I was running late for an appointment so I sent Brooke a message and before I left she read it and waited 45 mins to respond before saying "Yeah we'd need to reschedule if you're 30 mins or more late". I ended arriving 22 mins late (I would travel 1 1/2 hours away) so I thought it would be fine so I let her know. I literally asked if it was OK to arrive and she said yeah, then she hearted the message and was waiting for me at the door texting in her phone when I arrived She rushed me to the back and did my 1 1/2 - 2 hour appointment in under a hour. She mentioned it probably being not that great (she said that while texting people on her phone through my service) and how I'd need to get a fill for it to look better and I said it would be ok, that I appreciate her effort and would come back in a week for a mini full and tipped her $38.00. I booked my appointment, Brooke declined my appointment request 24 hours later (she usually accepts within a hour or so) with no communication as to why and then blocked me after a few weeks (making sure to not let me see that she read my message by not opening it) I tired being really kind to her because she acted scared of me for some reason. Like just me existing in her space dedicated to blondes (hair space that she rents a room at) She definitely gives mean girl vibes with even worst customer service. It's been about 3 years of me getting lashes and she was patient with me throughout the process educating me on the different looks for my eye shape, the dos and don'ts of what to use when you have them, and the methods of keeping longer retention to get the most out of my lash fills. So how do I know Jenny is the absolute best? There was a time she had a beautiful little girl on the way and I decided I would wait to get lashes until she came back. She is patient and meticulous when it came to my lashes and how they looked. What sets her apart is she ensures the aftercare is done well. On my first visit she provided me some gentle lash soap so I can take care of them and some spoolies to comb them out. The little touches that she has really sets her apart.
