealer and to fill in my brows If you decide to make the best decision and get waxed here, Adrianna is the one you need to book with. This is the only place I will go for my brow and lip waxing needs. I have gotten waxed by a few of the girls here and have never had a bad experience. Everyone is so lovely and kind. I like that they take their time with you and do not rush. I feel very pampered and taken care of. Be sure to schedule online ahead of time! I was super impressed with the skill and professionalism of Nichole. My brows looked amazing when I walked out of there. She was great at cleaning up my natural shape. I've gone back and forth about writing this.. but as a salon owner myself I would be mortified to have someone with these customer service skill representing my brand. My friend and I had appointments to get our brows done. My friend was first and saw Nay, who was an absolute delight. She's was friendly, bubbly, and informative. About halfway through her appointment my brow tech had returned from lunch. The lovely woman running the front desk called me over and had me sit in a chair. My brow tech who never introduced herself, nor said hello, or how are you, nor what are we doing today.... tossed a clip board at me, barked 'sign this' (literally the only 2 words spoken to me during the whole appointment). Hiba also known as H.H on the gratuity envelope, offered the poorest customer service I've probably ever experienced in my lifetime. My toddler has better communication skills. Horrible, just horrible. Word of the wise, the beauty industry runs on referrals and word of mouth, that's how you build your reputation and your clientele. A happy client tells a few people about their experience, an unhappy client tells the world. Needless to say, I won't be returning. read more

She made me feel comfortable as we got chatting and she listened when she asked me how I wanted my brows and she executed perfectly. She's one of the best brow experts I've ever been to!! Nichole at the Santa Rosa Plaza Benefit is a gem. I was a walk in and had never been to a Benefit let alone had my brows done before. She explained they had a drop in spot I could wait to see if the person showed up for and booked me a back up appointment just in case. Lucky for me the other person never showed. Nichole walked me through the whole process before she started, she was very personable and put me at ease. She did a wonderful job shaping and cleaning up my eyebrows, honestly I regret not going in sooner! She never tried to push a bunch of product on me which was nice, but I did end up leaving with the Gimme Brow since it just made my brows look that much fuller. Overall highly recommend this location and Nichole. I will definitely be a repeat client from now on. read more

So happy we found Bree for my daughters brows today, she did such a great job. She took her time, was meticulous, careful & super sweet. The previous Esthetician we loved at the coddingtown location had recently left so we were nervous but Bree made us comfortable right away. That's a hard job standing all day, shaping brows, working w/ the public. I know it's stressful and I'm sure can feel thankless, I'm sure that's why people move on from this job so often. Needed my brows done badly!! Walked in and was helped immediately by Bree! Since I have been putting retinol on my face, I opted for a tweeze instead of a wax. She was so helpful and friendly. Sometimes good waxers are here, but I give it two stars. Scheduling is difficult, and it's typically understaffed. There's no consistent schedule of when they're open, which makes it confusing to book an appointment. There's no online booking option, so it must be done via phone. Very outdated. Additionally, their drop in system is a mess, and doesn't serve customers well. It's more expensive than competitors such as European Wax Center, and less convenient. Would not recommend. read more

My go-to's always seemed to be booked when I need them but for good reason! They are amazing! LEXI and CELEST always leave me so happy with my brows!!! They are both so attentive and informative about what/why they are doing. They pay great attention to detail and always meet my needs and leave my brows looking amazing! I am really sad to have to write this review. I have been going to benefit brow bars for years and I forbid to go anywhere else! However, my last few experiences has led to me giving such a low review. The last time I went to the Santa Rosa location, they made my eye brows way too thin. They could not do anything about it except apologize and send me on my way. The last time (yesterday) I explained to her that I prefer fuller brows and she did them great! The reason for my poor review is due to how they treated my sister. We did not have appointments and it was a weekend so we were expecting a wait. When we initially put out names down we had about a 30 minute wait which was fine and we were happy to wait. The wait was more like 45 minutes because they had two girls call in sick that day. Again, not their fault I understood the wait time. I had put my name down first so they called me first. She did my eyebrows great and was super sweet. When I was done I looked over to see if my sister had been helped yet. She had not. Well, it turns out a group of like 6 people came late to their appointment and they took them over my sister. I understand the protocol which is they prioritize people who have appointments, but 1) they were late and 2) they should try their best to accommodate people that come together. We drove over 20 minutes to get our brows done. Waited for 45 minutes to get seated and they expected us to wait at a MINIMUM another 45-hour for my sister. Again, this is the beauty of making appointments, but we tried to call in and request one they said it had to be booked at least two hours out and we were already on our way. I am very annoyed because I have brought so much money and new clients to the brow bar. They were very rude to my sister and did not accommodate us and I will not be going back or recommending them to anyone else. At least not the Santa Rosa location. read more

Love my brows! This was my first time getting my brows shaped. I was turning 30 and figured I might as well start my third decade with manicured brows. The week of your birthday Benefit brow bar will do a brow shaping for you for free (make sure you bring your ID)! So, I did that and also had individual lashes put on. $30 for the lash application (includes the lashes). Love that you can pay with your Macy's card, but don't forget some cash for a tip! I am overall very happy with my brows and will be back again for those. Not sure if the lash application was worth $30 so I might have to learn how to do that myself. read more

I've gone to 2 different Brow Bars and both have given the best waxing & shaping EVER! The women are very talented, they listen to what the client wants and best of all, they apply a cooling solution that takes out the redness & irritation from the wax then reapply your makeup. It is a bit more on the expensive side ($27 for a brow & upper lip) but worth it to me! Just note that tips are cash only. read more

When I first went to her, my brows were a mess because I went to some random salon (never again). They always help me shape my brows into what I love now! After having a not so great experience at another benefit brow bar I decided to switch locations and go to this one. I didn't schedule an appointment ahead of time and tried my luck with a drop in on a Friday afternoon. I was told to check back in about 20 minutes after I gave them my name. Fortunately for me there was a no show. Adrianna was great. She was super sweet and did an awesome job. My brows look fabulous again thanks to her. Jessica filled them in when Adrianna was done. She was super sweet as well. They recommended a different product than I had been using to fill my brows in and I love it. I will be coming back to Adrianna for sure. read more

I went there because I heard they were great. I don't know if the girl burnt me or somehow tore my skin but I have a gash just under my eyebrow ever since I went there. It hurt really bad while she was doing it but I just thought I was being a baby. Then I got home and saw the gash. I also had an appointment but had to wait 10 mins anyways. Wow. I cannot say enough about Heather! I have been hesitant to go to this Benefit Bar vs. the one at Ulta for some reason, and after a few mishaps at the other I decided to try the one in macys, which I later found to be the number one brow bar in North America! After previously "yelping" this location I made an appointment with Heather, who I later found out to be one of the managers- meaning she knows her brows- err rather she knows how to do them perfectly. Haha. While in the chair she made sure I was comfortable by asking me some preference questions as well as giving advice on trimming, plucking, and filling in! Needless to say my brows turned out perfect and I was very satisfied with the results. She went beyond what any regular employee would do and was customer oriented. For $20 it was worth every penny and more. Just make sure to bring cash for the tip because they don't have a way of doing it through credit card. Also, parking is free for the first 90 min so that was a plus! :) read more

I went in to get my eyebrows done by two different women and they both effed me up. I really loved Nicole but she left. One girl, I wish I could remember her name gave me 90's eyebrows. She over waxed my eyebrows and left me with two thin lines, awful! The next time I went in I asked for a different person and she did a terrible job too. She gave me two different eyebrows! I love getting my eyebrows done through Benefit Brow. However, I have to say that I did not care for my experience at this specific location. I checked in, and my wax specialist was late. When she finally showed, I explained my brow plan. I just needed a simple clean up, and she ended up reshaping them too thin, and uneven. What really was a bummer was her costumer service skills. She never spoke, yet, she would chime in on other conversations with the neighboring worker. I didn't get asked about a brow fill in, there was no lotion or anything put on the brow area. It was very rough and rushed. When I went to pay, the cashier automatically put the envelope for the tip. That's when I realized that I was never told her name at the check in counter, and she never introduced herself. Hopefully, whoever "H.H." is can gain a little more sensitivity and professional costumer service skills. read more

Olivia is amazing. I've never had my eyebrows waxed before and she made it a great experience with a positive outcome. She is very funny and personable, as well as professional...or should I say porefessional Rebekah was also very sweet and filled in my eyebrows and covered up my redness following my wax Update: Never have I ever seen such a disappointing, rapid degradation in customer service values and business model. Not only has Benefit's brand as a whole disappointed me recently with their choice of posts on social media, but it seems the entire company is failing. Today was the tipping point for my respect for this brand. I was very excited to get my brows done for free for my birthday, and originally scheduled my appointment for yesterday at 6pm with Olivia, which was rescheduled due to Olivia going on leave, likely due to Benefit letting go of all of their counter staff besides what seems like one girl, likely over working all of their estheticians. Then, it seems they can't get their appointment book straight because they called me again saying I never returned their message to reschedule which was untrue, as we spoke and I scheduled it for today at 11am, but they didn't have that so they put me down for 12pm. And of course, I go in today, and they claimed it was yesterday at 12pm, earlier than my original appointment! Not only that, but the girl, Nicole, felt the need to make a scene saying "no, you were scheduled for yesterday and never showed. THEY (girls standing behind me) were scheduled for 12 and are here on time." Of course this embarrassed me and despite her offering to put me on the drop in list, I walked away. And I will not be returning. No free birthday Service is worth that much hassle and harsh treatment. read more
