Very happy with the natural-looking eyelash extensions. I decided to do my eyebrows (just today) and I love it! a bit dark now, but Thi said it will fade very soon, so it will be perfect. I really hate harsh looking eyebrows, and I'm pleased. She has a very artistic eye! read more

Had a massage today and I am sad to say the experience was less than desirable. Especially for the price of $105. Upon arrival the therapist seemed cold and was the same throughout the massage. I usually do not right these types of reviews but it was a birthday present and I had a horrible experience. Buyers beware. If you're going to spend the money I highly recommend a reputable spa. read more

My tattoo eyeliner turned out excellent. I had a very old faded and uneven liner that needed updating. Super happy with the results and it wasn't too painful nor did I have much swelling. No problems with the healing process. Phi convinced me to do a moderate liner instead of a made up look and very happy that I took her advice. I will be back to try some other treatments read more

I came in for an"emergency" fill 2 years ago while traveling from Colorado and Thi was able to get me in and fix my lash nightmare. Her work is hands down the best. Not only is she very skilled at matching the lashes (length, type, color and amount) to your eyes- she's an absolute magician at getting them applied in a snap. No muss, no fuss. Just done and done right. After having such a great experience, I scheduled an appt for a full set while visiting this year and I was not disappointed. The lashes are great. More importantly, Thi remembered me, the type of lashes I wanted and all of the little details from our previous visit two years ago. She's amazing. read more

They're very friendly. I just got my eyebrows permanently tattooed and I love it! At first I was very nervous after hearing the tattoo gun and since this is my first tattoo and I didn't know what to expect, but after they numbed it,there wasn't so much pain. I love the shape and it looks very natural. I save time getting ready in the morning and i'm very happy with the results. :) read more

I have been getting my eyelash extensions here for about 3 years. I love them, and get complimented all the time about my lashes! I like to keep them glamorously long, because I don't like to wear makeup. I can go out without makeup and still feel like my face isn't washed out. I love the ocean and go to Hawaii often, I don't have to worry about makeup and my lashes stay on even after playing in the waves all day. They are super sexy!! I won't go anywhere else! read more

I was one of her first lash extension customers in Napa. Have been going to Thi for the last several years and always leave a very satisfied customer. I go every two weeks (I think I may be addicted) and it's worth every penny and then some! Thi is personable and a perfectionist, as well as being a professional at all times. Her spa is so relaxing I often fall asleep while she's filling my lashes. I have recommended her services many times and will continue to do so! Pam Engel read more

This is my first bad review...and I feel horrible writing it, but I don't want anyone else to walk away from this spa like I did. First, I've been getting my lashes done for years...I even went to esthetician school to get mastered in doing it. I moved up to the Sonoma area from San Francisco and was looking for a local lash artist with good reviews on Yelp. The reviews for Fleur Et Beaute are amazing...which is why I'm shocked and wanted to share my experience here. I made an appointment for a full lash set of mink lashes (and paid the higher price), but received a heavy synthetic set. I'm posting two photos to share. They were painful and the process was painful. The lights are extremely bright in the room and the woman doing my lashes wouldn't even hand me a tissue after the process, when I had tears rushing from my eyes. I couldn't believe that this would be the experience of a 5 star Yelp spa...so I gave them a second chance. My empathetic core was afraid that maybe the woman doing my lashes was having a bad day. So I went back a second time, I told her I didn't want them so long or heavy but more heavy synthetic lashes (I paid extra for mink again) were attached to the already heavy lashes. These fake bunches of lashes really damaged my natural lashes and it took months to recover. The physical eye pain, watery eyes from the glue, and poor customer service have made me go back to driving an hour plus to San Francisco to get them done with deep care. read more

Do not get eyelash extensions!!!! They don't tell you that it will damage your own lashes and may have reactions to the glue they use. This place is particularly sketchy and unprofessional; it's more of a hobby for the owner rather than a legit business. read more

Thi and Nhi are both very professional (not sure what a previous yelper was referring to..most people dont spend 12 hrs a day working hard at a 'hobby') and the spa is impeccable and serene. I have been extremely satisfied with their customer service and my lash results. of course like ANY enhancement service (lashes, nails, hair) you CAN incur damage if you dont properly care for your lashes, or if you desire a style that is too heavy for your natural lash... Thi has always been very straight about what to do and not to do to avoid this. When you go get your nails done do they warn you that it could damage your natural nail bed? If you cant do your own research or ask your own questions then I guess you shouldn't be getting big girl beauty services. I will continue to recommend people to fleur et beaute, its the best in its class anywhere around. read more

***first off - "Marisa M." below definitely didn't take a picture of her lashes done at this location. Look a little deeper - the pads under her eyes mean that the picture was taken while they were being put on. Do you really think a professional would take that picture, think it looked good, then pass it along to their client?!Also, I've never seen the pads (because my eyes are closed during the whole process) but I know from feeling them put on for the last 8 months that there are 2 sections per eye (not one each, as pictured). Not sure what her angle is but her review does not match up at all to any specifics I have ever experienced in the last 8 months I have been going to Thi. Lighting - lovely. Pain - none! In fact it is the most comfortable I've ever been getting my lashes done. I'm willing to suffer for beauty (and have!). The mink/synthetic comment is the MOST false. I just got a fill today and Thi and I were laughing because I always want the synthetic but she has sometimes sneaked the mink on me because she likes the more natural feel/look. Regardless my lashes always look fantastic! I've tried multiple eyelash extensions in Napa and Sonoma counties and finally found Thi. She is truly AMAZING. She is incredibly fast (1 hour) for a full (and I mean FULL) fill. Would never go anywhere else. read more

I am 60 years old and have absolutely no eyelashes to speak of. I don't even have enough to wear mascara. My daughter introduced me to Fleur et Beaute for eyelash extensions. Best decision I ever made. Thi, the owner, is an artist in every sense of the word. Her eyelashes are gorgeous and they last! I look years younger and now enjoy wearing eye makeup again. Her business is immaculate, and the experience is relaxing with soft music. Thi herself is a serene and delightful woman, and clearly very, very good at what she does. It is also clear that she enjoys her work and her clients. Highly recommended. It is a very small price to pay for feeling very good about yourself. read more

I've been going to Thi for eyelash extensions for the past 5 years. I love them! She does a wonderful job and I get compliments all the time. I can't imagine not having these beautiful eyelashes. Yesterday, I tried eyebrow microblading for the first time and it looks amazing! Thi was SO good. The process was quite simple. I'm not going to say that it didn't hurt a little, it did, but it was so worth it! My eyebrows look full and REAL. I'm so happy with it and love Fleur Et Beaute. read more

I have been coming here for over a year and I have no idea why someone would leave a bad review! The pictures posted below cannot be from here as the part under the eye is a two piece process, and honestly who would take a picture of that? Not sure what she has against the owners but please be wary of her review, I also noticed that she has a shower cap or hair net on in the picture and this business does NOT do that. As I stated above I have been an eyelash client for over a year and have never had a problem. As a matter of fact my lashes look so beautiful, and last so long that I only have to go once every 4 weeks. I started with the synthetics and had them about 3 months then switched to mink. I get compliments constantly, they are truly beautiful. The customer service and bedside manor are very friendly yet professional. Highly recommend this business! read more

STILL LOVING MY LASHES! This Review is for the ladies who want to have long beautiful natural looking lashes but can't make that final commitment. I had my lashes put on just before a cruise last August and there has not been a day that I have not appreciated the wonderful lashes that Thi put on me. It has been great not having to deal with mascara. I can swim, work up a sweat exercising and not have raccoon eyes! I get compliments on my lashes and when I admit that they are extensions, they always take a closer look and tell me it still looks natural. There's nothing special in taking care of your lashes either. Thi, owner, takes the time to be sure the lashes look natural. She is a perfectionist and an artist with lashes. She makes sure you are happy with her work. Her salon also reflects the beauty that she and her sister create with lash extensions and permanent makeup (which I also had done). I look forward to my refill visits because it is so relaxing and I enjoy my talks with Thi. Just do it...you won't regret it ...I promise you! read more

I had my brows micro bladed yesterday and I can't stop looking at myself in the mirror. As I aged, my brows got thinner and less defined. Another winkle is that my brows are not symmetrical. One brow is higher and the other lower. Thia is an artist!! She was able even them out but still capture the asymmetrical look, just a little, that is unique to me and which I love. When I got home and I looked at pictures of me at 20, 35 and 50, it was amazing how my new brows capture the real me. It is unbelievable how lifelike the eyebrow hairs look, unless you touch them you would not know they are micro bladed. Check out the website and look at the portfolio, you will be AMAZED. Also, it was a very comfortable experience. I think just plucking eyebrows is more uncomfortable than the micro blade procedure. read more

Thi is THE best at eyelash extensions. I've had them done by several other people and none of them felt as natural and stayed in as long as hers. She is an artist with her application and I always get TONS of compliments! I was so nervous about finding someone to do my lashes the way I loved since I had just relocated from NYC. I searched all over the area, and due to good reviews I decided to try here! I went yesterday to get my eyelash extensions done and it was a great experience .. I really love them it's so comfortable. I absolutely love Thi and her sister. I have been to several different eyelash salons in Santa Barbara and Las Vegas and none of them are as good as the one here in Napa. 5 stars for the best extensions!!! Definitely a must go! read more

I love the eyelash extensions. They look very natural and only take a little over an hour. The salon is very cute and peaceful - clean and relaxing. I would love to get some permanent makeup eventually - lip liner. They do all kinds of permanent makeup. Check out their menu on their site. If you want longer eyelashes and the end of mascara, you should definitely look into the mink eyelashes. These do not flip around and poke you in the eye - only light brushing needed. Love ! - much better than synthetic. read more

I got my first set of eyelash extensions three weeks ago. The process took about 45 minutes and was so relaxing! I have gotten so many compliments and love the look. I just went back for a touch up. I LOVE MY EYELASH EXTENSION BY THI!!! I've been going to Thi for the past 11 months or so and my eyelashes have been amazing every time. I first started going to Fleur Et Beaute after another salon had applied them incorrectly. Thi took her time removing my lashes and then reapplying on a new set which felt natural. Not only did she take the time to apply them correctly, but also educated me on how to take care of them properly and the importance of taking BIOTIN to keep my real lashes healthy. I appreciate the extra time Thi took with me. I high recommend trying out Fleur t Beaute!!! read more

I am obsessed with my amazing new lashes! Thi is a MASTER at eyelash extensions. She was fast, understood exactly what I wanted and DELIVERED! Thank you thank you! read more

CanNOT recommend this boutique. My eyelash extensions were a Big Miss!! One week before my daughter's wedding, and I looked like a "muppet"! Panic set in and I rushed out to the earliest appointment I could get at another salon to have them promptly removed. They were too long, so thick and didn't look natural like I requested. I am a fair-haired, not overly made-up woman who looked like I was one of the Kardashian Aunts! Ugh!! When I had them removed, the new salon didn't think the extensions were mink either, like I asked and paid for. They did offer to "fix" them at a later appointment the next day, but I was so disappointed I couldn't go back! I specifically described what I wanted - and didn't get anything close to it! A full or partial credit would have made me a believer...but I got nothing. I guess "the customer should be satisfied" rule doesn't apply. read more

I have always been envious of women born with long, lush eyelashes. With that said, I decided to take advantage of the next best thing...lash extensions! The BEST beauty decision I ever made due to the amazing beauty artist and owner Thi Bui. When I entered the Day Spa, I was greeted by Thi, the owner. I thought, wow, if I could look even remotely half as beautiful as her, I would be happy. She was was very gracious and showed me photos of the work that she and her sister (who does the permanent make-up) have done. Photos were great, but, what was helpful, was that Thi had the permanent make-up and eyelash extensions done on herself. It all looked so natural and "unmade up" and I was able to see exactly how it would look. I actually decided to have BOTH permanent upper eyeliner and the lash extensions done. Thi first listens to what you want the end result to look like and discusses the options. With the permanent makeup, the liner was temporarily drawn in, and again, it is your decision as to how you want it to look. This was a major concern for me. I was nervous, but, I knew I was in professional and capable hands. Working in the medical field, I noted that the room was clean, the equipment sterile, and hands sanitized. I was given anti-bacterial ointment to prevent infection after the permanent makeup. Because I have sensitive skin, all precautions were taken and was encouraged to call them immediately if I had any concerns. The procedures were done in a relaxing and serene environment. The end result? Compliments from everyone! I am told that my lashes look real and with the eyeliner, my eyes look beautiful. I no longer have the raccoon eyes from smudging mascara and I have more time in the morning since I put on less makeup. I recently went on a cruise and I was able to swim, sweat and shower with my eyelashes. I am happy when I look in the mirror and am amazed with the outcome. Thank you Thi for your eye for detail, mastery of your craft and just being a wonderful person. I WILL NEVER BE WITHOUT MY LASHES! read more

I saw an ad for them that said PAIN FREE PERMANENT MAKEUP. I've been wanting my lips done for the longest time. I decided to try it. I walked in to the nicest smelling salon. The owner, Tei (not sure of the spelling) & her sister Nei (again, spelling) are the sweetest! Nei did my lips. They laid me on a very comfortable table with a pillow under my knees, put a blanket over me & applied the first application of numbing cream. I rested with the light off for 30 minutes. Then Nei came in and added more numbing cream. We waited 10-15 more minutes for it to really get numbed. Then she drew on my lips & had me look to make sure it was right. Yep, it was perfect. Now it starts. I white knuckle in anticipation of the pain. WAIT! Why doesn't it hurt? It actually felt like a very light vibrator was being run over my lips! NO PAIN! No bruising. No bleeding. Absolutely perfect! Going back next time for a facial read more

After driving by this location for years and repeatedly reading Yelp reviews- I decided to get my first full set of Eyelash Extensions for $200.00. It was for a 30th Birthday trip to Maui and I wanted to feel feminine and pretty even without much or any makeup. She finished my lashes in an hour. They were full, voluminous and long which is exactly what I asked for. She was professional and her treatment table was comfortable. My lashes looked great 4 weeks later, but one eye that I sleep on was missing a few. Lashes are addicting. It took considerably less time getting ready every day because I looked great with no eyeshadow, liner or mascara. I am a Professional Makeup Artist so I typically wear a good amount of eye colors. I felt feminine and girly in the pool, on the beach, in the mornings and when I went to bed. It was a self esteem booster for me and I decided yesterday to go and get my first full for $110 (4weeks) and we tweaked the length a little this time and once again she delivered and they are refreshed. I highly recommend her for her skill and efficiency. My lashes looked great and stayed put. Happy Customer. read more

Thi is hands-down the best! I have been to a few different spas to get my eyelash extensions filled and no one can do what she does. Living in San Francisco, I had tried a few different girls at spas near my apartment and just wasn't satisfied with how they were turning out. A friend suggested I make an appt with Thi and come to Napa for a couple of days (a nice excuse to spend time with family and friends...). What I thought was going to be a routine eyelash extension fill, turned into a 2 hour appt involving the removal of my old lashes and reapplying a whole new set of lashes. Turns out, the girls who had filled my lashes previously had used too much glue, causing the lashes to stick together, and fall out in clumps. Thi explained that if we didn't take off the old lashes and glue, each time I got them filled, they would get worse and worse. She was so good at explaining what had happened, why we were going to do what we did and rearranging her schedule to make sure she had enough time to do an amazing job putting on a whole new set. They have never looked better! I already have my next appt scheduled :) I won't be going to anyone else... read more
