Benefit Cosmetics BrowBar - My perfect browse - Cosmetics & Beauty Supply Near Me - Santa Rosa, California

One word...Dani! She is an amazing brow artist and really cares about her clients. She's super personable and always guides you through how she's shaping your brows. I have been to several Benefit locations and this one is my favorite because of her. read more

This location hasn't been open for waxing for awhile so I was eager to come back in! I used to be waxed by Danielle, but the newest waxer Alice is AMAZING and I will only go to her from now on! read more

Great location and staff! I got my brows done by Cindy and she did a great job. Ive been going to Benefit for years at various locations and I like the way she did my brows better than most other bars. She is very friendly and took the time to ask what I wanted. Also the facility is clean and organized despite low staff. Online booking works great and there is close parking, making getting my brows done super easy. This is my new go to bar! read more

I usually go to Benefit at SR Plaza but there was a scheduling issue so I booked Danielle at Coddingtown instead. She is so good that I will always book Danielle. She's a perfectionist and extremely good at her job! She's also extremely sweet. read more

Dani is the best!! She used to do my brows in the Petaluma benefit bar and I've followed her to the Coddingtown store!

I got my birthday brow wax today by Dani! Aside from having great style, hair and make-up, she did an amazing job with my brows, asking me what I wanted, letting me know what she was doing, and doing an impeccable job, entertaining me with her conversation and amiability. Can't wait to go back! read more

Dani (Danielle) is a delight to work with! I highly recommend coming to the Brow Bar for brow waxing. I've worked with many people here and have yet to be disappointed. However I do recommend you work with Dani if you can. I have worked with her twice now and, she remembered our first time working together--it made me feel special and values that she remembered so many little details of our first conversation. She's very attentive, works efficiently, and so friendly. Get your brows done with Dani! read more

Christine was amazing!! She took the time to map out what my eyebrows where gonna look like and made sure that I liked it. She pays attention to detail and is a very kind lady. She even showed me how to fill in my eyebrows and show to make them pop even more. My eyebrows are exactly how I wanted them, I'll be going back to here in the future! read more

Dani is the greatest! Everyone is always so friendly and warm and I always leave with perfect brows and feeling great. I would highly recommend anyone and everyone to go there. Well trained and incredible! read more

Never coming back here again I've given this place multiples tries but just NO the girls here have the worst attitude and no customer service experience, they are so rude , dry and super snotty for no reason I showed up 10 minutes late because of traffic and the pale lady with tattoos on her hand was super rude when I got there , I get it I was late but that's no way to speak to a customer and the only reason why I'm writing this is because this happens alot here so this was officially my last time read more

Unexpectedly found I had a need to pick up a couple of things at the downtown Macy's in Santa Rosa this afternoon. Knowing the odds were not good that they'd have an available slot for me to have my eyebrows waxed I took a chance and was cheerfully accommodated. I only had to wait for about 30 minutes and was then placed in the hands of a very sweet and talented young lady by the name of Celest. She did an outstanding job, one of the best experiences I've ever had at the benefit brow bar. I would not hesitate to ask for her again in the future. Thanks!! Love my brows!!! read more

Christina did such an amazing job! I wanted a new eyebrow shape and so I came in and told her what I wanted and she worked her magic! 10/10 recommend. Also did I mention how sweet she was thanks a million Christina! read more

I wish I could give this place zero stars. I will preface this by saying I had previously been here and had my brows done by a woman named Alyssa. She deserves a 5 star rating, but I am rating the overall store. Unfortunately she works at this location so I will not go back, but I would go to her any time if she worked elsewhere. I had made another appointment with Alyssa a month prior. I showed up on time today and they told me she had called in sick. That was fine. They then told me they were not going to fit me in even though I had made the appointment a month in advance and insisted they had called me. I showed them that I had no calls on my phone and they still insisted that they had left me a voicemail. Had they admitted they didn't call or said it was possibly the wrong number they called, I would've been okay. Had they told me if I waited around they would try to fit me in, I would've been okay. I understand what it's like to be short staffed. However, they blatantly lied about a phone call that never happened and told me I should go try to get squeezed in at Santa Rosa mall. Thanks for the tip. I'd love to go pay for parking and wait at a busy mall where I may or may not get helped. The woman waxing was very hostile towards me and acted like this was all my fault and I was inconveniencing them by being there. This has convinced me NEVER to go to this location ever again. The lack of customer service skills and the rude attitude was unacceptable and unprofessional. Especially doing this while helping another customer! If you want a benefit brow wax - go to an Ulta location. They call the night before to confirm and they take accountability for their actions! This is the worst location I have ever experienced and I've been getting benefit brow waxes for 5+ years. Upon talking to others, this is common for this location. read more

I love going to the Benefit Bar but the girls at the Coddington Macy's Benefit Brow Bar made me wait for about 10 minutes before acknowledging my presence even though they clearly saw me. Then they were very arrogant and condescending when I tried to make an appointment. I guess I'll stick with the Benefit Bar at Ulta's. read more

Horrible customer service. There was no one in the chair and two girls working the counter. There was only one other person there. I stood there for 3 minutes without even a hello, heard them answer the phone and book a 3:20 appt (it's 3:00) and then only when I spoke to them did they acknowledge that I was there. I asked when their next appt was and they told me that they couldn't take me until 4:20. I said I wish you would have offered me the 3:20 you just booked from the phone, no real apology or offer to squeeze me in even though there was clearly no one there. I'll stick to ulta or the plaza. Won't be back. read more

I had my eyebrow done a few weeks ago at the new brow bar. I wish wish I hadn't used them. My brows look like they'd been hacked with a machete. It's going to be awhile before they look ok again. The girl that did my waxing was a heavier set blond, she said she was a licsenced esthetician. She defenently lacks training and was not proffesinal. She talked about herself and how much her coworker was getting on her nerves. She knew I wasn't happy with my brows and processed to sell me on eyebrow filler and was horrible at filling my eyebrows in. I couldn't get out of there fast enough! This was by far the worst experience I'd ever had!! read more

I have been getting my eyebrows waxed from Benefit for more than 7 years and I kept trying out new locations hoping I would find the right person who listened to what I was requesting, as well as, someone I could connect with. That search was over when I stumbled into Benefit at the Coddingtown mall and Thea waxed my eyebrows. She is so down to earth and personable. After my second visit I felt like I had known her for years. Thea is very skilled at what she does and I recommend her without hesitation to anyone I know or to anyone looking for a new aesthetician. Not to mention, she gives great recommendations and/or feedback on beauty or skin care products. SHE IS AMAZING!! read more

The girls here have been doing my brows for almost a year now. Not only do they provide AMAZING service, but they are amazing people as well! They listen to what you want your brows to look like and they will suggest what might be beneficial for your brows and shape. My brows have never looked so damn good! Thanks to Ashley & Thea read more

I rarely let someone touch my eyebrows, and on a whim I walked in and Holly was able to squeeze in an appointment. Not only did she spend the time to pluck vs wax (retinol user here) but she she was kind and conversational. At the end, I was blown away. As someone who has splurged on brows in the past with "the best of the best," I have never had them look better than they did when I left Holly's chair. I am so thrilled to have her close to home and as I gear up for my upcoming wedding, I trust her with my brows completely. read more

I have followed Bonnie over to Coddingtown from SR Plaza because she is that good. I lived in Tiburon and now in Petaluma and have tried to make it easy on myself by going to closer benefits but ALWAYS regret it. I am sticking with Bonnie because she is a true professional at waxing! read more

I have gone to so many places over the years to get my brows done but never found the right person until I met Dani. She is the BROW QUEEN. She always takes her time, is consistent, and has the sweetest personality. She does such an amazing job I highly recommend her. read more

Bonnie has been doing my brows for awhile now. She's very skilled, and professional at her job. She asks you what you want your brows to look like and shows you how to improve your brows. She definitely knows her brand and her craft. I would definitely recommend her to anyone! Plus, Macy's Coddingtown doesn't make you pay for park! read more

I like this location! They're not pushy selling you products! Parking is perfect! Just great attitudes in general

This review is for Ashley, she is the BEST!! always on time, friendly and really great at her job. She recently got promoted and is now at Coddingtown mall. I will happily drive a few exits up! :) read more

Bonnie will be the one and only person I will ever trust with my eyebrows and upper lip! Her work is incredible! I want an honest person when it comes to opinion and Bonnie is not afraid to be straight forward (in a good way)! Bonnie, you are awesome! Keep working your magic. read more

I am always looking forward to my monthly brow appointment with the lovely Bonnie! My brows were suffering from some serious misalignment! Over the last few months Bonnie has coaxed them into even glory! She is knowledgable and suggested some wonderful products for my crazy dry skin. Always friendly and prompt even my two and four year old girls love brow time. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! read more

I have very sparse eyebrows so when I get them done and they mess up it takes a while to grow back in. Anyways the last person who did mine messed up and I've been growing them out for the longest time ever. Allison fixed my brows so good! She had me look in the mirror multiple times just to make sure everything was the way I wanted it. Allison herself is great at what she does, I was more disappointed at the service of the other girls who worked there. They literally stood around talking about whatever and not really into helping customers. The girl that I checked in with about my appointment went to the benefit counter but never came back to tell me if she checked me in with Allison or anything. Overall, I have a great experience with Allison, she's probably my new go to. But I definitely won't go back there for anything else but brows read more

Alli always does a great job on my brows. I am never disappointed.

I've been getting my eyebrows done by Dani and she is absolutely amazing. I won't trust anyone else now to touch them! She's kind and funny and always makes the appointment as enjoyable as an eyebrow wax can be. read more

I went there last week to get my eyebrows done, and ALYSSA did my nails!!! She did so good!!! She listen to me while I explain to her how I wanted my eyebrows! She gives very good customer service! I really loved her attitude toward me! And the work she does is awesome!! read more

I'm so happy I found Andrea to do my brows! I have very coarse, thick eyebrows and I get really nervous to see someone new but she shaped them perfect. To top it off she was super friendly and even pulled up an extra chair so my kids could sit and watch. Yes, I'm one of those moms. Everyone should go see Andrea for all things facial waxing. She's amazing read more

I am the pickiest person when it comes to getting my brows done. But Thea gets it right every time. I love going to see her to get my brows done. And all the girls are so helpful! read more

Second time I have gone in to get my eyebrows done and been told they're fully booked for the next two days... it might be slightly believable if there was one person in the store besides the employees...I don't understand how you could just be standing there and tell me to my face that you're fully booked but don't have one customer in the store, or anyone sitting in any of your chairs. Walked my pouting butt over to the ladies threading eyebrows and they took me no problem since coddingtown is completely dead at 10:15am on a Tuesday morning. read more

If I could give Alyssa 10stars I would! She is the BEST! Not only did she put me at ease during my first brow wax, but she did an amazing job! I will only ever schedule with her because she is so great! I even sometimes have to push my appointment out further than I would like because she is always booked, as she should be! She is always happy and makes my experience great! As long as she is there I will continue to come here for my waxing needs :) read more

lace made my eyebrows look amazing!! I got so many compliments on them. I was even late and she still managed to squeeze me in her schedule!!! Definitely will be coming back to see her! read more

This review is for Alyssa! She is the absolute BEST!! I have been to all three locations , ulta, downtown and coddingtown and have been with different waxers and none have been as good as her! She is so patient and listens to exactly what you want! She does not rush you like others and makes you feel comfortable! I would not trust my eyebrows with no one else but her!! I wish benefit would recognize her or make her manager! As she is a beyond excellent employee and have never had a more better customer service then from her! I recommend her to everyone that is very prescribe about there eyebrows as I am! read more

I have been seeing Thea for a couple months now and she never ceases to make me smile. She is basically an artist that works on my brows. The girls at benefit have gone to school for stuff like this and know what shape will work with your face. I suggest going to them versus any nail salon. Thank you for changing my brow game ladies!!! read more

Ashley is the best eyebrow lady ever. She's been doing my brows for a couple years now and idk what I did before her. I live walking distance from the down town mall but when ashley moved to coddingtown location I followed her. I never feel like she's rushing and we always have a great conversation. I'm constantly getting compliments on my brows. So happy I found her. read more
